About this ebook

All in all, Author WCY is founder of the National Reparation Reformation & Annexation movement, historian, and Social Engineer of the 21st Century. His work collaborate family history with American history, world history, current affairs, and bible history from the perspective of truth.

African American Historian Dr. Jim Horton declared: "if you tell the story of the American experience known as American history and leave out African American history then American history is incomplete." Therefore, WCY's work is a correction of American history b/c the history that the baby boomer generation learned in school was about wars, economics, and dead white men which undermined the deeds of African Americans.

Although WCY is into politics, he is not a politician. He is a salesman that's selling 100 U.S. senate seats for $177.00 each and is trying to spark the biggest real estate deal in American history since the Louisiana Purchase of 1803 that will tear down Trump's wall via annexation of North America, preserve the continuity of the American Dream and bring in Mexico, Cuba, Canada & USA territories into the union as states which means a new white suburbs on the white sandy beaches of Mexico, Guam, and Puerto Rico. After all, white people without suburbs are like fish without a sea.

As a congressional informer, consumer protector, and whistle blower, WCY's reports are on record and are reported to the U.S. Senate Homeland Committee on Governmental Affairs, the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Homeland Security and the president of the USA. In Case No. 12-01189-CV-W-REL in U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri according to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Bill summoned the regional directors of the U.S. Census Bureau to court to explain their methodology and how they arrived at the conclusion on the 2010 Census that the USA population was 310 million with the majority race being white, and the directors were a NO SHOW which means pursuant to Rule 12 of Fed. R. Civ. If you fail to respond, judgment by default will be entered against the defendants. Bill Young won the case by default, but U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, II refused to pay Bill and had the case DISMISSED which resulted in Holder's forced resignation as U.S. Attorney General. Holder's suppression of the truth via having case dismissed covered up the fact that the majority USA population is Hispanic and not white which means Americans in the 21st Century have become slaves to lies, but after they read WCY's work (THE WHOLE TRUTH) then the truth shall set them free. However, to get to the hill of truth, WCY's book will navigate his readers through the valley of 200 years of lies and the 116th Congress whom are the largest group of liars that has ever been assembled together in one place in America's 244 years of American history.

The Whole Truth - William Young

    Chapter 1

    The Strength of Nations

The strength of any organization is in the adhesive that holds it together. I don’t care if it’s your house, the White House, or another nation. This rule is applicable to all: a divided house cannot stand. This concept runs parallel to the American dream and with other words which are contained in the US Constitution such as life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Collectively, these words constitute the story of America which is known as American history and is a good place to start this book.

One day a group of white men (our forefathers) got to together and decided to form a nation and in so doing planned for the worse and hoped for the best. They planned for the worse by establishing a constitution with amendments. They hoped for the best by making the young USA one nation under God and indivisible. They acknowledged God but not religion because religion was division. To make this work, they figured that we are all praying to the same God but call Him by different names. They noticed that the bond in the Trinity (Father/Son/Holy Spirit) was an unbreakable bond, so they designed their infrastructure after the Trinity infrastructure of heaven.

In heaven, there is the Father/Son/Holy Spirit, but on earth, there would be the judicial, executive, and legislative branches of government, whereupon each would serve as a check and balance of each other to keep things intact and the USA on course. Despite that, things occur to cause discourse such as disagreement or division.

In the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries, it was the issue of slavery that divided our nation. To illustrate, in Thomas Jefferson’s first draft of the Declaration of Independence, he included an antislavery clause. However, the Southern delegates refused to sign the most famous document in American history. This meant that in order to bind our nation, Thomas had to rewrite the document by adding a clause for slavery. Granted, what would have had happened if Jefferson refused to appease the Southern delegation? Needless to say and to answer the question, without agreement, the USA would seize to function or exist as a nation because a divided house cannot stand.

Again, our forefathers knew that a time would come when our nation would be tested over and over, and the slavery issue was another test which is the reason they designed our trinity government after the Heavenly Trinity (an unbreakable bond) that was also tested when Satan approached Jesus: ‘If thou be the Son of God,’ he said, ‘command that these stones to be bread’ (Matthew 4:3). Jesus replied, It is written that you shall not tempt God, causing Satan to disappear.

According to mainstream historians, our nation was tested again over the issue of free states vs. slave states and came up with the Missouri Compromise of 1850 (passed by the Thirty-Third Congress) as a temporary solution to the slave dilemma. The author of this bill was US senator Henry Clay of Missouri, but he had to gain the support of Stephen Douglas and others to convert the bill into law, conducive to several other laws in order to pacify the majority of Southerners who promoted slavery and Northerners who supported the abolishment of slavery.

