About this ebook

With the dawning of every new day, humanity is forced ever so closer to its appointed destiny, an ordained manifestation of God where time and mercy ends and God's eternal judgment begins. This spiritual threshold was breached by the unveiling and fulfillment of the prophecy given in Daniel 12:4; and with the emergence of the computer via the www (the tree of knowledge of good and evil revisited), man's curiosity, driven by an uncontrollable desire for knowledge, has propelled the heart of man's imagination into the realm of the unknown, a cosmoses of unknown knowledge unsorted by the truth, a distorted truth that callously represents a place in time controlled through the manipulation of false information by that old serpent called the Devil, and Satan, which deceived the whole world (Revelation 12:9). As spirit-filled, truth-believing children of God, we must use every avenue given to us by the spirit of God to ensure the evolution of the Church's message (Calvary) without sacrificing the truth and integrity of God's word. And since God's word requires no additives or preservatives in order to maintain its "integrity," it would benefit the true church more by returning to its roots, the basics, the truth! In his latest diabolical, yet subtle contribution to mankind, that old serpent, called the Devil, flaunts his authority over Tinsel Town, in the form of a weekly television series. Hollywood's latest blockbuster Lucifer lends credence to the words of the prophet Isaiah: "Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter" (Isaiah 5:20). The true body of Christ breeds to redeem the time when "the truth begins and ends still being the truth!" Darkness for light Returning to its roots

    By Gary Moore

And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heavens fled away; and there was found no place for them.

And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were open: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead was judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.

And the Sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.

And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

    Revelation 20:10-15

    Chapter 1

    Temptation

The curtains of eternity slowly open to reveal a courtroom setting:

    NARRATOR

In the packed courtroom of life at the end of time, a young man sits alone at the defense table with his hands clinched together as though he were praying. All the while, the recorder of his mind repeated the same message over and over again: For it is appointed all men once to die and then the judgment! (Hebrews 9:21).

Across the aisle from the defendant sits the (well-groomed and rather dashing) prosecutor (The Accuser of the Brethren, Revelation 12:10), whom was going over last minute details with his star witnesses: Temptation, Sin, Iniquity, Law, Death, and last but not least Hell!

    DEFENDANT

[The defendant sings Encourage Yourself under his breath.]

LOUD TRUMP [Sound] (1 Corinthians 16:52)

    BAILIFF

[Suddenly, a man cloth in white garments, as bright as the noon day sun enters the courtroom from a side door and walks to the right side of the judge's bench.]

All rise for the Honorable and Righteous Judge El Elyon (2 Timothy 4:8).

[As the judge enters the courtroom through a rear door, there is a mixed response of emotions from the multitudinous souls that filled the courtroom. There was a joyful, cheerful sound, but on the other hand, there was weeping and gnashing of teeth [Matthew 8:12]. Once the Judge takes his seat behind the bench, everyone settles back into their seats.]

    BAILIFF

[Walking over to a table in front of the judge's bench, he picks up a long scroll.]

This court in now in session: Docket 193276, The Court of Eternal Salvation versus John Doe.

[After reading from the scroll, he returns to his station on the right side of judge's bench.]

    JUDGE

There will be no outburst in this courtroom, and you are to remain seated unless otherwise advised.

[Turning to the prosecutor, he asked.]

Mr. Prosecutor, are you ready to present your case?

    PROSECUTOR

    Yes, Your Honor!

[He replies, as he brush back his hair with the palm of his right hand.]

    JUDGE

[Turning in the direction of the defendant's table, he leans forward on the bench and then addresses the young man.]

Since you chose to defend yourself, do you have anything to say before we proceed?

    DEFENDANT

    Yes, Your Excellency!

    [Scurrying to his feet]

I would like to thank this court for allowing me to come boldly unto the throne of grace, that I may obtain mercy, and find grace to help me in my time of need (Hebrews 4:16).

[Just as hurriedly, the young man retreated to his seat.]

    JUDGE

    Mr. Prosecutor, you may begin?

[Sitting back in his high chair]

    PROSECUTOR

May I approach the bench, Your Honor?

    JUDGE

    Yes you may!

    PROSECUTOR

[Rising from his seat, he walks to the front of the judge's bench, turns, and points toward the defendant's table.]

Your Honor, I will prove to this court that this man is not worthy of eternal life. And for my first witness, I call Temptation to the witness stand.

    BAILIFF

[Stepping to the front of the court]

This court summons Temptation to the witness stand.

