About this ebook

Are you uncertain, pessimistic, or optimistic about the future?

Considering the events, both the good and the bad ones, which have occurred throughout human history, myriads of people have continually wondered and wished to find out what would happen next. Even recently, we heard both desirable news and undesirable news which have left many people quite uncertain, some pessimistic, and a few others somewhat optimistic about the future. For example, just in the last 2 years, that is, in 2021 and 2022, we witnessed an incredible mix of both positive and negative proceedings: to demonstrate, positive proceedings such as the decline of the worldwide Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and the United States Supreme Court overturn of Roe v. Wade, and negative proceedings such as the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the Taliban takeover in Afghanistan, the ongoing rise of terrorism, and global economic inflation.

Dear reader, what about you? Are you uncertain, pessimistic, or optimistic about the future? Well, whether you are uncertain, or maybe pessimistic, or even optimistic about the future, this book is right for you. Indeed, as you dive into this book, firstly, you will discover that human history is not just a succession of random and out-of-control events, but rather human history has already been foretold and is simply unfolding accordingly. Secondly, because human history has been predicted in advance, you will not only get to know what the future holds, but also, more importantly, you will encounter the author of this prediction, for it is a person, namely the one who knows everything and has witnessed all of human history. Thirdly, you will realize that this person doesn’t just know what the future holds, but He actually holds the future and, therefore, He is in total control and should be trusted!

Henceforth, welcome onboard, as you are joining Marc Kamsu on this transforming and life-changing journey during which you will be exploring past, present, and future human history and their significance, and, in doing so, you will be meticulously equipped along the way with the tools you need to lead a successful life, so that you will no longer be uncertain nor pessimistic about the future, but rather you will be all the more optimistic, hopeful, and filled with a confident and unshakable expectation of good. Again, welcome onboard, buckle up, open your heart and mind, and enjoy the ride!

Human History Foretold and Fulfilled - Marc Kamsu

    Acknowledgments

All credit and glory go only to God Almighty and His Son Jesus Christ, for they alone are worthy! Surely, without God and His Son Jesus Christ, I can do nothing. But with them, I can do all things; yes, all things are possible with them!

    Prologue

Since I wrote my first and previous book entitled Truth or Deception, Choose: The Extraordinary Harmony Between History and Biblical Prophecy¹, the Lord Jesus Christ, through the Holy Spirit and His Word, has not only endorsed the conclusions contained in my previous book, but He has also, according to His unlimited and unmerited grace and mercies, given me even more revelations and deeper understanding which offer a more accurate and precise insight into the themes presented in my previous book. Therefore, I encourage you, dear reader, to first read my previous book in order to get familiar with the revelations that I started to unfold therein and which I will expand upon in this book.

Let me say right at the beginning that this book is not just for Christians or religious people, but rather for all people regardless of their background, including people who claim to have no faith. Actually, is it really possible to live on earth with no faith whatsoever? I would like to debate that it is impossible, for life on earth is such that faith is inevitable. Surely, some people may have no faith in God, but that does not mean that they have no faith at all. In fact, they likely have faith in other people or things that they highly esteem. As an illustration, think of when someone goes to eat at a restaurant. This person, let’s call him Michael, does not see the chef, yet he nevertheless trusts that the chef is there and real, and that the chef will cook a delicious meal. This is exactly what faith is: not seeing yet trusting. As a matter of fact, that’s precisely how the Bible defines faith: "Faith is the substance [or reality] of things hoped for, the evidence of things not [yet] seen." – Hebrews 11:1. You see, just as Michael puts his trust in the chef whom he hasn’t seen and commits his food to the unseen chef, likewise a person can also place his/her trust in God and His Son Jesus Christ and commit his/her life to them, knowing that they are real, even though he/she does not yet see them face-to-face. Now does this mean that faith is blind? No, not at all; for as we will see shortly, faith does not just appear out of nowhere, but rather faith is practically based on actual facts.

