Armanate Revived: The Quest for Greatness

Draganor and Seraphis , two brave dragons with shimmering scales, sat on the tallest tower in Armanate, their eyes scanning the darkening sky.

Draganor, I sense something's coming, Seraphis's thought-voice filled Draganor's mind, tinged with worry.

Draganor's eyes widened, and his heart started thumping fast. Is it the Skarnbots again?

No, not them. It's something else coming from way out in space. I don't know what it is.

Draganor looked really worried. Call the leaders. We can't let any intruders in. Armanate is still healing; another war could destroy the new homes and schools we've just built.

Seraphis nodded, sensing how serious Draganor was. If we're not ready, we could lose everything. Our kids, our songs, our stories—all gone.

You're smiling. That's rare these days, Seraphis said, her eyes catching the last rays of the sun.

Draganor's eyes softened. Sometimes little happy things make you feel a lot better.

Seraphis smiled. You're really smart, aren't you?

Draganor chuckled. Being smart usually comes from learning from mistakes.

We're stronger now, aren't we? Seraphis asked.

Yes, said Draganor, getting serious again. But being strong isn't enough. We need to think smart too.

Just then, Draganor had a strange feeling, like a picture flashing in his mind—lots of fire and creatures made of flame. He shook his head to make it go away. I saw something, he finally said, sounding unsure.

Like the feeling you got when you knew the Skarnbots were coming? Seraphis asked.

Draganor paused. "Yes, but different. Like a warning, or maybe even something that's going to happen. But it's not the
