Carl East

Carl East was born in 1956, in the City of Hull (officially Kingston upon Hull), in Northeast England. He began his writing career after turning 40, beginning with imaginative tales and then moving onto short stories. In the years that followed, he improved his writing skills with the help of other writers and online authors who gave of their time and skills, to offer advice and constructive criticism.  His vivid imagination took off as his writing explored the various genres of Science Fiction, Horror and Romance. He attained his greatest success while writing Erotic Fiction as he weaved stories of lusty encounters with distinctively entertaining characters to tickle the fancy of the growing fans of Erotica.  The years of heading out the door to a factory, manufacturing, or service job is now a thing of the past. Instead, he spends his time in a pleasantly chaotic home office, legs stretched out as he ponders his next story. With a steaming hot cup of tea and snacks by his side, the keyboard silently awaits, for the next “Ah Ha Moment” when another story begins.

    Isaac - Carl East

    Isaac

Isaac walked over to the window in his penthouse suite and looked out at his panoramic view of New York. It always amazed him how far he’d come but at the same time it bothered him that he had to keep everything a secret. As he looked at the sheer beauty of everything around him, he remembered the day it all started as if it was yesterday. He was sick and on the edge of death. In fact, he’d prayed for death to come sooner rather than later. He had leprosy and very few people would come near him. He was a good man though, which was proved time and again when certain kind and well-meaning individuals tried to help him. He would warn them to back off and told them why and of course they would do as they were told out of sheer fear for their safety.

On the day that his story began he was sure it would be his last. Something was missing inside him, something vital because when he tried to breathe the pain would grow worse and continued to do so for hours. He thought of killing himself several times but he’d followed the teachings of Jesus and even gone to some of his sermons on the mount. Jesus had talked about being desperate and how killing one’s self was wrong in the eyes of God. Isaac also believed that he would see the gates of heaven and that all the pain he was now suffering would just be a bad memory. It was while he was thinking these things that he felt a hand resting on his shoulder and quickly recoiled while shouting out that it was unsafe to come near him.

However, when he looked up to see who had been so brave as to touch him, he looked into the eyes of Jesus. He recognized him immediately and tried desperately to back away. He didn’t want to be responsible for killing such a good man.

It is fine my friend, I came looking for you, said Jesus.

Looking for me, but you don’t even know me, replied Isaac.

"I know all of God’s children Isaac. I also know that you have been suffering so I came