[Returns to his station on the right side of the judge's bench]

    TEMPTATION

[In the right fore corner of the courtroom, a tall, slender, beautiful dark-haired women stands and makes her way to the witness stand. As she strolls down the aisle with such grace and beauty, her warm and radiant smile generates an overwhelming burst of excitement; if there were such a person as a sun goddess, she would be that picture of perfection in motion.]

What a wonderful day for a damnation, wouldn't you agree, Mr. Prosecutor?

[She whispered in his ear as she passes by. Once she stepped upon the deck and settled into the witness stand, the very essence of her outward appearance begin to change, like a shift changer from a horror movie; her nature, that of the beautiful dark-haired woman whom once graced the court with her seductive movements, now transformed into that of a wrinkled old man, whose receding hairline and straggly beard gives him the appearance of a medieval sorcerer from a time long forgotten.]

Courtroom Crowd: There was a loud gasp of unbelief from the multitudinous souls that filled the courtroom. There was a mixture of laughter and screams of horror as many shivered in terror, some leaping from their seats momentarily before settling down, back into their seats.

    JUDGE

    Boom!

[Like thunder rumbling in an electrical storm, the judge's gavel silences the court·crowd as he leans forward with both elbows resting on the bench, gavel in hand.]

    Order in the courtroom!

[Turning his attention to the witness stand]

No more of your shenanigans in this courtroom. Do I make myself clear?

    TEMPTATION

    [Scooting backward in his seat]

Yes, sir, Your Honor! My bad.

[Speaking in a raspy tone of voice]

    JUDGE

[Redirecting his attention to the prosecutor, slowly leaning back into his high chair]

    You may present your case!

    PROSECUTOR

[As he walks up to the witness stand, he rubs his palms together and then lazily places his left hand upon the banister of witness stand.]

That was an awesome display of image manipulation; how is it done, by bending light or something?

[Removing his hand from the banister, he rubs his chin in amazement as he steps back a few feet from the witness stand.]

    TEMPTATION

Well, it's a little more complicated than that. Besides, it's a family secret that I'm not willing to share at this moment; as you know, there are some things you just don't share! Besides, it's just a little game I love to play from time to time with the help of some friends.

    PROSECUTOR

    [Pacing back and forth]

A game! You think this is a game?

[Stop pacing and walks up to the witness stand]

    TEMPTATION

    [Leaning forward in his seat]

No! Of course not! What the court has just witness was an illustration and display of a powerful weapon known as mind rape. Game … may have been a poor choice of words.

You see, alone, I am capable of neither the type of thought control nor image manipulation such as that demonstrated earlier, which resulted in the changing of my appearance. In order for me to have any effect on the defendant or anyone else, I would have to attach myself to a personal being or freelance entity different from the one who is being tempted.

    PROSECUTOR

What do you mean by personal being and freelance entities?

    TEMPTATION

A personal being can be any human male or female, whom are willing to relinquish control of his or her body to the use of the occult; it must be a free will choice, and at times when humans are not readily available, animals will suffice. On the other hand, a freelance entity can be any available spirit that is willing to give assistance in the performing of rituals such as spells, curses, charms, and any other form of enchantments.

    PROSECUTOR

How do you attach yourself to these personal beings and freelance entities?

    TEMPTATION

Well, it's done by using a person's lustful desires against themselves; and because it is a voluntary process, all I do is attach myself to a seductive spirit such as lust, envy, greed, or jealousy. My goal is to be effective in deceiving someone into believing that they need someone or something that adds no real value to their standard of living. This is accomplished by using what is known as the smoke and mirror technique, the perfect art of deception (James 1:14).

[Grinning like a chess cat, he slumps back into his seat.]

For example, if my assignment is to persuade a man to cheat on his wife, what I do first is find a half decent–looking woman with low self-esteem, someone who is spiritually and morally deprived of true love. The reason I prefer a half decent–looking woman is because there's a part of a man's anatomy that don't care what she looks like. She can be as ugly as an alligator in a blonde wig wearing a hot pink bikini. He can still be deceived into believing that she is the Queen of Sheba.

    PROSECUTOR

    How effective is this technique?

    TEMPTATION

[Clutching his finger together and sitting upright in his seat]

It works 99% of the time! In fact, studies have proven that with the visual aid of a beautiful woman, you can sell anything to anyone by scrambling the pleasure censers in their brain. So when the opportunity presented itself, I siege the moment to have a little fun. Therefore, with the aid of my good friend and close companion Lust, I was tempted, so to speak, to show off some of my skills for this court. Thus, what many individuals in this courtroom actually witnessed was a reversal of the polarity of my physical characteristics, which was brought to florescent by that individual's own addiction to lust, causing mind rape the perfect weapon used in the battle for a man's soul. It's all about the heart baby (Jeremiah 17:9).

