In a forest near a swamp, an unknown man is fleeing from a group of pursuing policemen. He reaches a hill where he can no longer escape, as the area is surrounded by the swamp. The three policemen catch up to him:

We've managed to catch you.

Please, I didn't mean to do it.

Where's the necklace?

The man hands them the necklace, taking it out of his pocket.

Good. Now, what should I do with you?

The policeman reaches for his gun and shoots the man in the stomach. The man cries out in pain, but the policeman kicks him into the swamp.

Boss, are you sure he's dead? one of the policemen asks.

You doubt me? Even if he's not dead, he won't survive. The necklace is now with us. That was our mission. Let's leave this forest.

The three policemen depart, but the man musters his last bit of strength to crawl out of the swamp.

The scene changes to a house in the city where a married couple lives with their 13-year-old daughter, Alina. Alina wants to spend her summer at a summer camp, but her mother is constantly worried about her and doesn't allow her to go. One day, her father returns home from work:

My love, I'm home.

I'm glad to see you, dear! Dinner will be ready soon.

I'm waiting. Where's Alina?

"She's still in her room. She's very upset because I won't let her go