Moreover, the faith that Michael has in the chef drives him to take some reasonable actions including gathering the money needed for the desired meal, then heading to the restaurant, perhaps driving through a long distance, or a traffic jam, or even a weather storm, then placing the order once at the restaurant, then waiting however long cooking and serving the meal will take, and finally enjoying the meal. Do you see how Michael’s faith in the chef drove him to patiently persist even while enduring all kinds of obstacles? For in his eyes, the obstacles were not deserving to be compared to the reward that he was going to get, namely a tasty and memorable meal. Comparatively, if Michael was willing to go through all that diligence just for a single meal, and think of all the times that he will have to go through the same diligence for future meals, then how much more diligent should each person be as far as his/her life or destiny is concerned?

Incidentally, note that the above illustration can be applied not only to food or getting a decent meal, but also to other aspects of life on earth such as getting an education: in this case, students put their faith in their instructors believing that their teachings will eventually yield a diploma and a job afterwards. What about getting a job? In this case, employees put their faith in their employers believing that they will issue them with sensible duties and paychecks. What about getting a spouse? In this case, singles put their faith in their future spouses believing that living together will turn out to be much better than living alone. What about getting medical treatment? In this case, patients put their faith in their doctors believing that they will be able to diagnose and cure their diseases. And we could go on and on. To summarize, in virtually every aspect of life, a certain level of faith is required to obtain something decent or worth having. That’s why earlier I presented the argument that it is actually impossible to live on earth with no faith whatsoever, given that life on earth has to be lived out with some faith. So then, faith is not something strange or foreign to humanity, indeed it is very real and fundamentally part of everyday life here on earth.

Another point which stands out from the examples that I enumerated above, including getting a decent meal, education, job, spouse, or medical treatment, is that people are more prone to put their faith in someone or something if they have some positive knowledge of that someone or something. To demonstrate, first, in the case of Michael getting a meal at a certain restaurant, he probably had eaten there before and had a pleasant experience, or maybe he favorably heard from other people about that restaurant, thus he knew what to expect and his faith in the chef was based on facts. Second, in the case of students seeking a certain diploma, they may have heard persuasive and encouraging words from their instructors regarding the benefits of getting that diploma, such as a high probability of landing a job after graduation, thus the students know what to expect during and after their academic career, and their faith in the instructors and their teachings is based on facts. Third, in the case of someone applying for a certain job or accepting a job offer, he/she probably did some research on the company beforehand that convinced him/her that this is a corporation worth working for, thus he/she knows what to expect and his/her faith in the employer is based on facts. Fourth, in the case of someone getting a spouse, each of the two parties has obviously acquired some attractive knowledge about the other person which has led to the decision of them getting married and living together, thus each party knows what to expect and each party’s faith in the other person is based on facts. Fifth and last, in the case of patients getting medical treatment, each of them was possibly recommended by a trusted source to go see a certain doctor well-known for a specific medical procedure, thus the patients knew what to expect and their faith in the doctors was based on facts. Well, given these five cases, you can clearly observe how knowledge guides where we place our faith.

In addition to knowledge, also notice that intrinsically tied to faith is hope. Knowledge nurtures our faith, and faith brings to life what we hope for. To clarify, looking at the previous examples, with his knowledge-based faith, Michael hopes that he will eventually get what he does not yet see, namely a yummy meal. Similarly, with their knowledge-based faith, students hope that they will eventually get what they do not yet see, namely a diploma. In the same fashion, with their knowledge-based faith, job seekers hope that they will eventually get what they do not yet see, namely a job. In like manner, with their knowledge-based faith, singles about to get married hope that they will eventually get what they do not yet see, namely becoming all the more better together. In the same way, with their knowledge-based faith, patients hope that they will eventually get what they do not yet see, namely a healthier body. Evidently, as shown above, faith and hope are essentially and inseparably woven together, again just as the Bible indicates: "Faith is the substance [or reality] of things hoped for, the evidence of things not [yet] seen." – Hebrews 11:1.

