I consecrate this book to Supreme God of all Creation who is I AM WHO I AM. He factually taught me how to love Him with all my heart, all my soul, all my mind, and all my strength, and to love myself so that I can show His Love to my neighbors. I render Him all honor, and praise, and worship.

"Thus says the Lord, Who is God, I AM the Lord, and there is no other. I GOD Created the heavens. I formed the earth and established it. I did not Create the earth a chaos. I formed it to be inhabited.

"I publicly proclaim bold promises. I do not whisper secrets in some dark corner. I would not have told people to seek Me if I could not be found.

"I the Lord God speak the Truth. I declare what is Right.

"I AM the Lord! There is no other GOD besides Me, a Righteous GOD and SAVIOR.

"Turn to Me and be Saved all the ends of the earth! For I AM GOD, and there is no other. I have spoken Truth, and I will never go back on My Word: Every knee will bow to me and every tongue will confess allegiance to Me. I have sworn by My own Name.

People will declare, the Lord is the source of all my righteousness and strength. In Him all the generations are justified, through the Blood of Jesus."

Supernatural Encounters Commission, Anoint, and Ordain Me

Foreword

This book is a personal interactive Journey to show a Supreme God who walks among His people Created in His Image and after His Likeness. These Holy supernatural revelation encounters are not to be kept secret. They are open for all Created beings to know, and each one is accountable to Supreme God alone.

The Lord God Almighty of Heaven and earth Sovereignly came to me in an orphanage as a small child. He put a song in my heart that has never left me. As I matured through the years, He began openly revealing Himself to Me. The Holy Bible became more and more alluring to me as He opened revelations of Himself to me in the Words I read in The Bible. He openly revealed Himself to me through supernatural encounters in the same way He did to those recorded in The Holy Bible.

I did not ask for these revelations or spend days soaking in His Presence, as some call it today, or spend hours and hours of fasting to hear from Him nor did I ever ask to be His prophet or ask to receive dreams and visions. I am God’s Holy prophet by His preordained Design and Will. I have not called myself to be His prophet. No one with a sanctified mind would. The walk of a prophet of Holy God is stringent and demanding and precise, but the rewards are unending. The hope of Eternal rewards keeps the prophet’s focus where it should be, as it should be for all people.

I had no idea of the magnitude of what The Lord was revealing to me or asking me to do in His Name. Nor did I understand why He was opening Revelation Knowledge and Wisdom to me and allowing me to flow incessantly with Him. He came to me on many occasions from childhood to adulthood, asking me for permission to use Me as He desired to reveal His Glory. I simply said yes to Him without hesitation or questioning. I surrendered my will to do all His Good Will.

The Lord made me know, through His Holy prophet Amos, why He openly reveals His Heart to me: Truly The Lord does nothing, unless He reveals His secret plans to His servants the prophets (Amos 3:7).

Therefore, no person can ever say that God operates in secret, and without warning wipes people out for no reason. He first tells His prophets His Designed Plans. Examine Psalm 78 and see God’s Heart of Goodness toward a rebellious people. God’s Heart toward all people is that they come to an intimate knowledge of Him and His Ways so they do not perish but, rather, Live in unending Joy and fellowship with Him.

As I live says The Lord God, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live. Turn, turn from your evil ways! For why should you die…! (Ezekiel 33:11)

…God our Savior…desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. (1 Timothy 2:4)

The Lord is…longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. (2 Peter 3:9)

As I sat in quietness before The Lord, Jeremiah 36 emerged in my spirit:

The Lord gave this message to Jeremiah

Get a scroll, and write down all My messages

read the messages from the Lord that are on this scroll

tell us how you got these messages. Did they come directly from Jeremiah?

Jeremiah dictated them to me word by word, and I wrote down His Words with ink on this scroll.

The Lord resounded:

"Make public what I have spoken to you. You are hearing from Me as did all those whom I mandate to speak for Me. They wrote down what they heard from Me. So are you are hearing from Me and writing down with ink on paper My Words I speak to you. Trust Me!

