DARK PSYCHOLOGY SECRETS - Winston Crickland
INTRODUCTION
Our world is pervaded by dark psychology. It has an impact on our lives, dreams, and success whether we are aware of it or not.
Those who have mastered the art of dark psychology and discovered covert manipulation have achieved great success in their lives. They have not only used Dark psychology secrets to overcome roadblocks on their path to success, but they have also used the same secrets to deter Dark psychology perpetrators.
This book is a hands-on practical guide that will teach you the mysteries of dark psychology on human behavior, the most powerful manipulation techniques, and persuasion methods so that you can have a vantage point to get the best that life has to offer.
The book begins by explaining the nature of Dark psychology and the main drivers behind it. The goal of this is to help you understand that Dark psychology is inherent in all humans, but some choose to use it more than others.
The book goes on to explain different Dark psychology personality types and their distinguishing characteristics. This way, you can easily detect the presence of a Dark personality type and protect yourself from becoming its prey.
Covert manipulation employs a variety of tools and techniques. Each personality type favors a particular set of tools or techniques over another. This is largely determined by the intent. The book has provided critical information about the tools and techniques that manipulators frequently use to reign in and control their subjects. The goal of this information is to help you avoid becoming a victim of their schemes and, more importantly, to protect your loved ones from falling into their traps. If you are already ensnared, the book provides advice on how you can help them get out and be free.
There is still a lot to learn. Continue reading!
PART I: DARK PSYCHOLOGY AND THE MIND,
Overview
Every human being possesses dark psychology. Every day, we are subjected to the effects of dark psychology in some way. Most of it is so subtle, subtle, and covert that we are unaware that it is being used against us. However, some of it has become so commonplace that we don't even realize we're doing it to others.
Religion, politics, mass media, schools, businesses, military organizations, social institutions, cultures, and traditions, to name a few, all use dark psychology in some way.
This is reality - a reality that, like nakedness, becomes uncomfortably uncomfortable when we are exposed to it. The intent is sometimes the only thing that separates White psychology from Dark psychology.
Chapter 1: The Nature of Dark Psychology
Everyone has a dark side. For example, almost all of us have been deceived in some way, whether to avoid harm (or punishment), gain some favor, or for other reasons.
Those who are considered 'wise' or street smart' are capable of using 'all means necessary to achieve their objectives. Behind 'all means necessary' are many 'dirty tricks,' such as deception, brainwashing, indoctrination, hypnosis, seduction, dupery, emotional and psychological manipulation, and so on. These so-called dirty tricks
exist in the dark,
so victims do not see
them when they are used.
Later, the 'lucky' one realizes they have been the victims of 'dirty tricks.'
Some of these 'dirty tricks' have been normalized to the point where they appear to be part of the 'light psychology.' Gifts, prizes, praises, free samples, and so on are considered motivational incentives, but they are also instruments of psychological manipulation (in business, politics, diplomacy, religion, leadership, and so on) and seduction (in romantic relationships), among other things. They are classified as white psychology
(or light psychology
). As a result, they are not considered dirty
because they have been cleansed by good intentions.
The 'dark' vs. 'light' dichotomy
The primary distinction between dark tricks
(or dirty tricks
) and light tricks
(or white tricks
) is one of intent.
The ultimate goal of using dark tricks
is to gain selfishly from others, regardless of their loss.
On the other hand, the intent of using 'white tricks' is to achieve the greater good in others, which may be mutually beneficial to some extent.
Gifts, for example, can be used as both a dirty and a white trick. If the purpose of a gift is to trap someone by a serial killer, it is a dirty trick. A white trick, on the other hand, is when the intent of a gift is to encourage a child to perform better in school.
Similarly, the distinction between dark and white psychology is based on intent.
1. What exactly is Dark psychology?
Dark psychology refers to the malevolent traits of human nature that are inherent in all humans. However, the degree of proclivity for this dark psychology varies from person to person.
Some people are more prone to using dark psychology than others. This predisposition is relatively muted in some people, while it is relatively mild in others. It is extremely active to a select few. Those who are predisposed to using dark psychology fall under the purview of the Dark triad (narcissists, psychopaths, and Machiavellians).
As a result, we all have D-factors (Dark factors). What differs is the extent to which we are inclined to use them.
2. What exactly is so 'dark' about this psychology?
Different people have different interpretations of what the term dark
means in the context of dark psychology. Some people have even attempted to define the term dark psychology.
While not dismissing existing definitions, it is critical to have a contextual definition pertinent to this book. However, the best way to arrive at this definition is through contextual exposition, from which you can draw your own conclusions at the end.
In this book, we look at dark psychology through the lens of the subconscious mind (and the unconscious mind). The subconscious mind is a 'dark' mind, one that is not illuminated by reality consciousness.
In this context, and in light of the concept of survival of the fittest, which implies the existence of a primitive animal instinct within us to survive against all odds, we define dark psychology as the study, knowledge, exploration, refinement, and utilization of the resources made available by the subconscious mind's characteristic attributes that aid in the survival of the human species. These distinguishing characteristics are known colloquially as blind spots.
While this is true, the Dark triad personalities are unique in that they use Dark psychology to inflict harm rather than for the instinctive need to survive.
However, just as a word is more than just a semantic label, a blind spot
is more than just a sensational label. It also represents a condition, intent, and possibility.
3- Psychological blind spots in the dark
As previously stated, blind spots are characteristics of the subconscious mind. They are isolated units impenetrable by conscious light, similar to the blind spots we are familiar with when it comes to sight. However, the fact that they are known to exist implies that they can be explored, exploited, and used to benefit what happens in the conscious light.
Some of the most common blind spots in dark psychology are genetic factors, self-identity, instinct, and self-interest.
4. Factors of genetic (and epigenetic) origin
Genes have been scientifically proven to transmit information about deviant genetic traits such as addiction, promiscuity, and so on. As a result, some people are genetically predisposed to be promiscuous, addicts, or murderers,
