How would I spend my last moments if I knew they were coming? It is a question that has crossed my mind more times than I could count. A philosophical musing, a hypothetical scenario to ponder during quiet moments. And surprisingly, a motivating prompt and inspiration to live each day as though it were my last. Never had I imagined that my last moments would be spent like this though – a nightmare of terror, confusion, and heartbreak. Never had I imagined that the person I trusted with my life would be the one to lead me here.
Yet, as I lie here, restrained, I am prepared to die. My life, as I know it, is over. A sense of profound loss engulfs me as I reflect on the memories of all that once brought me joy and meaning. My heart aches at the thought of leaving loved ones behind.
The room around me seems to close in, the walls a witness to my suffering, echoing the silent screams that rang within. The black, plastic restraints bite into my skin, mirroring the emotional chains that bind me to this harrowing moment. I long to break free, to escape the clutches of despair that threaten to consume me.
Tears well up in my eyes as I think of the dreams that will forever remain unrealized. The places I had hoped to visit, the adventures I had yearned to undertake, now fade like distant stars in the night sky. Regret,