"Betsy, I want you to publish this book in the exact way I appeared to you and spoke personally to you to make Myself known as I desire to be known. Those who want to emulate or imitate what I have spoken to you may do so by an act of their will in obedience to My Spirit operations. What is written in this book reveals Who I AM. Only in your obedience to Me in writing exactly as I openly spoke and revealed Myself to you, am I seen in the fullness of My Glory Fire Presence. I have openly revealed Myself to you for My Purposes. It is not about you! It is about Me! I AM is still speaking!

It was I, the Lord, who decided this long ago. Long ago I planned what I am now causing to happen. (Isaiah 37:26 NLT)

I will write down all these things as a testimony of what the Lord will do. I will entrust it to my disciples, who will pass it down to future generations. (Isaiah 8:16)

The Lord is openly revealing Himself in the fullness of His Shekinah Glory Fire Presence so that those living on earth in this age of the culmination of all things, as we know them to be, can align their lives to join the company of Heaven in establishing His Kingdom of Righteousness on the earth. Holy God is in the process of establishing His Eternal Circle of Life to operate the Way He Created it to function before the foundation of the world.

As I was preparing to obey The Lord’s instructions to me, I was pondering, How can people understand the supernatural experiences I have had from Heaven about molecular change in my body, and all the things you openly come to me and reveal to me through Holy supernatural circumstances of Your making?

The Lord emphatically stated:

"It’s not up to you whether or not they understand. It’s up to you to publish what I speak and reveal to you as I have spoken it and worked in you through your cooperation. You have My Knowledge that I want others to know for their prosperity; if, by an act of their will, they choose to receive Me. This is My doing, not yours. I have those who will hear what The Spirit of The Lord is saying. They will come and tell you so."

Yes, Lord! I will obey you even when I do not fully understand Your Purposes for my publishing the reality events I have experienced in Holy Spirit supernatural encounters. Your Will be done! Your Kingdom come!

The Lord continued:

"You are preparing the Way for others to experience Holy Spirit supernatural operations for the Glory of My Kingdom coming on earth. This is a cooperative operation between Heaven and earth. You are going before the people to bring to My Glory Fire Presence on the scene of human history. To those who willingly and completely surrender themselves to Me to work in them those things that are pleasing in My Sight, I reveal Myself. In this, My Righteous Kingdom of Authority is established on earth as it is in Heaven."

So be it, Lord. My will is Your Will. Glory, Honor, and Dominion is Yours forever and ever! Amen.

Simeon spoke these words about Jesus in Luke 2:34–35:

Then Simeon blessed them and said…, This child is destined to cause many in Israel to fall, but He will be a joy to many others. He has been sent as a sign from God, but many will oppose Him. As a result, the deepest thoughts of many hearts will be revealed…

I recognize that Jesus is both a Sign and a Plumbline for God, His Father. I clearly identify that Jesus, God’s only Son, is a Plumbline to people. The Lord of Creation has spoken to me many times that I am His Plumbline He draws in the situations where He publicly sends me with His Heart of open revelation. I pondered this.

The Lord spoke:

"I sent Jesus as My Sign, and many people opposed Him. Jesus, My only Son, is My Sign and Plumbline to people in all ages of time. As My Plumbline, Jesus exposes the deepest thoughts of many hearts. How they treat My Son is how they treat Me.

"The Presence and Glory of God Supreme dwells in you by My doing. I have chosen you as My Holy Sign and Plumbline. I have infused you with My Glory Fire Presence. You are as Jesus when I send you to go for Me and speak for Me. I have sent you to many to expose them to themselves so they see what is truly in in their hearts toward Me so they turn to Me. I have told you that how they treat you is how they treat Me.

"The people in whom Jesus lives and moves and has His Being are My Plumbline to the people among whom they live. In this, I am exposing the hearts of many people, and I am revealing to them what is truly in their hearts concerning My Son, Jesus. How people receive or reject Me is being written in their Books, and this is what will Judge them on the Final Day of earth’s existence the way it is now so they can transition into Eternal Living of Peace, Joy, and Rest where Righteousness prevails forever and ever or into Everlasting darkness with no way to ever escape.

