Over the span of my three-decade journey in the bid and proposal industry, I've been at the forefront, witnessing its remarkable evolution. From the days when we held hardcopy proposals in our hands to the current age of seamless digital submissions, from the times when we managed bids on basic Excel sheets to the era of sophisticated proposal automation platforms, the transformation has been nothing less than awe-inspiring. My collaboration with AI pioneers, including the likes of Xerox PARC, offered me an insider's view into the birth of AI-driven proposal development, a defining milestone in our industry.

Being an active member and director of APMP India, I've had countless interactions with professionals, many of whom are navigating the uncertainties of the future and pondering over alternative career avenues.
