    Chapter 1 – ‘MISSING’

    ‘That’s strange ...,’ said Maddie. 

    ‘I know, it’s not even close to lunchtime and my tummy’s rumbling,’ replied her sister Lexi. 

    ‘That’s not strange,’ said Maddie, ‘your tummy’s always wants food. What’s strange is I’ve not seen Ziggy around for two days. He usually walks through our garden, says ‘Hi’ and jumps into the neighbours’ garden. I think something’s wrong.’

    ‘Oh, Ziggy, our Siamese cat friend? Maybe he’s not well or maybe he was bad and has been grounded. Either way, have you ever wondered what his human parents feed him at home?’ Lexi pondered.