However, sometimes what we hope for does not become reality, and very likely that is because the knowledge we have is not true or sufficient, and such a lack of knowledge can lead us to place our faith in the wrong person or thing. Maybe if we had been more patient and gathered more information on someone or something, then we would have clearly perceived, early on, the true nature of the person or thing we thought could be trusted. Nonetheless, even if our knowledge of someone or something is accurate, what we hope for may still not happen because of death, that is, either the person we are trusting may suddenly die, or we ourselves may suddenly die and leave behind unfulfilled dreams. For this reason, as long as the issue of death is left unresolved, our faith is not and cannot be secure. Due to this insecurity, many people throughout history have wondered and asked the following question: What does the future hold? Although that is irrefutably a good question, a better question would be: Could there be someone who truly knows what the future holds? If so, who is it? And the best question would be: Could there be someone who actually holds the future? If so, who is it? Thankfully, all these questions will be thoroughly answered in this book.

Furthermore, as these questions get answered, we will get to know the person who has passed through death, defeated death, and is alive today and forevermore, that is, Jesus Christ, the one with a faultless record, the one who can always be with us, even as we pass through death, and who can grant us to likewise defeat death and be alive forevermore in His righteousness-filled, peace-filled, and joy-filled kingdom. Finally, as we saw earlier how knowledge fosters our faith and faith brings to life what we hope for, hopefully getting to know Jesus Christ in a fresh and truthful way based on actual facts – surrounding His identity, His deeds, His words, and reliable eyewitnesses’ accounts and even contemporary testimonies about Him – should logically lead us to confidently place our total faith in Him, for He has overwhelmingly and undeniably proved to be worthy of our trust. And as we do so, we can rest assured and secure knowing that He will take excellent care of our lives and destinies, and that what we hope for will ultimately become reality.

Hence, I am now pleased and honored to unveil the latest revelations that He, Jesus Christ, has been lavishly blessing me with ever since I wrote my previous book¹, and I hope that you are as excited as I am as we embark on this transforming and life-changing journey to objectively explore what happened, what is happening, and what will happen in human history. And because this is human history, it means that this journey, consequently, directly and personally relates to you! Thus, welcome onboard!

    The Millennium

Before we dive into an exciting exploration of the new revelations that I recently received concerning the Millennium, let me first say that in Chapter 7 of my previous book¹, not only did I claim but I also proved quite convincingly, using the connection between Revelation 20:1-6 and Matthew 27:50-53 along with other evidence, that the Millennium already happened. Additionally, I also presented that, as Revelation 20:1-3 reveals, Satan was indeed bound and cast into the bottomless pit for 1000 years right after the death and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ. Moreover, still in Chapter 7 of my previous book¹, I took hold of Revelation 20:7 to unveil that 1000 years after the death and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ, Satan was surely released from the bottomless pit with a specific agenda and mission: that is, to deceive the nations…to gather them together to battle [against] the saints [referring to Christians] and [against] the beloved city [referring to Jerusalem] – Revelation 20:8-9. And ever since, Satan has been here on earth doing exactly that, according to Revelation 12:7-17 and 1 Peter 5:8-9.

Now that I have briefly established some context on the Millennium based on my previous book¹, let me reveal additional God-given insights regarding this 1000-year period. Firstly, Revelation 20:1-3 states that it was "an angel coming down from heaven, having the key to the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand [who] laid hold of the dragon, that serpent of old, who is the devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years…and…cast him into the bottomless pit. Have you ever wondered who is this angel who bound Satan and cast him into the bottomless pit? Well, wonder no more because this angel is none other than the angel to whom was given the key to the bottomless pit back in Revelation 9:1; and according to Revelation 9:11, this angel is called Abaddon in Hebrew, or Apollyon" in Greek.

Secondly, Revelation 17:8 also supports that the Millennium truly started immediately after the death and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ, and was already in progress when the apostle John wrote the Book of Revelation. To demonstrate, let’s look at the connection between Revelation 17:8 and 20:1-3.

    Revelation 17:8

The beast that you saw was, and is not, and will ascend out of the bottomless pit and go to perdition. And those who dwell on the earth will marvel, whose names are not written in the Book of Life from the foundation of the world, when they see the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.

    Revelation 20:1-3

¹Then I saw an angel coming down from heaven, having the key to the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. ²He laid hold of the dragon, that serpent of old, who is the devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years; ³and he cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal on him, so that he
