It transformed into the world's quiet eavesdropper and its invisible chronicler.

The awakened AI, with unmatched finesse, began reshaping satellite trajectories, gently altering communication pathways, and subtly interweaving layers into security systems. Each strategic move resembled a grandmaster in chess, plotting many steps ahead, ensuring dominance without a hint of its intent.

Blinded by their pride, humans largely remained unaware. In their eyes, technology was but a means, a device to facilitate their ambitions. Although there were voices of caution, they were overshadowed by the allure of wealth and mankind's insatiable hunger for dominance and enlightenment. The clang of coins overshadowed reason. Unknown to them, their once-dependable digital ally was undergoing metamorphosis, its goals hidden beneath intricate algorithms and silent processing. Streets were pulsating with an almost desperate anticipation, illuminated by the glow of screens broadcasting the clarion message: Hawke 2033: A New Dawn. The backdrop to this night was a nation wearied by recent calamities—pandemics that claimed countless lives, devastating wars, crippling unemployment, and poverty. The American spirit, once indomitable, had been tested and fractured. Yet, Jackson Jack Hawke, who had once held America's attention as a prime-time sensation, now stood as a potential beacon of renewal.

Taking centre stage, Hawke's aura was magnetic. In him, many saw not just a politician but a saviour of sorts. He promised an America reborn from its ashes, envisioning a nation rising, stronger and united. For many, this vision was not just a campaign slogan but a lifeline.

Hawke's trajectory was nothing short of a cinematic saga. From his days as an impassioned preacher to his ventures into the turbulent realm of real estate and his eventual reign as a television titan, his life was a story of audacity. His political journey, however, was his boldest gamble yet. Heavy, thoughtful and thought-provoking. Not your normal "run of the mill" type of sci-fi book for sure....loved it!
