Chapter 1

What this book is and how it can help you

This book is a list and description of the Russian government’s stealth and overt attacks on me since I was about 11. I’m now 63. The Russian gov is working a stealth coup against Americans in the 21st century. It’s primary strategy in this phase of the coup is ambush and entrapment of individuals, focusing on families with children. Entrapping American parents and migrant parents, and forcing them to entrap their children is the fastest way to entrap and enslave a nation.  The Russian government has also targeted and now controls individuals in many professions including medical, landlords, education, grocery stores, businesses including law firms, paramedics and firemen (women), the media, police, just about any profession in America you can think of, I believe the Russian government has accessed.  Worse, most people don’t know the Russian government is a hostile player on the ground here.

The Russian government forces entrapped law enforcement to ambush and entrap ordinary people in America. Most if not all of my immediate family are entrapped by the Russian government. I know because they’ve been forced to try to entrap me.

Although some of our police have been entrapped by the Russian government, they are victims, just as we are. Please don’t attack police. You’ll harm innocent public servants and be killed or imprisoned.

I’m stealth attacked nearly daily and have been for decades, which is how I know what I know. I’m an ordinary person who evaded entrapment because I was raised by a young mother to be an ethicist long before she was entrapped.

During this phase of the Russian government’s coup, the police entrap ordinary people by getting them to lie, cheat, steal, or file for personal bankruptcy, all which I’ve refused to do when an entrapped person asked me. The Russian government, using my entrapped extended family and a co-worker, tried to pressure me to do those specific actions over the last decades.

Although I told two lies as a young adult, they were my personal mistakes, which I discuss in this book. I learned from those mistakes, the guilt made me learn,, my mother’s teachings in my childhood helped me learn. I listened to my guilt and regret, and stopped lying, which is why I’m able to warn you today. Had my mother not instilled guilt for lying, had I been unable to feel guilt, the Russian government would’ve entrapped me and I would be prevented by the Russian government, my enemy, from writing this book of warning to aid you.

Apparently I’m now the only American who has survived 50+ years of the Russian government’s stealth harassment, physical and psychological attacks, and/or torture. They monitor and harass me inside and outside the apartment where I live, and have prevented me from writing and publishing this book for years.

I learned to assemble a laptop, remove it’s wi-fi chip, and enough basic computer knowledge to install an operating system that works and prints offline, but the Russian government has pushed back hard against me every step of the way. It controls the family who owns the management company who rents me this apartment and I must leave the apartment today (10/5/23) to pay rent. When I do I fear the Russian government will assassinate me. So, although this book is a very rough draft, and needs a lot of editing, I’m afraid that if I don’t publish it as-is, you’ll never be told the stealth attacks the Russian government is using against ordinary people in America.  And if you aren’t warned, the Russian government will destroy our people and other innocent people it is targeting around the world.

So, I apologize in advance for selling you a book that needs to be edited. I describe attacks multiple times because I wrote the book in sections, saved it in separate files and ran out of time before I could remove the repeats. Editing would have fixed the problems but I have no time to properly edit it. Raw as it is you’ll still find a lot of high value information in it that can save your life, and the lives of your loved ones and friends if you believe me.

I’m using my real name, the city and state where I live, but nothing else. The Russian government controls powerful people here and worldwide, and those people sue. I refer to my mother and father but not their names. I reference my siblings, but not their names. I’ve been harassed unrelentingly for decades but I don’t name those people, the stores where I’ve been harassed over decades, the medical centers, a pharmacy, police departments, schools, businesses, grocery stores, etc. I’d be sued, not because I’m lying but because the Russian government uses it’s ops here to shut down this type of information. It’s more important that you learn about the attack strategies the Russian government uses here than the names of the attackers and businesses the Russian government use as weapons.

Should I survive and not be assassinated I’ll edit and revise the book to be more readable but for now, I ask for your understanding.

Chapter 2

Another stealth attack by Russian-controlled ops using our grid as a weapon

The Nazi’s used gas chambers

The Russian government uses psychological warfare

The intention of the aggressor is the same –

annihilation of us.

On 9/29/23 at approximately 5:40 a.m. Russian-controlled operatives stealth attacked my laptop in my apartment. Using our electric grid, the operatives caused a power outage in Southern California, which outage they used as cover to try to surge electricity into my laptop to destroy it. I’m writing this book which details the Russian government’s covert attacks against ordinary people in America the last 50+ years, writing on this laptop. My account is true: I’ve experienced these attacks. The Russian government doesn’t want the book published, has stealthily prevented me writing and publishing it for about four years.

Their attack using our grid caused the circuit breaker protecting the circuit I normally use to charge my laptop to kick open, as the breaker is designed to do when it experiences an overly large electricity surge. Of the nine circuits in this apartment, only the circuit breaker protecting that particular circuit tripped open, demonstrating the Russian government’s ability to precision hit any circuit within an apartment, home, business, institution or government agency using the electrical grid in America, when the target doesn’t have specialized protections against grid warfare.

