Hello meager reader. I would like to start by introducing myself. My name is Karissa Love Hope. What you just picked up is my debut novel. I am an author with a wide-ranged imagination, and That isn’t going anywhere any time soon! My books are for all audiences! This book is dedicated to my mom. She is the reason for this book. Her love of Elvis Presley made my siblings and me true, dedicated, life-long fans! I even have a few tattoos to show my love and devotion for Elvis Presley. Love and miss you, Mom! Rest in sweet rest, my beautiful mother, until we meet again. And my daddy. I can still see and hear you sing sweetly to mommy Elvis Presley song! You even sounded like him a little! Please save a seat for me at the table. I will be looking forward to conversation and your Italian cooking!

Also, like to thank my brothers and sister Joe, Bob and sister Nicole. I love you more than words can describe. No matter what, we always stuck together through good times and bad! At times you were my glue that kept me together!  One day we will be with mom and daddy at dad’s table eating his food and playing games with mommy. Cheers! Here’s to you 3! When I decided to write this book. Lisa Marie Presley was very much alive!  I loved her and still very much love her as a singer/ Songwriter and person! I feel like I grew up with her. She's always been a positive influence in my life! Even though her father was Elvis Presley! She did her own thing with no regrets or apologies! She was a tough woman who I will always admire.  In her leaving this world and into another! I will cherish the brief moment I got to spend with her for a quick pic and autograph! ONLY FOOLS RUSH IN

The divorce was final. Now it was just Carolyn and her son Vince. She wanted to start a new life with her son. He meant the world to her! His father didn’t want anything to do with any one of them. He gave full custody of Vince to Carolyn. This was so he could start a new life with his girlfriend. So, why shouldn’t she?

Carolyn wanted to pack it all up and sell the house. With the money moved to a good place where she could raise Vince. Someplace exciting!

I know, she thought out loud. I will take us to L.A! She nodded her head and smiled.
