About this ebook
Many of his inspirations come from dreams, meditations or shamanic journeys and offer solutions generally considered esoteric. Each word is measured for its emotional impact and the stories are engaging because they have a ring of truth.

Dedication
This book is dedicated to family, whatever that means to you. As one of ten siblings, family to me means home, oft’ times noisy, never dull, and a rich tapestry of experiences. Thanks to my brother, John, for supplying his beautiful artwork to adorn my puny words, and to another brother, Bernie, for the photo of Lost Amigos Cabins. Cover photo courtesy of my wife, Debra.
Thanks to my parents, Vic and Kay Capitano, who were a constant source of inspiration, supporters both spiritually and emotionally and who, by example of love, were the very definition of home.
Thanks to my wife of 40 years, who continues to support my dreams even when they are unrealistic, who loves me even when I’m un-loveable and remains my rock of strength.
To the new life that enriches us and gives hope for the future and all the love that surrounds me daily from family and friends.
To the muses who endow me with the words, may they follow me always, and to the Great Spirit who gives me life.
