    INTRODUCTION

I N DY’S READING, you will find that we live in everyday preemptive society: from electing someone to public office; to deciding someone’s fate spent behind bars; or even deciding who should live or die. Dy had his share of racial profiling. April 2017 in the Town of Wethersfield, Dy was tail-gated by a police officer because he was simply driving around looking for his point of destination. It was not a big deal until he was stopped. Dy was asked questions like: What are you doing in this area? Where are you going? Do you know that you look suspicious? He answered appropriately his questions which was why he probably did not end up getting arrested, or giving any citation for irresponsive driving. At the time, Dy was more engaged in trying to figure out what precipitated him to ask him those type of questions, instead of seeking justice and reporting him to his superiors. Reporting the incident probably would have banned him from driving in that area forever. Frankly, he refused to believe that he was stopped for no better reason. And that is a tribute to his wonderful mom and dad who do not know how to discriminate against anyone. As time pass, he know that they are living vigorously in a world of darkness when it comes to believing if discrimination exist. It is a world battled crisis which is inevitable. Dy finds himself at times telling them that it is a natural way of recognizing hatred. To discriminate against one for whatever reason is an ultimate disgrace to society and pleasing to trouble- makers. Emotionally, Ken achieved rehabilitating himself because of what happened to him on that day. But, he promised himself that he will gear up for another fall if it should happen. Another top of Dy’s head incident that he would like to mention is in May 2018 the police officer who shot and killed the young teen because he thought that he was going to shoot him with a hair brush. It sound like something that might be in a prank story, and it was real. The police officer who shot the teen was acquitted after trial. People’s lives are lost based on racial profiling. What we need to do as a society is to stabilize rather than mobilize our nation of descriptive ideas that lead to racial barriers. Luckily, there are some people who are willing to cease the moment. In defense of these people, they have succeeded in doing so. Dy’s scale of justice eventually resort to favoritism due to distributive, procedural, and interactional events. The motivation process is to adhere to positive core values, engage only in positive conversations, and having positive meditations on a regular basis. Easier said than done, right? Well, the ones who are in fame, rich, and wealth category already take these high class positions from birth. They have no idea how to want something. There’s no need to convince these people into thinking that everyone isn’t the same, and do not have the ability to make it financially on their own. Ken strongly urge the unfortunate to take moments at a time to think about what they can do better improve themselves each day.

The discrimination mode is on the rise again. Although some great people have fought to try and break down barriers of racism, (two of Dy’s favorite people come to mind, Reverend Martin Luther King, Jr. and Rosa Parks) it is still a problem in today’s society with many people. Of course, Dy’s not as old as many people who had gone through destruction of discrimination due to their skin color, or other ridiculous reasons like jealousy, or just ignorance, but old enough to see how the whole idea of discrimination works. Ken say that he has been around long enough to see discrimination spread as an effort to indulge vulnerability. The world is made up of so many people who are expert at the idea of using racism as a stepping stone, that it come to be a fact-finder in everyday living. The problem is, like he mentioned in his first book, people who are elected by the voters to be in public office that they serve ideology insist on making the methods of racism stand out. He is using just an example that simply comes to mind. Another example is: who you know desire or who you know scrutiny, rather than what you know accomplishments. And it works. There are many reasons why people discriminate. It could as well be for political reasons, political powers, or simply because racism has been around so long that it is natural to be racist. Children are more incline as time pass on to believing that discrimination is a tolerable standard behavior that is right. They think obliviously to hate. Dy is afraid for his own children due to the fact their mothers do not understand what is happening in today’s society. The ones in higher authorities have the power to teach discrimination to our youngsters in ways that are appalling. What do we do? We fall for it. We have no choice but to defend against many discrimination. It circulated long time ago. Ken is also referring to many people who had experienced the antidote discrimination at some point. Dy is not only referring to Blacks; also referring to Chinese, British, Hispanics, Mexicans, Jewish, Whites, Muslims, Polish, Irish,