Most people, businesses and governments worldwide don’t have specialized protections against this type of grid warfare, which the Russian government is well aware. Everyone in the world using their nation’s electricity grid needs specialized protections or the Russian government and it’s allies will make life a misery. Summer will be unendurable for those with air conditioning who rely on their nation’s grid, but whose grid the Russian government and it’s allies have attacked. People with air conditioners, fans, swamp coolers, etc., need to come up now with a Plan B, C, D, and E for heating and cooling in the summer and winter because the Russian government is already unleashing stealth attacks; these attacks will get worse if the Russian government fails to install puppets in the White House, and if the Russian government isn’t destroyed.

If they are successful installing puppets, Russians ops in the White House will be used to speed up the Russian government’s destruction of us and our government.

Every American must decide for themselves but from my first hand experience, death is preferable to enslavement by the Russian government. They are the most evil government our species has ever produced. I judge them so based on their work. To take world power, which is their goal, they destroy individuals, and our families. I’ve experienced this for myself and seen evidence of it in several thousand entrapped people the Russian government has used to attack me over 50 years. The Russian government is extremely acquisitive. It is a slaver government. We’re in their sights. Most people don’t know it. People must be warned. Ordinary people in America, ordinary migrants in America, our children, are in the Russian government’s sights.

On my bed is a plug strip I use to charge my laptop. Chargers were plugged into that strip when I went to sleep sometime after 3:30 a.m., so Russian-controlled American ops who illegally watch and harass me inside my apartment could see the chargers were plugged into the power strip. But my blanket and other items on the bed made it unclear whether a laptop was being charged. Weighing the risk of triggering our security agencies’ and military’s interest with a grid attack, against the potential catastrophe of allowing a book detailing the Russian government’s stealth attack strategies against ordinary people here, and I suspect, worldwide, Russian-controlled ops took the risk and tried to attack my laptop. They believe our security agencies and military are unlikely to know an ordinary person has high value information. I have high value information but only because Russian-controlled American ops have stealth attacked and overtly attacked me for most of my life, for over 52 years since they made me homeless when I was 11. Fortunately my laptop was unplugged. Had I left it to charge while I slept, it’s chips would’ve been destroyed by the surge, and I would not have been able to produce this book today.

Russian-controlled ops have stealth attacked me using the grid for about 14 years now. They’ve maliciously destroyed many of my small kitchen appliances, and a vacuum cleaner. I still have those destroyed items which I kept as proof. My income is low so when a small kitchen appliance is destroyed, it takes me years, if ever, to replace it. This is just one example of the kinds of stealth attacks the Russian government deploys here.

Chapter 3

Although we didn’t know it, our family was part of the great African American migration Isabel Wilkerson describes in her excellent book The Warmth of Other Suns

I’ve lived in Southern California over 54 years, was born in the mid-West, and brought here by my divorced 27 year old mother, along with my three other half siblings, after my mom completed a surgical technician training course back east, and was offered a job as a surgical technician in Southern California. I’d completed 4th grade back east and began 5th grade here, where I learned to play tetherball, and enjoy playing with a wider array of ethnically diverse kids. Back east my friends had been African American. In Southern California most of my new friends were Caucasian as they were the largest ethnic majority in our new city and comprised most of my classmates. I had no problem with the change. My mother raised me and my siblings to respect all people irrespective of ethnicity. Where we’d lived back east our neighbors had mostly been African American, with a sprinkling of Polish American and Jewish American families. Where my mom bought her modest house, not far from her job, our neighbors were mostly Caucasian, with a sprinkling of African American families—we were one of the sprinkles.

Back east my teachers had been African American; in Southern California my first teachers were Caucasian. I learned from and obeyed my teachers because they were good at their job and helped me understand math, which I loved, and reading, which my mother had taught me to love.  My 6th grade teacher read to our class out loud and she chose good stories. I loved her reading period. I’d lay my head on my desk and listen to her tell me a story.

Settling into our new neighborhood, playing with the dozen or so neighborhood kids, we went trick or treating, and one of the African American parents asked me to babysit. My mother gave me permission and I enjoyed that job because the two little ones were adorable and well behaved, whereas when I watched my younger siblings for my mother when she ran errands, they were wild young ones and I had to concentrate on keeping them safe without bossing them around (they hated being bossed around) until our mother returned to relieve me of the responsibility. My siblings taught me when I was a child that power is responsibility, and hard, and work. A leader has to have a strategy, or children in your care get hurt and your mother gets angry when her children come to harm. So I learned to negotiate with my siblings: as long as they didn’t hurt themselves, each other, or the furniture, I wouldn’t boss them around. It worked. My siblings were wild and had fun with my light-handed care, but they didn’t get hurt. My mother returned from errands to find undamaged, unbullied kids and undamaged furniture, while I’d learned to negotiate with fearless, strong-willed, headstrong children without micromanaging them.

To her children, our mother was the center of our world, and she was the law. I’d wanted to stay with my grandmother back east but my mother had refused. She had very good reasons for not allowing me to stay but she didn’t explain them to me. She didn’t tell me about her horrific childhood and being beaten by her mother until decades later. I was 9 when we left the mid-West. I adored my grandparents. My maternal grandmother treated me very differently than she’d treated my mother, but in 1969, when we left the mid-West, I was decades away from my mother telling me of her abusive childhood. When I was 9 and asked to stay with grandma, my mother told me no. She didn’t explain. She didn’t know how. She was 27. My grandmother was a much better grandmother to me than she’d been a mother to her daughter. I had no choice but to accept my mom’s decision. I was the oldest child