"All people and angels have to give an account to Me concerning their acceptance or rejection of My Heart as I choose to personally reveal Myself to them. I have written down My Holy Will for all to pay heed to. What I reveal to you from My Holy Word and in Holy supernatural encounters and ask you to both speak and publish for Me is the fulfillment of what My Holy prophets spoke and wrote for Me that is to be heeded.

"I AM is asking you to publish this book exactly as I speak to you and reveal Myself to you. What you write reveals Who I AM. Only in your obedience to reveal Me exactly as I have openly spoken and revealed Myself to you am I seen in the fullness of My Glory. I reveal Myself to you for My Purposes. It is not about you! It is about Me!

"What I have revealed to you in open revelation is written in the Books in My Court of Justice and is a permanent written account. All living beings are being called to account from what is recorded in the Books.

"Betsy, know I AM is guiding you as you write down what I say to you in the same way I did through all My prophets. I asked them to write down what I spoke that was for public knowledge and dissemination. It is no different with you. I want the human element to be revealed in what you write so it is seen that I include My Creation I Designed in My Image and after My Likeness to express who I AM.

"Fear not to allow your own unique personality to be seen in your writings. I value who I Designed you to be. I delight in beholding how I Created you to be as Me yet not be Me. No one can be Me as I AM. Each person I Created is a reflection of a facet of who I AM. I never run out of facets of My uniqueness.

Be assured, I want you to be seen and known in the Designed way I Created you for My Glory. I want My Manifest Glory to be seen through you and through all those I Created in My Image and after My Likeness. I Designed you, Betsy, to be a reflection of My Manifest Glory so it is seen who I AM.

Lord, You are so delightful in all Your Ways. I so enjoy You and who You made me to be—a reflection of You. What Joy is mine and awaits me in even fuller measure. I love you, Lord. In awe and humility, I obey You to reveal You exactly as You have revealed Yourself to me. My total desire is for You to be seen in Your Glory and Splendor as You wish to be seen so that people who pay attention to You and what You are revealing know how You are unveiling and fulfilling Your Word You spoke to Your Holy prophets and had them record for our Good and Your Glory.

The Lord responded:

"Just tell people what I have shown you and I will demonstrate My Power by what you speak. You have Authority from Me to say and speak what I have shown you. Allow no one to despise you or ignore you or disregard what you say by My approved Authorization.

You must teach these things and encourage the believers to do them. You have the Authority to correct them when necessary, so don’t let anyone disregard what you say. (Titus 2:15)

Teach these great truths to trustworthy people who are able to pass them on to others. (2 Timothy 2:2)

Betsy, be bold to proclaim Truth in your every circumstance! In this, you display Me. I AM is Truth! I trust you to do this work for Me. I am accomplishing what I have spoken.

I trust those who have hearing ears to truthfully accept what Holy Spirit is revealing and to hear what He is saying and then appropriately apply Holy Truth to their own lives and personal circumstances. In this, I, Supreme God, receive all the Glory and Honor. Each one who obeys Holy Truth is guaranteed a prosperous Eternity.

I say as Paul said:

Follow me or imitate me as I follow or imitate Christ. (1 Corinthians 11:1)

I came to my Prayer Room just to be with The Lord, not to ask for anything. I quieted myself before my God and Lord, just enjoying the quietness and being free from all encumbrances of the day. As I began to praise and worship Him, these words rose up in me. Reveal Yourself to me in Ways You have never been known and in Ways I have never known you.

Then, I considered all the Ways Almighty God reveals Himself and makes Himself known, even in the midst of evil. He reveals Himself through His Creations: fire, wind, rain, earthquakes, plant life, animals. He makes His Voice known through music, sound vibrations, His Holy prophets, and most of all through Christ Jesus, His Only Son. I recalled His Still Small Voice speaking to Elijah. However, I explicitly observed in 1 Kings 19 that Elijah did not quiet himself to listen to God’s Still Small Voice Who wanted to speak to him. His focus was on himself and his professed problems. He only repeated what he had already said to God.