[Unlocking his fingers, he sits back in the seat confidently.]

    PROSECUTOR

Would you please explain to this court who you are, and what is your relationship to the defendant?

[Turns and points at the defendant)

    TEMPTATION

    I am Temptation!

[He declares boldly, head held high, shoulders back, his chest stuck out with pride)

A.k.a., the first born of Lucifer, I'm the spirit of enticement, the god of deceit, and the master of manipulation; the proliferators of lies, greed, lust, hate, envy, and much more! I was ordained the keeper of the keys that unlock the forbidden fruits of self-indulgence. I was given a free reign to tempt not only the defendant but all men, whereas I have achieved and still maintained to some degree a 99% success rate!

    PROSECUTOR

[He walks over to the prosecutor's table, picks up the legal pad, and flips through the first few pages. He stops, reads briefly, and then toss the pad back onto the table and then turns back to face the witness.]

So in layman terms, your job is the tempting of the souls of all mankind, which reveals the spirit of immorality's hold on those whom have no sense of integrity? Is that correct?

    TEMPTATION

(Raising his right hand in a high five position before letting his arm come to rest on the armrest of his seat).

    Yes, sir! That is correct.

    PROSECUTOR

I need you to explain to this court how adding lust to your character could cause such a delusion and manipulation in the hearts of man (Jeremiah 17:9). And under whom authority is this accomplished?

[Crossing his chest with his left arm and placing his left hand under his right armpit, he rubs his chin with his right hand, as in amazement. Waiting momentarily for a response, he drop both arms to his side.]

    TEMPTATION

[Pause for a moment as to gather his thoughts]

I'd like to address the authority part of the question first because it's important for the court to understand that I was created and have my existence before the dawn of time. And secondly, I was born in direct compliance of a process called free will. You see, Elohim, the Creator of eternity and everything therein (Genesis 1:1), gave all his subjects the ability to reason with him (Isaiah 1:18), thus allowing them to make free choices relating to issues concerning their place in his eternity. And that's from whence my authority comes, my free will!

    PROSECUTOR

For the record, you're telling this court that one of the first rights given to the defendant by his Creator is the right to make his own decisions. Therefore, the choices he made in life were his, and his alone, all due to this endowment at birth called a free will?

[Turns and points at the defendant briefly and then refocuses back on the witness]

    TEMPTATION

[Turning in the direction of the defendant's table, he pauses, glares into the eyes of the defendant, and then returns his attention back to the prosecutor.]

Yes! That is correct, which brings me to the second part of the previous question, the part about adding lust to my character. Well, to me, adding lust to my character invigorates my powers, which is crucial because not only the defendant, But every man is tempted when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed. Then when lust is conceived it gives birth to sin, and when sin reaches maturity, it produces death (James 1:14, 15).

[Raising his right hand, he makes a V for victory and then places hand in his lap.]

That makes me the first phase in the line of offense, the first to engage the enemy in battle for the control of a man's soul. You see, the key to my father's victory in spiritual battle is manipulation through deception. For example, most humans are naive and have no idea that they are pawns in a spiritual war; a war were each individual's spirits must fight to maintain control over their own flesh (Romans 7:14–24) while fighting off my frontal attacks as well. Though there are some men who are rightfully claiming the victory (1 John 5:4, 5), the defendant is not one of those men, because I've conquered his soul already.

    PROSECUTOR

From a military standpoint, what assures your victory in regard to the capture of the defendant's soul? Is it your assignment of his weak and pathetic lifestyle, or is it your strategy of conquer and control through fear?

Wait! Is it possible that the defendant could argue the point that he was nothing more than a product of his poor and depraved environment, raised in poverty and forced to survive by any means possible?

[Turns to face the court while rubbing the palms of his hands together and then refocusing his attention to the witness]

    TEMPTATION

    [Leaning forward in his seat)

No! It's the content of a man's character and not the content of his wallet that determines integrity. For example, Adam the first man created by God was given authority over the whole world, which made him rich beyond measure; but not even he could resist my advances and was compelled to disobey El Elyon, which resulted in the fall of all mankind from God's grace. Now, I can't take all the credit because as I stated earlier, as the spirit of enticement, I can only draw my strength and be effective by attaching myself to a personal being external to the one who is being tempted. In the case of Adam and his wife Eve, the serpent was that external being (Genesis 3:1). Therefore, it doesn't matter. The environment cannot be used as an excuse for disobedience or as an attributing factor for judgment; rich or poor, it all depends on the heart of the person being tempted (Jeremiah 11:9).

