Why I Wrote This Book
The inspiration to write this book came to me while I was speaking at an event in Dubai, at the invitation of Doctor Stephen Akintayo, a former protege, colleague, and business partner, who is now a naira billionaire, and a multi-million-dollar business mogul in his own right.
The event had Frank Kern, Robert Kiyosaki, John Maxwell, and several top-level International speakers bringing their decades of wisdom and experience to the stage.
It was an amazing event with tips for success flowing from the mouths of these legends that were heroes and inspirations at one point to the rest of us on stage with them.
As Robert Kiyosaki started giving his own nuggets about how to make money in any economy, it suddenly occurred to me that while I strongly admired the legendary author of the amazing rich dad poor dad book, I did not agree with some of his suggestions and conclusions, but I took it in stride.
To me, he was talking more about what successful people do after they have made money and not what struggling wannabes need to know.
Still, I calmed down and took notes of some of the amazing nuggets he threw out because many applied directly to me. After all, I already had some success going on for me and needed to hear most of what he was teaching.
Then Frank Kern mounted the podium via Zoom and started sharing his own tips for growing wealth, and he also made some remarks about needing to have a great vision in order to be successful which struck me as odd.
In my personal experience, and from my own personal observations of most people I know, when people are still struggling to make their first $10,000, they never had the luxury of having any great vision beyond selling their first product.
As I pondered his biggest s, it suddenly occurred to me that these legends seemed to be talking about their mindset now that they are legends and thinking about growing their already massive businesses. They really don’t talk about the mindset you need to get some success going first.
In my own sincere experience, the Mindset to make your first $50,000, is very different from what you need to make $5 million, and if you started with the current mindset of already successful multi-millionaires, you will never make that first $50,000.
Most of what I listened to seemed more appropriate to a millionaire seeking to make more millions, and do not apply to someone just starting, and who did not have the luxury or resources to do some of the stuff these giants were talking about.
Of course, the giants cannot be blamed for their presentation since they were speaking to an audience of mostly successful people, and not starters or guru wannabes.
There and then I decided to write a book that will focus on the real success secrets of these legends, and others like them, from the point of view of when they were still struggling to be successful.
This book will talk about what they actually did to become successful, and not what they are doing now that they are successful. Often those are 2 different things.
The way a college graduate thinks is different from the way someone in high school thinks.
Then I decided to go investigate the mindsets of many successful people, and what they actually did, and are doing to keep getting richer, and not what they are telling us was their mindsets, or what they claim they did.
I realized a long time ago that what successful people often say they did to make it, is different from what they actually did.
The way they tell us they used to think, is often not really the way their mindset worked then and now.
So, this book is a compilation of the mindsets and secrets of success that is common to many successful people that I found out by investigation, not by notification by the people themselves.
This book also contained some of these mindsets and principles of Business that I learned from these legends, and have actually applied in my own businesses, plus a few principles I discovered on my own, and which have worked for me in some of my own spectacular successes as a businessperson, in different niches that include Law, Entertainment, Internet Business, Preaching and Pastoring; Coaching /Training and as a Media Business Executive.
This book is therefore conceived as a mindset guide for those aspiring to be successful in business and life.
I sincerely believe the 33 principles discussed in this book will help you tremendously, and literally change the trajectory of your business for good.
Please study them, apply them, and watch them transform your life and your business.
Enjoy

Who Is This Book For?
This book is not for moralists who want to argue about how the world should look, but about those who view the world exactly as it is, and then build their strategy for making money based on the reality of the human condition.
This book is not for those who have chosen to accept the misleading mindsets of their parents, or teachers, without subjecting everything to critical scrutiny.
This book is for those who are tired of doing the same thing over and over again and are ready to do things differently, by challenging stereotypes.
This book is for hustlers who refuse to apologize for tragedies, disasters, or misfortune of others, but rather are looking to capitalize on the problems around them. They don’t wish anyone to be hurt, but they refuse to let the pain of the people around them, their communities, their nation, or the world be wasted.
They capitalize on opportunities presented by negative situations, while still being empathetic to those who are going through tough times.
The kind of hustler we are looking for, or trying to help in this book, is the one that will cry with the world about a pandemic like COVID-19, but instead of being paralyzed by it, is busy looking for how he can profit from that disaster in his business.
They didn’t create COVID-19, but they will profit from COVID-19.
That is the kind of person who would get the most from this book.