The Lord spoke:

"I’ve never been truly known in My Still Small Voice as I have openly revealed Myself to you through your writings. I openly disclosed Myself to you through My Still Small Voice. All the open revelation of Myself has come to you through My Still Small Voice. This is how I want to make Myself known to all people made in My Image.

"I am not a shouting boisterous God in the way people suppose I AM. I speak to be known as I AM in quietness and stillness of Purpose. My Still Small Voice reverberates into you by your stillness that is not clamoring for attention to be heard above My Still Small Voice. Boisterous clamoring cannot hear My quiet Still Small Voice. I wanted to make Myself known by My Still Small Voice to Elijah in ways he never knew Me, BUT he was too full of himself and his problems. Therefore, Elijah never knew Me by My Still Small Voice. He only knew Me by My Power Acts.

"This is why you constantly hear reverberating in you these words: ‘In quietness and confidence is your strength.’ You have not understood why these words continually resound so clearly within you and around you. I release these words in you and around you so you stop your clamoring and listen to Me from whence comes your Strength to persevere. Quiet confidence hears my Still Small Voice.

"Clamoring voices make noise. Quiet voices speak volumes in their stillness. I AM Stillness Personified in Myself so I can hear My Creation talk to Me by their unique Design I Created within them for My Pleasure. I don’t hear My Creation in noisy commotion. I hear them in their quiet vibrations of Life I put in them that speaks to Me and brings Me Pleasure.

I found in you a stillness that can hear My Still Small Voice wanting to be known as I AM. I, as well, hear you by your still small voice that seeks Me in quiet confidence to know Me for Myself, not for what you can get from Me.

O my Lord and my God, You are so Magnificent and Creative. May Your Creations never cease to bring You Pleasure through hearing Your Still Small Voice.

Introduction

Holy God Openly Speaks to Me as a Child

I was ten years old when I surrendered my life to Jesus at a Vacation Bible School. Shortly after this, I heard the Lord’s audible Voice. The first audible words I remember The Lord speaking to me was around ten years of age. I did not know it was The Lord speaking to me. However, I came to know many years later that it was indeed The Lord who verbally spoke to me at ten years of age.

Here is my personal account as I indelibly remember it:

I was permitted by my parents to have a snack while doing my school studies. My favorite snack at that time was Pepsi in a glass on ice and pretzels. So I prepared my snack to eat. Suddenly, I audibly heard very loudly and distinctly: Discipline yourself. You don’t need that. I stopped immediately and looked around me to see who said that. There was no one there. This voice reverberated all through me and brought me to attention. I had no idea at that time that it was The Lord speaking to me. It was so distinctive and adamant that I just came into agreement with this voice I heard so clearly. I didn’t question any further.

I stated emphatically, You’re right. I don’t need that. Immediately, I poured the Pepsi and ice in the sink. I put the pretzels back into the pretzel tin. I began disciplining myself in every area of my life. I rather enjoyed doing this and saw the positive tangible results of my doing this. From that point on up to this present day, I discipline myself in all areas of my life. Obeying this command of The Lord to discipline myself brings undeserved Favor and Blessing into my life. The rewards are tangible even though costly to my flesh.

Little did I know as a child that obeying this reverberating Voice saying to discipline myself was preparing me to distinctly hear God’s Voice. I had no clue that my obedience to heed this Voice would lead me to receive Holy God’s open revelation Truth that He would release through me to make His Glory Fire Presence known to those living in these end of time days on earth. This childhood encounter began my training to listen for God’s Voice. Only through my obedience to Him in all my ways did I come to maturity in knowing His Voice above all other voices, even my own. In all my growing up years, and especially through the upheaval of teen years, I was utterly miserable when I did anything that I knew in my heart displeased Jesus. I never had any success in doing ordinary things I wanted to do that did not align with God’s Will for my life. This is what kept me in alignment to His Will.

