~Introduction~

Here I may introduce a collection of my works. These stories and art may be of various genres; they may be horror, fantasy, romance, adventure, supernatural, and so forth. There is no guarantee that they will be ordinary, nor unordinary. I think that each one may have a different impression on each person as is to be expected of any story with poetry as no exception. I am The Autumn Bard, and these are my tales to tell.

I. Once there were two families; divided by a deep river.

One family of six, another of seven. And one day they each awoke with a shiver!

II. The river top was frozen until ‘twas two and a half feet.

And ‘twas no good time to leave, for on the road was sleet.

III. One man suggested that they go fishing on the ice. And another said, That would be quite nice.

IV. And so they traveled until they had found their spot.

It was a place that they all enjoyed a lot.

V. But look; said a man. There is a black fog ahead!

Keep away; said another. If in such a smog we may be dead.

VI. But in a moment the smog was so they could not see.

And in that way, they could not be free.

VII. They could not see any way to run.

For in this smog they had no sun.

VIII. A bit of light came through so they could walk.

But in such a place they dare not talk.

IX. They heard something crack through the ice!

Something screeched, "Doing what you’ve done comes
