Valeria Franklin

Valeria Franklin is a native born and raised in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. She is a humbled servant and the Pastor of Yes I Can Ministries. A ministry that was birth through the process of her trusting God during her Faith walk. Many told her she couldn't, but through His word she found Yes I Can. Phil 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengthened me. Franklin was CALLED of God to leave her job to a journey of Faith. One in which she would suffer through many trials, afflictions and persecutions, yet prevail victorious in Christ. Franklin states her journey wasto build hope, determination, boldness and a confident Relationship in Jesus Christ; the great High Priest that ever lives, whose words cannot be altered. She was called to birth the Revelations of God, stablishing the KINGDOM OF GOD in her life; BECOMING a faithful WITNESS, to the POWER OF BELIEVING the Gospel of Jesus Christ, FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS. Franklin states she has been commissioned of God to Teach the Gospel; committing those things she has seen and heard of Christ to faithful men who shall also teach others. 2 Timothy 2:2 And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also. From this experience Franklin has also birthed Touch of Anointing Janitorial and Maintenance, Inc., a successful cleaning business of 20 years. She is also the author of God's Plan for Me, Becoming Sons and Daughters of God, A Book of Revelations, His Light Unto My Path, with more to be published.

    Salutation

For this cause I Valeria, the prisoner of Jesus Christ for you who believe,

If you will hear of the dispensation of the grace of God which is given me to you-ward:

How that by revelation He made known unto me the mystery; (as I wrote afore in God’s Plan For Me, becoming sons and daughters of God,

Whereby, when ye read, ye may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ.

Which in other ages was not made known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto His holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit.

That you should be fellow heirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel:

Whereof I was made a minister, according to the gift of the grace of God given unto me by the effectual working of His power.

    Foundation of Ephesians 3:1-7

    Introduction

Revelation is given for where we are going not where we are; to build our confidence in our God. With confidence we can stand, resting assured, that what God promised is what it shall be no matter what the present state. Calling those things that be not, as though they were. Declaring the ending from the beginning.

The problem is that God can not reveal to us the latter end if we are not going anywhere. We must be in active pursuit of Him, not happiness. Seeking first His Kingdom and His righteousness, then all these things (the things that make us happy) shall be added unto us. Yet, even in revealing His divine will, it takes obedience, which Jesus learned by the things He suffered. The one thing most of us are not willing to do! Because revelation comes with a price, most of us will never tap into the depth of what God has for us. This depth comes only with a close relationship (walk) with God. This cost requires paying up front from the beginning and continuing to pay up front. There is no credit and promise to pay, nor is there a lay-a-way plan. We must pay up front in full, forsaking all, denying ourselves, taking up our crosses daily and following Him. Hearkening diligently. He has promised that no man that has left houses, or brethern, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake and the gospel’s sake, but he shall receive a hundredfold now in this lifetime houses and brethern and sisters and mothers and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life.

Persecutions, another word most of us want no parts of. The very sufferings that we partake of are centered around persecution. So, while some never get started, many others don’t finish. Many are called but few are chosen. When we get the revelation of chosen, then we learn that quitting is not an option. The book was written before the movie was made. It’s already in the script, all we must do is walk it out. Walk It Out, Walk It Out!

    I  Chosen

For I know the thoughts I think towards you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Jeremiah 29:11

    The Call

Many have confused the call as to be the assignment or purpose. The call is to come closer, to a place of undivided attention, a place where the Father can speak with us. Just as when God called Abram; Get thee out of thy country and from they kindred, and from thy father’s house, unto a land that I will shew thee. This was not a physical place to start. It was a spiritual place to later be manifested in the natural. This place must first be seen in the spirit, a place of undivided attention, where assignments are given, leading to purpose, His expected end.

The call meaning come here, come close to me, I want to show you something.

In August of 1997, the call came to me, to come closer for instructions, just as Abram. To leave a place of comfort in pursuit of a place promised, not yet seen. After receiving instructions with clarity, on January 1998, I made that step that changed my life forever. To enter a way of life that would stretch my faith continuously, never going back to the way life was.

Isaiah 49:10 - 51:16, The voice of His servant Isaiah, he that walketh in darkness and hath no light. A walk of faith; darkness here not being the darkness of this world, but as to what many might call blind faith. A call to walk according to the word, by faith and not by sight. Just as Abram was called out, by the voice, words of God, not knowing where he was going, but yet "trusting in the name of the Lord and staying (not leaving) upon his God. On target!