As I was writing this book for publication exactly the way The Lord mandated that I do, I cried out, Oh, Lord, I am having a hard time writing about myself in these writings. I do not want to lift myself up or give the appearance that I am above people in what I am writing in this book. I want You alone to be exalted and made known in all Your Glory and Splendor so people and angels turn to look at You. I want all people to know You as I know You, a Merciful and Loving God who loves us with Everlasting Love. I want You be known, and recognized, and obeyed through what You have spoken and openly revealed to me regarding Yourself.

The Lord responded:

Obedience is a concrete substance that is tangible material or matter that remains and is never extinguished. There is always a cost to pay before change can occur. When this cost is paid by sacrificial surrender and obedience to Me, a promotion comes as it did to Daniel. Obedience always brings great reward both now and for Eternity.

The Lord Almighty came to me on many occasions from my very early childhood into adulthood and asked me for permission to use Me as He desired. Each time, I said yes. I yielded to Him in obedience to do what He was asking me to do, even when I did not understand in fullness what He was asking of Me. The Goodness of God has entrusted me to publish His Heart of Revelation Knowledge and Wisdom through these holy supernatural encounters for His Purposes.

Truthfully, I have not fully understood what Holy God has been speaking to me since early childhood. I just lovingly received Jesus as I recognized him as a child. I did not think it strange that He came to me. When He came to me as a little child, I just welcomed Him. This started me on a journey to want to know Him. I was pretty much dismissed by most people through my child ways of seeking Him. But I never ceased seeking Jesus. I wanted to be with Him all the time. I tried to make this known to my friends and people around me, but they could not relate to what I was experiencing and so dismissed me, not understanding what I was trying to relate to them. When others continually dismissed me, I just remained quiet and kept to myself in my limitless quest to know this Jesus who kept coming to me. This is ongoing enterprise with me. He never disappoints me.

I use my name, Betsy, many times in these writings because The Lord speaks my name when talking to me. The Lord knows us each by name (Isaiah 43:1; Psalms 139). I was given a new name, Betsy, when I was adopted from an orphanage around four to five years of age. I had to learn my new name, Betsy, which means consecrated to God. So when God calls me by my name, Betsy, He is letting me know that I am consecrated to Him by His doing and for His Holy Purposes. In this, I rejoice greatly!

I have not recorded my personal accounts to puff myself for recognition or to be known as God’s prophet. Truly I do not want to write this book of these supernatural encounters because I do not want people to look to me. My heart is that people see the Only True and Living God and personally encounter Him for themselves. Many of these personal encounters were beyond my human understanding. However, The Lord asked me to record these supernatural encounters so He is made known in Truth. These are also written that you may be trained in Righteousness to know True God in the fullness of His Holy Glory. I honestly pray that you take into your own heart what The Lord is openly revealing of Himself and so apply His Truth for your own circumstances. You most certainly can do this if you are willing to surrender yourself completely to The God who Created you for fellowship with Him. When you draw near to Him, He will draw near to you (James 4:7–8).

Reader, are you willing to pay the personal price it will cost you to expand in Holy Spiritual matters The Lord is unveiling at this time of events on earth that affects your Eternity? Will you agree with David? I will not offer to The Lord anything that cost me nothing (2 Samuel 24:24). Only you can answer that before The Lord.

First, I document and date the actual Heavenly encounters that prepared me for receiving God’s Messages from His Heart. Then, in Section One, Section Two, and Section Three, I document actual Holy Accounts of The Lord openly revealing Himself and His Ways to me over many years. These are not recorded in chronological order or by date. I attempted to make them flow in a pattern that was readable.

What is written in this book is by no means comprehensive. The Lord revealed Himself to me over many, many years. Actually, all my life, but distinctly beginning in 1974. The Truth The Lord imparted to me for many years through these Holy and factual supernatural encounters are actually being manifested and fulfilled on earth at this very time in history. I could not include all of what The Lord has revealed and spoken to me as no book could contain all of what He speaks (John 21:25).

