About this ebook
Patience is a virtue, so he’s told. But to Vin, patience just means waiting longer. Why wait when he knows he’s going to get it anyway? And besides, an early Christmas gift to himself wouldn’t hurt.
Kyler never expected to wake up with someone else in his bed. After all, he went to sleep alone. When the torment starts, he fights a battle against the man who’s taking what Kyler didn’t want to give.
At least, that's what he tells himself because who really wants to be tied up and used?
Defying Sanity is a consensual non-consent fantasy with a little blood play and bondage.

Elouise R East
Elouise R East writes all things taboo. Her characters, however flawed and kinky, come to life on the page, unfolding in front of her, and she has very little input into how they want to be shown. Just like real life, the lives of her characters change with every choice, every interaction and every conversation. And she wouldn’t have it any other way.

Defying Sanity - Elouise R East
Chapter 1
Kyler
Kyler woke when a hand covered his mouth, and a weight lay over him. He tried to shove the guy off—he could tell it was a guy—but he wasn’t strong enough despite years of yoga training, though that didn’t stop him from bucking and squirming to try to get rid of him. The man was built like a bloody tank. The guy tightened his hold, pressing against his mouth and pushing his head into the pillow, making it impossible for Kyler to move. His heart raced, and his body tensed, ready for a fight.
He paused and stared at the man on top of him, trying to find some semblance of goodness in his gaze, but all he saw was the cold, dark features of a man intent on something. Did Kyler have the strength to stop fighting when he wasn’t sure if this was real or not? It couldn’t be.
He tried to mumble something, but nothing came out but a subdued noise.
A knife came into view in front of him, and a shiver skated Kyler’s body. The man drew the knife down the side of his face, not breaking the skin but showing that he could. The guy was a psycho. The coldness in his eyes advertised his love of taking what was not offered. There were no warm displays of affection. He was either a crazy serial rapist, or he was a damn good actor.
Shhh. Let’s get us more comfortable, eh?
The man’s voice was a whisper, but it brooked no argument. And that scared him. Kyler could relax and let it happen, hoping he wouldn’t get hurt, or he could fight tooth and nail to try and stop it. What was he thinking? He needed to fight, no matter what.
The guy rested the knife against Kyler’s throat and removed his hand, and Kyler opened his mouth to talk, freezing when the sharp edge dug into his skin. He heard the clink of metal and desperately wanted to push against the man as handcuffs appeared. It would be a mistake, though. If he wanted to survive, he needed to stop the knife from carving him like a Christmas turkey. The guy secured the cuffs around Kyler’s wrists, one-handed—as easily as if Kyler had held them out for him. He brought a second pair of handcuffs and wrapped one around the chain of the first, then yanked Kyler’s arms back and over his head, putting more pressure on his throat as he leaned forward. He locked the last ring around the metal slats of Kyler’s headboard. Within seconds, Kyler could not pull his arms away.
Why are you doing this?
he whispered.
These cuffs are homemade,
the guy said, ignoring Kyler’s words. They have a tight spring between them, which means you can move them with effort, but they will spring you back to your original position. Be careful not to catch your skin. It’ll pinch a bit.
To make matters worse, his captor then produced a ball gag. Kyler shook his head, hissing when the knife nicked his skin, but the man tightened his legs around Kyler’s hips and grinned.
When I remove the knife, you’re going to have a choice. Either scream with what little air you have or take a deep, cleansing breath before I put this in place. Your choice.
Kyler inhaled a little, ready to scream, but the second the knife lifted, he instinctively inhaled deeper, his lungs wanting the air. Before he had the opportunity to do more than squeak the start of a scream, the ball gag was in his mouth. He twisted his head from side to side, trying to dislodge it because the man had to clip it together at the