Vs11 Behold, all ye that kindle a fire, that compass yourselves about with sparks: walk in the light of your fire, and in the sparks that ye have kindled. This shall ye have of mine hand; ye shall lie down in sorrow.

You, that trust in your own work; what you can do and have accomplished. Job, education, material gain, etc. What has been birthed out of your will and way. To hold on to your will and way, will only bring sorrow by the hand of God. Once the call comes, this becomes contrary to the will of God and will work against you. Just as when Jesus chose his Disciples, they had to walk away from great professions. One was a physician, a lawyer, a tax collector, they all were entrepreneurs, but the call required them to give it all up and follow him. Counting the cost of their relationship with him of greater value.

For what profit a man to gain the whole world and lose his soul. Whosoever will save his life, shall lose it, and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it. Matt.16: 25-26. Our will must become His will!

Isaiah 51:1-2 Hearken to me, ye that follow after righteousness, ye that seek the LORD: look unto the rock whence ye are hewn, and to the hole of the pit whence ye are digged.

2 Look unto Abraham your father, and unto Sarah that bare you: for I called him alone, and blessed him, and increased him.

Hear me, you who really trust me. Consider Abraham (the father of faith) and Sarah whose loins we came out of (seed of Abraham). For I called him alone (just one man’s obedience, trusting God) How God blessed and increased him. All God needs is our obedience. It matters not who is with you or for you.

Rom. 8:30-31 Moreover whom He foreknew He did predestinate, whom he did predestinate them he also called, and whom He called He also justified, and whom he justified, them He also glorified. What shall we say then to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us"?

Isa 51:3-16 For the LORD shall comfort Zion: he will comfort all her waste places; and he will make her wilderness like Eden, and her desert like the garden of the LORD; joy and gladness shall be found therein, thanksgiving, and the voice of melody. Isa 51:4-16

4 Hearken unto me, my people; and give ear unto me, O my nation: for a law shall proceed from me, and I will make my judgment to rest for a light of the people.

5 My righteousness is near; my salvation is gone forth, and mine arms shall judge the people; the isles shall wait upon me, and on mine arm shall they trust.

6 Lift up your eyes to the heavens and look upon the earth beneath: for the heavens shall vanish away like smoke, and the earth shall wax old like a garment, and they that dwell therein shall die in like manner: but my salvation shall be for ever, and my righteousness shall not be abolished.

7 Hearken unto me, ye that know righteousness, the people in whose heart is my law; fear ye not the reproach of men, neither be ye afraid of their reviling’s.

8 For the moth shall eat them up like a garment, and the worm shall eat them like wool: but my righteousness shall be for ever, and my salvation from generation to generation.

9 Awake, awake, put on strength, O arm of the LORD; awake, as in the ancient days, in the generations of old. Art thou not it that hath cut Rahab, and wounded the dragon?

10 Art thou not it which hath dried the sea, the waters of the great deep; that hath made the depths of the sea a way for the ransomed to pass over?

11 Therefore the redeemed of the LORD shall return and come with singing unto Zion; and everlasting joy shall be upon their head: they shall obtain gladness and joy; and sorrow and mourning shall flee away.

    12 I, even I, am he that comforteth you: who art thou, that thou shouldest be afraid of a man that shall die, and of the son of man which shall be made as grass;

13 And forgettest the LORD thy maker, that hath stretched forth the heavens, and laid the foundations of the earth; and hast feared continually every day because of the fury of the oppressor, as if he were ready to destroy? and where is the fury of the oppressor?

14 The captive exile hasteneth that he may be loosed, and that he should not die in the pit, nor that his bread should fail.

15 But I am the LORD thy God, that divided the sea, whose waves roared: The LORD of hosts is his name.

16 And I have put my words in thy mouth, and I have covered thee in the shadow of mine hand, that I may plant the heavens, and lay the foundations of the earth, and say unto Zion, Thou art my people.

God will comfort all your waste places. The places of sacrifice; God will provide and protect in His own way. By causing His law (word) to rest (resolve every situation) becoming a light for His people.

Ps. 118:105 The word, being a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path. Being in right standing with God will create all we need. Obedience brings provision. Look to God because all else will vanish away like smoke.

Isaiah 40:7-8 Glory of man is as the grass that withereth and the flower fadeth because the spirit of the Lord bloweth upon it. But the word of our God standeth forever.