I was receiving these Holy, factual, and monumental supernatural encounters in the Spirit realm before I recognized the importance and impact of these Holy encounters for those of us living on earth at this time in history. The Lord Almighty always reveals the end from the beginning. At this time in my life, I now recognize by experience what The Lord spoke to Isaiah:

I am God and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like Me, declaring the end from the beginning. And from ancient times things that are not yet cone, Saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all My pleasure. (Isaiah 46:8–10)

The Lord’s perfect time has come to publicly release what He has spoken and openly revealed to me through the years. What is written in this book are for those who want to hear what The Voice of The Lord is speaking at this time in history and to whom The Lord has given ears to hear what The Spirit of The Lord is saying that is establishing His Kingdom of Righteousness on earth. Almighty God is in the process of reconciling Heaven and earth into one complete Circle of Life that never ends. This was His Plan from the very beginning of Creation (Genesis 1:26–28; Psalms 8; Colossians 1:15–20).

I willingly and obediently surrendered my mind, my will, and my emotions to Holy and Living God’s Voice of Love and Truth. I recorded His exact messages in the Way He spoke them to me in distinctive words and through supernatural encounters in dreams and visions, giving me His direct interpretation to reveal Himself as He wants to be known.

I earnestly pray that you who are reading this book truly desire to know The Lord, The Holy Creator of Heaven and earth, in intimate relationship. He yearns for You to know Him and draw near to Him through what is written in this book based on His Holy Word, The Torah, or The Holy Bible. The Lord Almighty truly wants you to pursue knowing Him through your own unique journey in Life so you Live knowing Him on intimate terms both now and for Eternity.

What is written is for you, the reader, to see a Holy God Who desires for you to know Him as He is, not as you may suppose He is or you have been taught. I pray you seek to know Him intimately for yourself. The purpose of this book and all the books I have written by The Spirit of Living God is to make Holy God known as He has chosen to reveal Himself through me. No one can walk in the exact path as another. Each person is uniquely Created and Designed by Sovereign and Creator God to distinctively fulfill your Designed destiny to bring pleasure to Him. Just be you and enjoy who Creative God made you to be for His Glory and Pleasure.

What I have written in this book is for the purpose of triggering you to personally pursue an intimate personal relationship with Supreme God of Life Who sustains what He Created for Eternity so that you, as well, have your own personal legacy with Almighty and Supreme God of all Creation. You do have one. Do you know what it is? Search your heart as you absorb this book and hopefully you will come to know Holy God by personal experience. What I write is meant to Bless and encourage someone. I pray the someone is you.

Transported to Heaven to Stand in The Council of The Godly

The Lord led me to read Revelation 1. I read verses 9 and 10:

I John,… was on the island called Patmos on account of the word of God and the testimony of Jesus. I was in the spirit on the Lord’s day, and I heard behind me a loud voice like a trumpet saying, …Write what you see in a book and send it to the seven churches…".

I could go no further. I became overwhelmed by The Presence of God Almighty hearing these resounding words:

I was in the spirit on the Lord’s day,

I was in the spirit on the Lord’s day,

I was in the spirit on the Lord’s day.

These words reverberated all through my being as if a loud voice was speaking to me. I could not stand. I drifted away, as it were, and saw a vision or in reality that I was standing in the Presence of The Lord before His Throne. It appeared to me to be real. I see The Lord standing in the Council of the Heavenly beings. The angels are falling down before Him. He has called a Council. He is entering His Courts to meet with them. My angels with me lie prostrate before Him. I too lie prostrate on the floor.

I cry:

O Lord, who is worthy to stand in Your Presence?

I heard:

Only he who has clean hands and a pure heart.

I ask, O Lord, are my hands clean and my heart pure?

Yes, My child, when you walk in obedience to Me.

I exclaim, Holy, Holy, Holy Lord God of Sabaoth. You are worthy of Glory, and Honor, and Power, and Might, and Dominion. O Jesus, Jesus. You’re here!

