    The Greedy Mouse

A hungry mouse saw a grain basket. He wanted to consume it. As a result, he drilled a little hole in the basket. He got in via the hole. He finished a lot of grain. He was satisfied and overjoyed.

He wanted to come out now. He attempted to escape via the little hole. He couldn't do it. His stomach was full. He tried one more. But it was useless.

The mouse began to sob. A rabbit was going by. Why are you crying, my friend? it inquired, hearing the mouse's cry.

I made a small hole and came into the basket to eat the corn, the mouse stated. Now I can't go out through that hole."

It's because you overate, the rabbit said. Wait until your stomach shrinks. The rabbit laughed and left.

The mouse slept off in the basket. His stomach had diminished the following morning. But he was hungry for more corn. He had forgotten entirely about getting out of the basket. So he ate the maize, and his tummy became even bigger.

After eating, the mouse realized he needed to flee. But he plainly couldn't. So he said, Oh! Now I'm going out tomorrow.

The cat was the next person to pass by. He detected the odour of a mouse in the basket. He ate the mouse after lifting the lid.

    Genuine vs. Fake

Minnu, a six-year-old girl, was lovely, affectionate, and gorgeous. She was a kind little girl who always listened to her elders. Minnu's parents adored her for her exceptional behaviour.

Minnu's mother went her food shopping one day. Minnu saw a charming plastic pearl necklace in sparkling pink as they passed the stores! She requested that her mother purchase the jewellery for her. Her mother informed her that it was rather expensive. She instructed her to perform several duties so that Minnu may collect money for each completed task and purchase the pink necklace.

Minnu made a to-do list and helped her mother with household duties. Her mother was overjoyed, and she paid for the pink necklace.

Minnu enthusiastically bought the necklace and wore it everywhere except while bathing. Her mother warned her that if she wore it while cleaning, her neck would become pink, and the pearls would lose their lustre. Minnu, on the other hand, wore it all the time, even when sleeping.

Minnu's father used to read her bedtime tales all the time. Her father asked her how much she loved him one night after she finished a novel. Minnu said, You know how much I love you.

Then give me your pearl necklace, please! Dad demanded.

Daddy, I love you so much, but please don't ask for these pearls, Minnu responded. I'll give you the pink Barbie you gave me a month ago."

    Dad said, Fine, sweetheart.

After a few days, Minnu and her father had the same chat. Minnu refused to give up her pearl necklace again, instead asking her father to take her pet. Dad kissed her and smiled as he walked away.

    This was done multiple times.

Minnu fell asleep one day when her father told her a tale. She had the necklace in her hands. Her father snatched the pearl necklace from her grasp. She awoke the next second and questioned, Dad, what are you doing?

Dad opened a jewel box beside her bed and presented her with a priceless pink pearl necklace. Sweetheart, this is your real necklace, he continued. I've wanted to take away the phony one to offer you this genuine one."

    'Thank you, Dad!' she said.

Minnu instantly exchanged her bogus jewellery for the genuine one.

God wants us to give up all the phoney and cheap things we hold dear. It might be bad habits, hatred, damaging relationships, activities, unpleasant ideas, etc. He would provide us with actual items if we give over the phoney!

    The Grasshopper and the Ant

A Grasshopper bounced about in a field one summer day, chirping and humming to its heart's delight. An ant walked by, carrying an ear of corn to his nest with tremendous difficulty.

Why don't you come and chat with me instead of toiling your life away? said the Grasshopper.

I'm helping to store food for the winter, the Ant stated, and I recommend you do the same.

Why bother about winter? the Grasshopper said. We have plenty of food right now.

But the Ant kept on its course, toiling.

When winter arrived, the Grasshopper found himself starving while watching the ants distribute maize and grain from their summer reserves on a daily basis.

    Then the Grasshopper realized...

    The Dolphin and the Monkey

A long time ago, three sailors set sail aboard their sailing ship. For the lengthy voyage, one of them took his pet monkey.

A severe storm wrecked their ship when they were far out at sea. Everyone entered the water, and the monkey thought he would perish. A dolphin emerged out of nowhere and scooped him up.

They arrived at the island quickly, and the monkey descended off the dolphin's back. Do you know this place? the dolphin inquired of the monkey.

Yes, I do, the monkey said. The island's ruler is my closest buddy. Did you know that I am a prince?

Knowing no one was on the island; the dolphin said, Well, well, you're a prince! You may now be a king! How can I be a king?" the monkey inquired.

As the dolphin began to swim away, he said, That is simple. You will automatically be the King since you are the sole creature on this island!
