Susan Silverstein-Kaufman has spent the majority of her career as a K-12 school administrator. Susan has won numerous awards for innovative programs she designed and implemented into the curriculum. She has served as the Executive Director of New Jersey Educational Consultants for children with special needs. In addition, Susan has pioneered inclusion workshops at the School Board Conventions, and has lectured at numerous colleges sharing insight on transitioning students from high school to college with varying educational needs. Susan has been featured on CBS news, as well as many other media outlets. Susan has been volunteering for over 20 years to promote a love and appreciation for reading. Susan divides her time living in Florida and New Jersey and sincerely thanks her husband, Joel for his continuous love and support.