The Lord responded:

Yes, My child. I’m here. I have chosen you, My child, to bring My Word of Power on earth. You obey Me! I can trust you!

I ask, Oh, Lord, what would you have me to do?

The Lord responded:

My, child, the Spirit of Wisdom and Understanding, the Spirit of Power and Might rest upon you. I AM is in you. With My Mouth and My Breath, The Sword of the Spirit, which is My Word, You will slay the wicked.

I am humbled by these words. I say, O Glory, Glory, Glory unto You O God. I am weak, but I am strong in You!!! O Lord, keep me weak so You are strong in me.

The Lord spoke directly to me:

"Your weakness will be your Strength. It keeps you relying on Me. I see you worshipping Me with all your heart, My child. I am pleased. This is how I want you to walk before Me. I see in you a determination to set your face to do My Will to go to Jerusalem with Me to die. But remember, death brought victory demonstrated in Resurrection Power. As I talked to Moses Face to face, I talk to you Face to face. Don’t look around you at what’s happening in the earthly sphere. Look up at Me in the Council of the Godly. You have a seat in my Presence among the Council who sits before Me.

I have assigned to you My special messenger to be with you. His assignment begins today with you. Don’t look to him. Look to Me. He gets his assignments from Me just as you do.

I say, O Jesus, my heart is set. My heart is set.

The Lord continued speaking to me:

"My child, hear Me. Keep your attention focused on Me. I am sending you into the enemy camp to disarm him and set him to flight. You are My chosen vessel to lead in this battle.

Remember, you’re not alone. My special messenger, Gabriel, is with you. He comes from My Throne having been in My Very Presence. You must come often to My Throne, My Very Presence, to get your orders. I will give them to you step by step by step. I am doing this so you depend entirely on Me for each step.

Remember Isaiah 11:2–5. This same Spirit rests upon you. You are Mine. No weapon formed against you will prosper. Have no fear of the unseen evil forces. I AM is with you. As I was with Moses so I will be with you. Fear not. Be strong and of good courage. I will not fail you or forsake, you.

During this encounter and hearing these words of The Lord to me, I continued in the Spirit to read Revelation 1 and came to verses12–17:

I turned to see the voice that was speaking to me, and on turning I saw seven golden lampstands, and in the midst of the lampstands one like a son of man, clothed with a long robe and with a golden girdle round his breast; his head and his hair were white as white wool, white as snow; his eyes were like a flame of fire, his feet were like burnished bronze, refined as in a furnace, and his voice was like the sound of many waters; in his right hand he held seven stars, from his mouth issued a sharp two-edged sword, and his face was like the sun shining in full strength. When I saw him, I fell at his feet as though dead. But he laid his right hand upon me, saying

Fear not, I am the First and the Last, and the Living One; I died, and behold I have the keys of Death and Hades. Now write what you see, what is and what is to take place hereafter.

I was pondering all these words of The Lord to me and then somehow went on to read Revelation 4:1–11:

After this, I looked, and lo, in heaven an open door! And the first voice, which I had heard speaking to me like a trumpet, said, Come up hither, and I will show you what must take place after this. At once, I was in the Spirit, and lo, a throne stood in heaven, with one seated on the throne! And he who sat there appeared like jasper and carnelian, and round the throne was a rainbow that looked like an emerald. Round the throne were twenty-four thrones, and seated on the thrones were twenty-four elders, clad in white garments, with golden crowns upon their head.

From the throne issue flashes of lightning and voice and peals of thundered, and before the throne burn seven torches of fire, which are the seven spirits of God; and before the throne there is as it were a sea of glass, like crystal. And round the throne, on each side of the throne, are four living creatures, full of eyes in front and behind: the first living creature like a lion, the second living creature like an ox, the third living creature like the face of a man, and the fourth living creature like a flying eagle.

And the four living creatures, each of them with six wings, are full of eyes all round and within, and day and night they never cease to sing: Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord God Almighty, who was and is and is to come! And whenever the living creatures give glory and honor and thanks to Him who is seated on the throne, who lives for ever and ever, the twenty-four elders fall down before Him who is seated on the throne and worship Him who lives for ever and ever; they cast their crowns before the throne, singing, "Worthy art thou, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for thou didst create all things and by thy will they existed and were created.

