    THE ART OF TUNING IN

    L

et us begin with a basic exercise (Another explanation for this reactive state is that when you attain a new degree of light, dirt in your depths may be churned up and disclosed). Consider a crystal and another rock discovered in the countryside.

If you don't have a crystal, use two stones of various hues and textures. A flower or a clump of leaves is also required. Place items in a comfortable posture in front of you. Make sure your back is straight. Begin by examining the crystal or one of the pillars.

Carry out the Threefold Vision Process

    1. Become aware of your brows. Maintain complete stillness.

    Blink as little as possible.

    2. Rather than gazing at any of the image's features before being aware of the fact that you are looking--what we dubbed seeing. If this is not possible, attempt to feel rather than see the picture in front of you.

    3. Feel the object of your heart. Receive the thing in your heart via your eyes.

Keep the first item for 3 minutes. Repeat the procedure with the second pillar for at least two minutes. In the same way, go to the third item.

It becomes evident that you get quite diverse sentiments from each of the stones, leaves, and flowers. These items have distinct vibrational properties. However, when you are open to one, you will receive something different. Each item causes you to vibrate at a certain frequency. The more sensitive you get while tuning into items or people, the sharper the interior contrast.

The capacity to resonate with an item, animal, or person is referred to as tuning. Tuning in supersedes normal mental awareness. It is a direct style of knowing that varies greatly from the conventional intellect.

The mind gets 'dead' when you gaze at an object in your thoughts, which is a crucial aspect to remember. The thing is alive and full of energy and vibrations. It has a number of active natural laws. And what do you receive in your head? A dead duplicate that may be described as a postcard mental. The core of the information has been lost.

When you 'tune into' a thing, the reverse occurs. You allow the attributes of the thing to dwell inside you. You don't get postcards anymore; you're living. Experiment with various hues. Apply the triple vision approach to walls, clothing, objects, and other colors. Attempt to set the color each time. I'm open to it. Allow the color characteristics to reside inside you.

The end product is wonderful. Different hues carry you in different ways, producing a variety of effects inside you—for example, blue from Heaven, a star's brightness, or even T-Shirt yellow. Colors and lights begin to feed you; the colors and their energy are actually drinkable. You gain power from them, which increases your spirit.

This helps you comprehend why colors and light might interest young toddlers who do not yet have a conceptual framework.

Another major distinction between mental perception and 'tune' is that the former is based on separation, while the latter is based on oneness. When you get a mental image from an item or a person, there is no link between the thing and the image. When you 'tune into' a thing, however, you become the object.

For example, if the cat tries to perplex you over whether or not to feed it, you decide on the cat and become the cat. Then you can experience all the cat feels—the world you view as a cat with various sensory inputs. You have a cat's instinct; you know exactly what it's like to be a cat. You may also feel it whether your stomach is full or empty!

It is an enthralling process of learning via identification. It enables you to intuitively comprehend the nature of items and creatures. You pierce their reasoning from the inside because you are what it is.

Tuning gives you access to a variety of fresh, deep sensations and feelings. You find a variety of inner sensations that your intellect could never have predicted. You're growing in size. The technique of tuning is exciting for many aspects of life, such as stargazing, swimming in the sea, and feeding the cat. Instead of being a collection of postcards, you participate in the life of the cosmos.

When we were working outdoors, for example, at one of our school's retreat locations in New South Wales, an eagle arrived and observed us. As you tune into the eagle, it will come to a halt 20 meters over your head and glance at you. It was a halt, a turning point.

If you stretched your arms toward the eagle and gently began to turn, the eagle would turn with you. The eagle followed you slowly, as though hanging in mid-air. If you 'were' the eagle, you'd experience an inner explosion. There are no words to explain it; there just aren't any. People who have never known anything like this may be intelligent and accomplished, but they just live in a cage.

    Colors of Drinking Water

Implement the three-step vision process (motionless concentration in the eye, perception, and sensation in the heart) and experiment with various colors. Any item, plant, or even a wall may be utilized. When it comes to clothing, it is best to maintain the colors fresh if they are new enough.

    Adjust the Color

Don't get caught up in the nature of the thing. Concentrate only on the color as if you were drinking it. Its vitality will flow into your existence. It strikes a chord with you. Don't simply look at it; colorize it. Repeat your training in various hues and see how you change from one to the next. Allow oneself to be flexible under the influence of color.

Allow it to take control. Allow your energies to take over.

    Tips

Why not utilize this color spirit awareness to reassess how you dress and pick your clothes?

There is no such thing as a pure earth hue as stars. The open-eye stare is a one-of-a-kind and unexpected sensation that leads to the most enlightened visions.

A star guidebook will teach you how to identify and tune in to stars. You'll quickly notice that their energies are very different. A brilliant star-like Arcturus (Alpha Boötes), for example, awakens your heart and warms your Spirit. Others, such as Algol or Rasalhague, have orchids for flowers in stars: Their beauty may be depressing at times.

Stars are an endless source of inspiration and guidance, particularly when seen via our tripartite vision method. It's worth noting that constellations have
