I know me.

I had just finished teaching a full-day workshop on achieving success in every area of life. A participant came up to me at the end and shared with me one of the most blatantly honest and transparent statements I have ever heard. Tom, I believe what you taught today is true, and I know it will work. But I know me, and I will do what you suggested for a few days, and then I will give up.

My name is Jill Hellwig, and I’m the founder of Brand New U Coaching. As a business and life coach, trainer, and consultant, I help people bridge the gap from where they are to where they want to be.

Most of us know there is so much more inside of us, but we just don’t exactly know how to draw it out! This is where a coach comes in.
