There is a saying that we are what we eat.

The corollary is also true; if we do not eat at all, it is just a matter of time before we cease to exist on this planet.

Proper nourishment/nutrition is thus an important cornerstone of health and wellness.

There are several conditions resulting from nutritional deficits, like kwashiorkor, marasmus, vitamin deficiencies, growth stunting in children, and states of poor immunity (immunodeficient states).

Nutritive deficits can also lead to problems in other areas of life, like social and sensory deprivations, inabilities to fulfill potentials, and even chronic disease conditions and death.

Hunger strikes, famines, eating disorders, and disorders of assimilation also fall under this category.

At the other end of the scale are conditions of excess like obesity, drug addiction and overdoses, alcoholism, and even some cancers.

Poisonings, whether intentional or accidental, also deserve mention. Not all poisonings are from ingestion, however.

The Holy Communion is a special kind of nutrition that not only provides an antidote to all the conditions above, but also, when taken aright, acts as prophylaxis (prevents calamities, whether disease related or not)!

It also possesses antiaging properties!

When a man or woman partakes of it aright, he is guaranteed life!

It is not a religious ritual, but a power meal--a spiritual act done in a physical way by faith and connects people with the vast resources of Almighty God!

In the wilderness, God's people ate manna, which was described as angels' food.

The Holy Communion is superior to manna. It is not angel's food but the very flesh and blood of God!

The Holy Communion

The Holy Communion has long been enshrined in church tradition all over the world as a sacred ritual for qualified worshippers!

To partake of it, one has to go through a series of steps as advised by the leadership/creed of the particular denomination/church.

As a result, it has become largely encased in religion. And religion is powerless! A relationship with the mighty God, however, gives access to real, raw power!

The scriptures tell us that the kingdom of God is not in word but in power (1 Corinthians 4:20).

In reality, the Holy Communion is a very powerful mystery that can provoke mighty miracles here on earth!

This book has been written in obedience to the God that holds the entire universe together. In other words, even the author needs the gems contained in this book!

While there are many books written on this topic, this is carefully designed to present the truths behind the Holy Communion in a simple way that even laypersons and children can understand it!

In other words, while there may be more theologically comprehensive books out there, this delivers raw power into the hands and lives of everyone that receives it by faith. For without faith, it is impossible to please God (Hebrews 11:6)!

One major benefit of the Communion table is direct access to the powerful ministry of the faithful and merciful high priest that is over Almighty God's house. His name is Jesus Christ.

This high priest has jurisdiction over both spiritual and physical/tangible things in the universe! That means stuff bows to Him! It means unseen things are subject to Him!

For anyone who claims to believe only things that are seen or touched, what of the air you breathe? How does your phone work? Or your television? When you take pictures or X-rays, do you see the media of transmission to the viewing platforms?

The correct answer is no!

The very basic elements of bread and wine (usually grape juice, practically) are mightily able to provoke events that defy the laws of science and nature!

A pastor friend many years ago shared about developing an excoriating perineal infection that defied treatment. It disappeared almost instantly on partaking of the Holy Communion!
