Your Guiding Prayer - Frank Robins

    Proverbs 3 Chapter

My son forgets not my law; but let thine heart keep my commandments; For length of days, and long life, and peace, shall they add to thee. Let not mercy and truth forsake thee: bind them about thy neck; write them upon the table of thine heart:

So shalt thou find favour and good understanding in the sight of God and man. Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

IN all thy ways acknowledge him, God that is, and he shall direct thy paths. The only way we can acknowledge is through prayer. Whenever you have a desire you want to fulfill. Find the prayer on the pray list that goes to your desire, and used it to acknowledge God; and your desires will be fulfill.

Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the Lord, and depart from evil. It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones. Honour the Lord with thy substance, and with the first fruits of all thine increase:

SO shall thy barns be filled with plenty, and thy presses shall burst out with new wine. My son despises not the chastening of the Lord; neither be weary of his correction:

For whom the Lord loveth he correcteth; even as a father the son in whom he delighteth. Happy is the man that findeth wisdom, and the man that getteth understanding. For the merchandise of it is better than the merchandise of silver and the gain thereof than find gold.

She is more precious than rubies: and all the things thou canst desire are not to be compared unto her. Length of days is in her right hand; and in her left hand riches and honour. Her ways are ways of pleasantness. She is a tree of life to them that lay hold upon her: happy is every one that retaineth her.

The Lord by wisdom hath founded the earth; by understanding hath he established the heavens. By his knowledge the depths are broken up, and the clouds drop down the dew, My son, let not them depart from thine eyes: keep sound wisdom and discretion:

So shall they be life unto thy soul, and grace to thy neck. Then shalt thou walk in thy way safely, and thy foot shall not stumble. When thou liest down, thou shalt not be afraid: yea, thou shalt lie down, and thy sleep shall be sweet.

Be not afraid of sudden fear, neither of the desolation of the wicked, when it cometh. For the Lord shall be thy confidence, and shall keep thy foot from being taken. Withhold not good from them to whom it is due, when it is in the power of thine hand to do it.

Say not unto thy neighbor, GO, and come again, and tomorrow I will give; when thou hast it by thee. Devise not evil against thy neighbor, seeing he dwelleth securely by thee. Strive not with a man without cause, if he have done thee no harm.

Envy thou not the oppressor, and choose none of his ways. For the forward is abomination to the Lord: but his secret is with the righteous. The curse of the Lord is in the house of the wicked: but he blesseth the habitation of the just.

Surely he scorneth the scorners: but he giveth grace unto the lowly. The wise shall inherit glory: but shame shall be the promotion of fools.

    Introduction to Your Guiding Prayer

Webster Dictionary says a number of definitions of prayer:

    1. A supplication or expressions addressed to God; also, a set order of words used in praying

    2. An earnest request or wish

    3. The act or practice of praying to God

    4. A religious service consisting chiefly of prayers

We need to learn that the prayers we need are already in the Bible.

We must learn what prayer to use and how to use that prayer. If we are to get results, things must be done correctly. That means, when we are praying to God, we must know just what we are asking, and we need to know the prayer to use and how to use the prayer we are praying.

Look at the prayer list, and learn what these prayers mean and what prayer you need to use to ask God for what you want. You cannot get your desires fulfilled if you do not go for them in the correct way. God is the God of the world, with all power in his hands. Through prayer is the only way we can talk to him, and that must be done in the right way.

If we are going to have an effective prayer life, we must learn what prayer is and how we must use prayer. Just as you learn to drive a car, you must also learn how to pray to God.

    Your Guiding Prayer Number 1

If you were born between March 21 and April 19, your zodiac sign is Aries, and your guiding prayer is Psalm 30. You should pray this psalm seven times a day for your guide. Whoever prays this psalm daily shall be safe from all evil occurrence. The holy is Eel.

I will extol thee, O Lord; for thou hast lifted me up, and hast not made my foes to rejoice over me. O Lord my God, I cried unto thee, and thou hast healed me. O Lord, thou hast brought up my sold from the grave: thou hast kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit. Sing unto the Lord, O ye saints of his, give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness.

For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favor is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning. And in my prosperity I said, I shall never be moved. Lord, by thy favor thou hast made my mountain to stand strong: thou didst hide thy face, and I was troubled.

    I cried to thee, O Lord; and unto the Lord I made supplication. What profit is there in my blood, when I go down to the pit? Shall the dust praise thee? Shall it declare thy truth? Hear, O Lord, and have mercy upon me: Lord, be thou my helper. Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing: thou hast put off my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness;

To the end that my glory may sing praise to thee, and not be silent. O Lord my God, I will give thanks unto thee forever. (Psalm 30)

Thy hands have made me and fashioned me: give me understanding, that I may learn thy commandments. They that fear thee will be glad when they see me; because I have hoped in thy word. I know, O Lord, that thy judgments are right, and that thou in faithfulness hast afflicted me.

Let, I pray thee, thy merciful kindness be for my comfort, according to thy word unto thy servant. Let thy tender mercies come unto me, that I may live: for thy law is my delight. Let the proud be ashamed; for they dealt perversely with me without cause: but I will meditate in thy precepts.

Let those that fear thee turn unto me, and those that have known thy testimonies. Let my heart be sound in thy statues; that I be not ashamed. (Psalm 119:73–80)

    Your Guiding Prayer Number 2

If you were born from April 20 to May 19, your zodiac sign is Taurus, and your guiding prayer is Psalm 28. Do you wish your enemy to reconciled to you? Pronounce this psalm with the appropriate holy name He and a suitable prayer, trusting on the power and readiness of the Great Ruler of hearts, and so your wish will be fully realized.

Unto thee will I cry, O Lord my rock; be not silent to me: lest, if thou be silent to me I become like them that go down into the pit. Hear the voice of my supplications, when I cry unto thee, when I lift up my hands toward thy holy oracle.

Draw me not away with the wicked, and with the workers of iniquity, which speak peace to their neighbors, but mischief is in their hearts. Give them according to their
