Introduction

First off let me to the time to thank the universe for all the lessons that were bestowed upon me. Also thank you the reader for taking the time to read this book.

The Foundation is a book that tells the story of Lincoln and Vito’s journey through life’s lessons. They are trying to find themselves while dealing with the fight between good and evil. Will it take a true spiritual awakening for them to survive, or will they give in to their dark side?

PART I: Understanding Oneself

When you were first born you knew nothing about life or how to even survive. Little did you know that your life’s survival depended on another individual’s ability to teach, protect, guide, and love. Unlike the baby calf or deer who can walk within 30 minutes to 2 hours after birth. We must be taught all those things. 

Chapter One: The Beginning Stage

We all have been taught by someone how to walk, talk, read, and even write everything we know is a learned behavior. Taught to us by our parents and guardians. The unknown world could be very scary for people who are not taught to navigate it. In this story, Lincoln and Vito are the two sons of the healer Delilah. Since they were born, they knew what their mother Delilah taught them.  Every day they study the bible and its teachings and attend bible study threw the week and church on Saturday.

Their mother Delilah had advanced training in the arts of medicine and spiritual healing. Her oldest son Vito was always left in charge of taking care of his younger brother Lincoln. Vito and Lincoln were your typical brothers in some ways and others they were different.  Vito was more of a rebellious person than Lincoln was, but Lincoln never knew why. Lincoln and Vito were both brought up with the knowledge of a higher power or of (GOD).

Delilah did her best to raise Lincoln and Vito the best she could it wasn’t easy raising them in a world she tried to shield them from. One day Delilah received an emergency call.

The high priest needed her assistance with spirit possession, so she quickly grabbed her things and headed out of the door. As she dashes down the stairwell, she nearly knocks Vito over.

Vito asks his mother, "What’s wrong why are you in such a hurry? She quickly replied I’m needed at the temple, and I must get there as soon as possible. Delilah told Vito to watch the house and look after Lincoln.

It’s been 15 years since the last time Delilah had to fight a spiritual being and she was ready. In her mind, she already so victory against