    [Sinks back into his seat]

    PROSECUTOR

So it was the nature of the defendant's heart, which made him the evil, deceptive, and manipulative person with no respect for others.

[Turning to point at the defendant and then redirects his attention back to the witness]

    DEFENDANT

Objection! Your Honor, the prosecution is merely speculating because no one can really know what someone else is thinking, nor can anyone truly know what another is really like except his creator and that person himself (I Corinthians 2:11a, LB).

    JUDGE

Sustain! The prosecution will either rephrase the question or move on!

    PROSECUTOR

[Turning to face the judge, he nods in compliance and then focuses on the witness.]

Mr. Temptation, would you explain to this court what you mean when you say that the defendant's heart was a major contributor to his state of being?

    TEMPTATION

[Raising his arms above his head, clutching his fingers together, and then resting the palms of his hands atop his head, he pauses … looks into the air as to gather his thoughts.]

Well, let's see … how can I make this simple?

[Unlatching his fingers and removing his hands from atop his head and then setting up straight in his seat, placing his arms on the armrests and his hands in his lap]

The heart is deceitful above all things and desperately wicked (Jeremiah 17:9a). It's not by happenstance that Adam's fall from grace in the Garden of Eden came so easily and seemingly without a fight. Man never appreciates the true value of anything until it has been taken away! For example, Adam and his wife Eve were sitting atop of the world. They had dominion and power over everything in the garden. As a matter of fact, they were given orders to go and subdue the best that life had to offer!

    PROSECUTOR

When you say subdue, what exactly does that mean?

[Lifting both hands palms up in a questionable gesture, holding them there momentarily before letting them fall to his side]

    TEMPTATION

[Removing his hands from his lap placing them on the armrests]

Well, it means that all they had to do was walk in the authority given to them by their Creator! Their only obligations were to (1) populate the earth with children, (2) use nature for his physical needs including food and shelter, (3) exert dominion over animal life, (4) sustain themselves on fruits and vegetables, (5) labor for his sustenance, and (6) obey El by abstaining from eating the forbidden fruit; in a perfect world, one would think that to be a simple and rewarding life (Genesis 1:28, 29; 2:15, 16).

[Turns to look in the direction of the defendant]

But like the defendant, most men when given the power and authority over their own lives become arrogant and vain like Adam.

    PROSECUTOR

What gives you the impression that Adam became arrogant and vain? One could argue you as envious.

    [Pacing back and forth]

    TEMPTATION

Me envious of Adam? Not hardly, I love my existence. It's more rewarding! But as for Adam, just because he could commune and walk in the garden with the Creator in the cool of the day (Genesis 3:3), he begin to act prideful like he was all that ignoring my father as though he was too good to commune with him.

Besides, it was my father who took offense of his arrogance and vowed to manufacture his demise; so he devised a plan that called for him to employ the most cunning creature in the garden (Genesis 3:1), the serpent. Then, he said to me: Temptation, I give you the authority to attach yourself to the serpent and do whatever you have to do, but I want that man and his whole family, every generation of his seed, to fall from grace … I'll show him who really runs this garden.

    PROSECUTOR

[Impatiently rubbing his forehead, he continues to pace back and forth.]

That's fine and dandy, but what does it have to do with the defendant?

[Both palms up in a questionable manner.]

    TEMPTATION

    [Leaning forward in his seat]

Let me cut straight to the chase. Adam was the first man and that made him the seminal seed, which meant that every man born into the world after him was already in him when he sinned, making them just as guilty, as though they had committed the sin themselves. My master knew that if he could get Adam to sin, then he would fall from Elohim's grace; and with his fall, his sin would be imputed unto all men. Therefore, I was commissioned and given the command to seduce Adam into disobeying his Creator; and because I was able to complete my mission of temptation, it opened the door for my sister Sin to complete her mission, which gives us the victory. So whether it is an act of commission or omission "all have sinned and come short of the glory of El" (Romans 3:23).

[Sits back in his seat and lifts his right hand fist clinched, as in a show of victory]

    PROSECUTOR

[Pointing in the direction of the defendant and then facing the witness]

Tell this court how many times have the defendant succumb to temptation, which resulted in the theft of another's belongings, the rape of someone's innocence, and attacks and bodily harm done to others? Well, you get the picture!

[Stopped pacing and faces the witness]

    TEMPTATION

That's easy, thousands upon thousands of times. In fact, the defendant has no will power at all. I say that because he has given
