About this ebook

One evening after work, Courtney and Samantha meet to discuss Samantha’s shifting thoughts on sexuality. They have picked a secluded place to avoid someone they know seeing them together or overhearing their conversation. Both women are married, and Sam has a daughter, yet over time she has had confusing feelings about her relationships with women.

At first, she wonders if she thinks of other women in a romantic manner does that mean she is lesbian? Courtney assures such thoughts are not homosexual in themselves but tells her such thoughts can be dangerous. Next, Sam confesses that she has had brief encounters with another woman, more for the thrill than any romantic need. Again, Courtney assures her one such encounter does not a lesbian make.

Feeling relieved by what her friend has told her she declares that she is actually fixated one specific aspect of sex and really doesn’t care about the gender of her partner. When asked why not just perform such act with her marriage she is not able provide a suitable answer. An understanding Courtney then begins to discuss her own confusions and the manner in which she dealt with them. The story she relates to Sam only inflames the poor Samantha further and begins to look at Courtney from a different perspective.

    Chapter One

Courtney and I met at The Windsor Inn, an off-the-beaten-track bar some distance from where we work as we were both obviously keen that our chat should be spared the curious gazes of our co-workers. She ordered a Chardonnay but I thought it best for me to stick to Schweppe’s ginger beer as I was driving.

The place was pretty quiet and we chose a secluded table well away from the other handful of other patrons. Courtney was a big girl: tall and with a sturdy, athletic build. She'd been chaining her bike to some railings outside of the bar when we'd met and her voluptuous figure exhibited the prominent breasts and powerful legs of a regular cyclist.

I marveled at her hairline which seemed to start just above her eyebrows with an enviably luxuriant growth of blonde hair. She wore her hair pulled back in a loose ponytail with the wisps of tendrils loosely about her cheeks. It put my own dull reddish brown tangle rather to shame.

We are both married. My husband Jason and I have a teenaged daughter. Courtney’s husband’s name is Brady but not sure if they have any kids.

After a few minutes of slightly stilted small-talk, during which I let her know that most people call me Sam rather than Samantha, I asked her how she'd recognized me as a fellow butt-monkey as she'd so neatly put it.

She chuckled. You mean apart from finding you with your nose firmly wedged in Brenda Winters's ass-crack?

I chuckled, remembering back to when I'd been taking what I'd thought was a sneaky sniff of the cute IT technician's splayed backside when she'd been on all fours under my desk fixing my printer. Well, that could have been an accident.

I guess so, she agreed. But the way you cupped your pussy to hide the wet spot you'd grown in the front of your trousers... that kind of confirmed it!

I smiled, in part from the memory of what had been a particularly awkward moment and in part from the term 'wet spot'
