    About

Nagma Publication, a well-known research analyst, just published this book. The days of investors buying large quantities of a stock and holding it for a 15–20 percent return have long since passed with the introduction of discount broker houses and the rise in retail investors' participation in options and delivery in the market. As a result, the old stock market strategies are currently all but useless. Currently, the majority of retail investors are either trading intraday, making a profit on a single day or profiting from a call option with a seven-day short expiry, or taking a modest profit from a swing trade, which causes more small range market movements. The author of the current book, which was created in this environment, is the only one of its kind to intentionally use intra-day, option trade, and swing trade to convey a lot of information in a concise amount of words.

Before trading, make sure to develop a strategy

Do you know that before beginning construction, a spectacular building's design would have been drawn up on paper? Or do you suppose that some masons would have just shown up and immediately begun assembling the structure out of bricks and mortar in a random manner, and the building was put up that way?

No building is built without first creating its design.

Let's pretend for a moment that you are an army captain. What would you do if you needed to prevail in a fight? Would you first plan a strategy before engaging in combat, or would you simply tell the men to engage in combat now while you think of a strategy later?

This tale may have been told to you. There once was a very wealthy businessman. His sons were four. When he was old, he gave one rupee to each of them and instructed them to utilize it to start a business and make money. The person who successfully makes a profit of two rupees from this one rupee will be given control of my firm.

Since most individuals are gamblers rather than businesses and do not even understand the fundamental principle of trade, which states that trading requires some sort of strategy, the businessman sought to determine which of his sons genuinely have business acumen. A gambler simply starts playing and only later considers developing a plan.

Therefore, before engaging in stock market trading, make sure to have a strategy. Well, upcoming trading advice would explain the type or nature of strategy.

Develop a Tiny Plant into a Massive Banyan Tree

Have you ever seen a plant sprout? Have you ever seen a banyan tree or a banyan seed? As little as a mustard seed, the banyan seed. Is it possible for this to reach its full potential in a single day?

Obviously not! The banyan seed initially develops into a little, attractive sprout. The following day, the same increases slightly. That tender little sprout gradually develops into two leaves. These tiny reddish leaves are really lovely. Through the same, nature is attempting to teach you commerce. But if you're really eager to learn from the same, it's a different story!

Hurry has no place in the natural world. That banyan tree keeps developing slowly. This develops the capacity to house birds in a few years. Once it has grown for a few more years, this can shade travelers. And very quickly, this develops into a massive banyan tree. Would you rather design a trading technique that functions roughly similarly, with your trading firm growing like a banyan tree? Or, would you prefer to profit handsomely from one to seven thrilling deals before quitting the stock market and cursing it for the rest of your life when you lose everything?

By now, you must be aware of my second piece of advice for the day. As with a banyan seed, your initial investment should be modest. You should gradually increase your trading amount as you continue to make money.

Let me go into further detail on this. Let's say you have $5 lakh in capital. You intend to invest that money in the stock market in order to make a sizable profit, which will provide you with a monthly income of between 40,000 and 50,000 rupees. Then, all you have to do is begin trading with a sum of $10,000. Think of an objective: If I am able to turn this investment of 10,000 into 12,000, or if I am able to make a profit of 2,000 with this investment, I will increase my working capital used for trading to 20,000, just like a banyan tree. The working capital would rise to £30,000 once I made a profit of £4,000. I would increase the same to $40,000 when I make a profit of $6,000 Therefore, the working capital may increase by
