This book is dedicated to every individual who suffers from anxiety, navigating life under the double burden of external obstacles and internal fears and insecurities. My heart goes out to you, and I hope that this fairy tale will be of help.
As usual, spring came , and the nightingales returned to the vast Eastern Siberian forest. Among them was a lovely couple who had first met in Africa. After overcoming the long and dangerous journey, they decided to nest together that summer and start a family. By early June, they were happily expecting three chicks and eagerly waiting for them to hatch.
Finally, the moment came! Two of them fearlessly broke out of their shells, but the third one didn't seem to be in any rush.
One day passed, and then another two slipped by and the parents began to worry when suddenly the shell cracked, and through the tiny hole, they saw a small, scared chick, cowering inside the shell as if it was a tiny house.
My sweetheart! Peck it a few more times, and the shell will crack,
said Mother Nightingale lovingly.
But I don't want it to crack!
the chick stuttered fearfully. I like it here! I'll stay inside.
You can't stay inside; you need to grow! You'll have to learn to fly soon! Here, let me help you get out,
Father Nightingale chimed in, his voice filled with tender concern.
Wait!
his wife stopped him. You shouldn't break the shell from the outside, you might harm the little one. Growth must always come from within.
Brother and Sister were chirping with excitement, taking in their surroundings.
Come join us!
they called out to the chick. It's so beautiful outside! There's so much to see!
I'm quite comfortable here!