Hear me, you that know me and trust me fear not the reproach of men. Neither be ye afraid of their reviling’s. Many a times, as in my case, the fear of man will tend to hinder us from trusting God. What man might think, say or do. But God said, do not be afraid of man nor man’s threat! For many will wear themselves out trying to stop you. Just as Israel, the more they afflicted them, the greater they grew Ex. 1:12. It’s only a set up for God to

Eph. 1:19 show forth the exceeding greatness of His power to usward, according to the working of His mighty power.

So, stand to attention and put on strength. Focus on the power of God. The same God that dried the Red Sea. Remember past victories, for God is the same yesterday, today and forever. Therefore, right in the place of our remembering and reflecting on the past victories and power of God is where we shall find strength, joy and gladness will cause all mourning to flee away.

Neh. 8:10 For the joy of the Lord is our strength

I am He that comforteth you (protect and provide). No need to worry about what man shall do.

Ps. 118:6 The Lord is on my side, I will not fear, what can man do unto me?

We can’t allow fear to causeus to forget the power of God. For that fear will only torment us Satan knows that if we obey God, there is nothing that he can do with us. You are then walking in Dominion!

I Peter 5:8. Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour"

The enemy roars to cause us to panic and run from our place of refuge, (safety) right into his trap that he might devour us. If we move, he will get us. We must be stedfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord. There is nothing to be worried about, the enemy can’t touch us. We must be still and not be moved by the things we see.

2 Cor 4:17-5:1 For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory; While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.

The enemy hopes that fear will stop us. He huffs and puffs but can’t blow our house down. If we obey, we are on a strong foundation. Fear holds us captive when we allow it to control us. But our obedience sets us free, while taking fear captive. (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.

Prov 29:25 The fear of man bringeth a snare: but whoso putteth his trust in the LORD shall be safe.

Isa 51:16 And I have put my words in thy mouth, and I have covered thee in the shadow of mine hand, that I may plant the heavens, and lay the foundations of the earth, and say unto Zion, Thou art my people.

The word of God that is hidden in our hearts will manifest the inheritance settled and reserved in heaven.

Ps 119:89 For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven.

1 Peter 1:4 To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you, God covers us with the shadow of his hand, when we OBEY.

1 Peter 5:6-11 Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:

7 Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.

8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:

9 Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.

10 But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.

11 To him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

    The God Who Knows All

    Isaiah 48:16-22

16 Come ye near unto me, hear ye this; I have not spoken in secret from the beginning; from the time that it was, there am I: and now the Lord GOD, and his Spirit, hath sent me.

17 Thus saith the LORD, thy Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; I am the LORD thy God which teacheth thee to profit, which leadeth thee by the way that thou shouldest go.

18 O that thou hadst hearkened to my commandments! then had thy peace been as a river, and thy righteousness as the waves of the sea:

19 Thy seed also had been as the sand, and the offspring of thy bowels like the gravel thereof; his name should not have been cut off nor destroyed from before me.

20 Go ye forth of Babylon, flee ye from the Chaldeans, with a voice of singing declare ye, tell this, utter it even to the end of the earth; say ye, The LORD hath redeemed his servant, Jacob.

21 And they thirsted not when he led them through the deserts: he caused the waters to flow out of the rock for them: he clave the rock also, and the waters gushed out.

22 There is no peace, saith the LORD, unto the wicked.

The way that we should go, according to Jeremiah 29:11 the plan that He has and the steps that he has ordered for us. The enemy cannot hold us without our permission. Peace can only be found when we are in God’s divine will. As we obey, God is obligated to deal with whatever comes against us or whatever need arises because of our obedience.

He is obligated to provide and protect. When we obey God assumes full responsibility. His strength is made perfect in our weakness.

II Corn. 3:5-6 Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think anything as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God: Who also hath made us able ministers of the New Testament not of the letter, but of the spirit for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.

He is faithful to His covenant. Do your part and leave the driving up to God!

Like a river- a constant flow, nothing can interrupt our peace when we know that God has us. Your righteousness is like the waves of the sea. Good things would have flowed to us like the waves of the sea. All that God has ordered at his set, appointed time. Children natural and spiritual (jobs, dreams, vision, provision; whatever God has impregnated you with through His word. We can not birth the things of God in confusion. Peace is required to hear the voice of God directing us. If we hold on
