About the Author
To my mom, Donna J. Zimmerman. Thank you
The world is ever changing;
We change with it or we choose not to.
The children have an easier time with change;
They can see things that adults cannot. Children
are pure of heart and innocent. Their beliefs are
Not yet set in stone, no differences, no judgments;
Only what is here and now. Allow this to remain within.
Live and speak only your truth and the fairies will always
Be close to you.
In the Beginning
Thousands of years ago, fairy kingdoms began on earth. The fairies were sent here by the Great Spirit. They are a small, humanlike species with the ability to fly. Their wings are proportioned to the size of their bodies and can roll up or lay against their bodies so they don’t get damaged. They are about five inches tall on average, and by today’s standards their population would be considered quite diverse. The fairy realm has never had discrimination; they know the Great Spirit has created each one of them from love, so they always consider each other to be completely and totally equal. The fairies were tasked to help the earth’s flora and fauna flourish, and when animals and humans evolve, they will help them as well.
At this time in the earth’s history, it was constantly evolving. There was new tree growth and plant growth, as well as land growth. Volcanoes erupting, and earthquakes and crazy storms were a constant occurrence. The fairies learned quickly how to adapt to the different types of climates and conditions. Fairy elders were appointed to choose a ruler for each kingdom and to oversee all the fairy kingdoms on earth. The fairy elders were the oldest and wisest of all the fairies. The fairy elders got together and chose four kings per continent at first, and as the earth’s evolution slowed, land masses separated, so they appointed four kings per country to give the fairy kingdoms room to grow and flourish.
The fairies are very loving and kind magical beings. They have special gifts bestowed upon them by the Great Spirit, which they use to help the earth grow and flourish with plants, herbs, and food. Their gifts consist of knowledge of all plant life, the ability to help new seedlings grow faster, and a great love for Mother Earth. The fairies were given the ability to manipulate earth’s magnetic energy, which aids them with their ability to fly. It also enables them to make themselves invisible