At this point, I stopped, completely overwhelmed by all that was transpiring in the Very Presence of Almighty and Living God and in hearing His Word in Revelation 1:12–17 and Revelation 4:1–11 as though they were being spoken aloud to me in my ears. I was not understanding what all this meant. I did not pursue this any further at this time. I was so overwhelmed at what I saw and heard that I could ask no questions as to what all this meant. I knew this had profound meaning, but I could not handle anymore at this time. I kept all these words in my heart and pondered them for years.

The Lord gradually openly revealed to me the meaning of this divine encounter as the years unfolded. I have come to know more and more the magnitude of this divine encounter on January 28, 1988. Now, in 2018 into 2019, I understand more fully the significance of all the appearances of The Lord to me through the ensuing years as I have recorded in this book. At this time in history, Holy Spirit is mandating I publish these supernatural encounters so He is seen for Who He is. This supernatural encounter in Heaven’s Council Room was a foretaste of future supernatural encounters I would experience for The Lord’s Purpose of making Himself known as He desires to be known. The Lord instructed me to continually come into His Council Room and take my seat among the Council of the Godly to receive my instructions. I come often and meet with the Council of The Godly to this very day.

August 25–27, 1988

Commissioned—to Walk in the Office of the Prophet

The Lord and His angels visited me in my home for three days and nights. His Presence was so strong in me and in my home that I could not stand up. I lay prostrate most of the time while The Lord spoke and imparted into me many, many things. During this extended time of divine visitation, God’s Anointing came upon me to walk in the Office of The Prophet. I worshipped The Lord with all Might and Power that The Lord so mightily inspired within me.

The Lord spoke:

"People will not be able to refute the Anointing that is on you. I say do not fear! Go forward! Do not retreat! Do not go backward! As you go forward with Me, the Anointing will remain and continue to flow. You must learn to walk in this realm of the Spirit. It can be done. You can do it. You must come often into My Presence like you did last night to be able to remain in this realm to flow of the Spirit and to go even higher to the next realm I have for you. I was pleased to tabernacle in your presence last night with you.

"Last night, I sent My Holy angels to rejoice with you in bringing Me Pleasure and Glory. I gave you the desire of your heart to see My Manifest Glory come upon you. I commissioned you to the office of the prophet by imparting into you My Authority and Power, thus putting you into active service. I Anointed you particularly to walk in the Prophet’s Office legally. This Anointing will increase, and the Authority and Power that goes with it will come forth in Boldness and will be known by people.

It is My Authority that I put upon you. It will operate in Boldness. It will crush every high thing that exalts itself against Me. My Word will come forth and flow out of your mouth with a special Holy Anointing. No person can argue with you because when you speak My Word, you are to always say, Thus says The Lord. When you say this, and every time you say this, My Authority will fall, and it will be known by all that it is My Word being spoken. Don’t fail to state, Thus says The Lord," so that people know you are My spokesman bringing My Message of warning, exhortation, or encouragement.

Take no glory or credit for My Words I give you. If you do, the Holy Anointing lifts and My Authority is of none effect. Heed this! If you continue to take credit for My Words I give you, I will come and bring Judgement on you. I give My Glory to no other.

Set Apart for God’s Exclusive Use

The Lord spoke to me through Isaiah 28: 9, 26, 29:

"Child, I have weaned you from the breast, from the milk of the Word so that you may be strong in My Word for the Purpose I called you to. I alone taught you. Therefore, you were taught aright. I have not allowed any person to teach you My deeper Truths. I was jealous for you to be taught My deeper Truths through My Holy Spirit alone.

"Those I delight in and have set apart for My exclusive use, I protect and keep from the teaching of people’s doctrines. People’s teaching foul and pollute My Pure Word from coming forth. There is a double-mindedness in those who are taught people’s doctrines of faith and the Word who then
