    Okay, but I think we should add more detail to the poster. Between the four of us, only two of us are willing to talk, so we should make the poster more exact to cover for the lack of verbal explanation. Sam’s friend, Leah, nodded in agreement as she explained the plan to the rest of the group.

    Sure, they all probably had A’s already from the work they’d put in, but it didn’t hurt to be sure. This was one of their last projects as eighth graders that would actually count for a grade.

    To no one’s surprise, their group ended up with a perfect score on the science project, getting extra credit for how detailed their poster was. A job well done, if Sam did say so herself.
