The 11 Reits in my portfolio

I take the view that fears about the future of offices and retail are overdone – people will work from home more and many weak retail companies will go bust, but good-quality space will still remain in demand. Rents may drop in some cases, but Reit share prices fell by enough during the panic to reflect that. So I wasand and I think they remain solid recovery plays even though I am not especially optimistic for the UK economy.
