Jessica Baladad's life was going well. She had a career she loved and enjoyed her life with her husband. When she found a lump in her breast, she told herself it couldn't be. Jessica was young, and she had just been to the doctor. It turned out her doctor had missed it, and she would find out it was cancer that her grandmother and aunts died from. She was terrified. She struggled to tell her family and friends who were by her side throughout the process. Jessica shares her journey with us. Just as she reached the end, the pandemic hit, and she would find out her reconstruction surgery was being put on hold.
