About this ebook
Tommy is a young and aspiring writer, who lives in Wick' Hollows, a small and boring town. He dreams of becoming a famous and successful journalist, like his idol Jig A. Maroo, who was a legendary magician and storyteller.
One day, he finds out that he is Jig A. Maroo's successor, and that he has inherited his magic and his mission. He learns that he can travel to Wick' Land, a magical and wonderful world, where he can have many adventures and make many magic.
He also learns that he has to stop the Dark Lord of Wick' Land, who is Mr. Grump's nephew, from casting the Doom Spell, which would destroy both worlds.
He is joined by his friends and allies, who are the princes and princesses of Wick' Land, and also Jig A. Maroo's grandchildren. They are Lily, Jack, Rose, and Sam. They also have Wise, the owl, Blaze, the dragon, and the dwarves as their helpers and guides.
They face many challenges and dangers in both worlds, but they also have fun and excitement. They use their magic and their skills, their wit and their courage, to overcome them.
They also share their stories with the people of both worlds, through Tommy's newspaper feature: Page Three: The Chronicles of Wick' Land. They captivate and inspire people with their stories and their magic. They make them believe in something that is beyond their reality.
They make magic happen.
They are Jig A. Maroo.

"It has been a beautiful life and I hope for more decades to learn and experience a great deal more." In these pages he will share what comes from deep within the chasms of his imagination. Abracadabra - Donald Harry Roberts
The Last Trick of Jig A. Maroo
Jig A. Maroo was a famous magician who had performed all over the world. He had amazed audiences with his illusions, his sleight of hand, and his charisma. He had a mansion full of trophies, souvenirs, and secrets.
But he was also old and tired. He knew he didn't have much time left. He wanted to leave behind a legacy, a final mystery that would keep people wondering for years to come.
To be honest he looked a little like a stick man wearing clothes that were much to baggy for him and his face looked frighteningly skeletal with thin gray skin stretched over the skull.
He decided to pack his most precious magician's kit into a footlocker. It contained his wand, his hat, his cards, his coins, his rings, and his rabbit. He also wrote a note with his signature and a clue: The key is in the eye of the beholder.
He carried the footlocker to the attic of the mansion and hid it under a pile of dusty books and clothes. He locked the door behind him and threw the key out of the window.
He then went down to his library, where he had a cozy rocking chair and a fireplace. He sat down and closed his eyes. He whispered his last word: Abracadabra.
He died peacefully, with a smile on his face.
The next day, his maid found him and called the police. They searched the mansion for clues, but they couldn't find anything that explained his death or his whereabouts for the last few hours.
They also couldn't find the footlocker or the key. They only found a note on his desk that read: I have one last trick for you. Can you find it?
The story of Jig A. Maroo's death became a sensation. Magicians, journalists, fans, and detectives tried to solve the mystery of his final trick. But no one ever did.
The footlocker remained hidden in the attic, waiting for someone to find it and unlock its secrets.
The Haunting of Jig A. Maroo's Hilltop Mansion
Tommy was a young man who lived in a small town. He had a passion for writing and journalism. He was the editor of the high school newspaper, and he was always looking for new stories to cover.
He had heard about the legend of Jig A. Maroo, the famous magician who had died mysteriously in his hilltop mansion. The mansion had been abandoned for years, and people said it was haunted by his ghost.
Tommy decided to investigate the story for himself. He wanted to find out the truth behind the mystery of Jig A. Maroo's final trick.
He borrowed his dad's car and drove to the mansion one night. He brought a flashlight, a camera, and a notebook. He parked the car near the gate and climbed over the fence.
He walked up the hill, feeling a chill in the air. He saw the mansion looming in the darkness, with its broken windows and crumbling walls.
He reached the front door and tried to open it. It was locked. He looked around and found a window that was slightly open. He pushed it up and crawled inside.
He found himself in a dusty hallway, with cobwebs and rats everywhere. He turned on his flashlight and looked for signs of life.
He saw a door that said Library
. He opened it and entered.
He gasped when he saw what was inside.
There was a skeleton sitting in a rocking chair, next to a fireplace. The skeleton was wearing a suit and a top hat. It had a ring with a black stone on its finger. It was holding a scrap of paper in its hand.
It was Jig A. Maroo.
Tommy felt a surge of fear and curiosity. He approached the skeleton slowly, trying not to make any noise.
He reached out and took the paper from its hand. He unfolded it and read it.
It said: Congratulations, you have found my last trick. The key is in the eye of the beholder.
Tommy looked at the ring on the skeleton's finger.
