Think of therapy and you probably imagine a therapist’s office where you sit and talk through your troubles, vent, rage, shed a tear, and let emotions flow freely. Perhaps you talk through childhood experiences, work through difficult feelings and hopefully feel better about things, eventually.
There are, however, many other types of therapy. And some of them can seem a bit ‘out there’, to say the least – but don’t take our word for it, read on and decide for yourself!