Fugitive Slave Act. The Fugitive Slave Law was passed by the Thirty-Third US Congress on September 18, 1850, as part of the Compromise of 1850 in which Free Soilers and slave owners agreed upon terms and conditions to allow USA territories to be admitted to the union as a free state or slave state while the Slave Act allowed slave owners to enter a free state to capture runaway slaves from a slave state.

In Kansas City, Missouri, the FSA motivated John Wornall to form a posse to go after fugitive runaway slaves from Missouri (slave state) that crossed the state line into Kansas (free state). The bounty for catching slaves made John a rich man since his plantation in Kansas City, Missouri, was less than one mile from the Missouri-Kansas border. Also, John established the culture of racial profiling in Kansas City where the Kansas City Police would stop and search all blacks to see if they were runaways. The culture of racial profiling started by the Kansas City Police Department then spread to other cities in the twentieth century, which meant that instead of catching illegal immigrants, police across the nation were racial profiling blacks. This practice of racial profiling blacks and not paying attention to illegal immigrants in the twentieth century is what caused the Hispanic population to bypass the white population to become the majority USA population in the twenty-first century and Donald Trump putting up a wall to make America great again (or make America white again) by keeping America a majority white, which was a great effort to gain support from racist organizations such as the KKK. But in truth, Trump’s effort is what I call too little, too late (TLTL).

In other words, in order to keep America great or keep America a majority white, instead of white police racial profiling blacks, they should have been paying more attention to illegal immigrants entering the USA via the Mexican border, or a better idea would have been to erect a wall such as Trump’s Wall seventy-five years ago, which would have had the same effect as Russia’s Berlin Wall or Iron Curtain.

In the nineteenth century, other acts of racial profiling included the Kansas-Nebraska Act of 1854. The author of this bill/law was US senator Stephen A. Douglas (IL) and passed by the Thirty-Third Congress before signed into law by President Franklin Pierce (14). All in all, this law dealt with the new territories of Kansas and Nebraska, which were two of the fifteen territories that became states via the Louisiana Purchase of 1803, whereupon President Thomas Jefferson (3) purchased 828,000 square miles from France at four cents per acre. The main purpose of the KNA was to start land development projects in the new territories such as the Transcontinental Railroad.

The First Transcontinental Railroad or the Pacific Railroad was a 1,900-mile continuous railroad track stretching from California to Nebraska that was constructed between 1863–1869. Specifically, the railroad opened for business between Sacramento and Omaha on May 10, 1869, when Leland Stanford of the Pacific Railroad tapped the last Golden Spike for completion of the new rail system connecting the east to the west. However, the Kansas-Nebraska Act was better known for border wars hovering around the Kansas-Missouri Border such as Bleeding Kansas.

The Indian Removal Act of 1830 by President Andrew Jackson (7) was the first racial profiling law and a series of broken promises between the red man and white man that removed Native Americans from a cash-crop land to give them an inferior land elsewhere. However, the IRA had nothing to do with morals. The IRA was a key to survival because the first law of nature is self-preservation. In other words, before any person can participate in the American dream, they first must survive. Therefore, a divided nation cannot stand hovers around the laws of mathematics and not moral laws. It was a strategy in military history to divide and conquer, and Native Americans and Africans were a divided race before white Europeans came to America. In indigenous people, their culture consisted of over one thousand different dialogues within their tribes, which kept them divided. This meant that when Europeans invaded the African and American continents, all they had to do was conquer because indigenous people were already divided.

Another form of racial profiling was the Trans-Atlantic Triangular-Slave-Route, where European slave ships originating in England were loaded with rum, guns, and other trade items then sailed to the African continent (first stop) where English products would be traded for slaves. After reloading with slaves, the ship sailed to Caribbean Islands to trade sugar for slaves. Final destination would be America to sell slaves for cash before returning back to England.

Altogether, over twelve million Africans were involved in the TATSR, but only six hundred thousand survived, who were the ancestors of all African Americans in the twenty-first century. Mainstream historians claim that George Washington is the father of our nation, but in reality, the African American slave woman is the mother of our nation because out of her womb came black slaves that worked the cotton fields of Mississippi from sunset to sunrise to make America the most powerful nation in the world; and if she did not survive, the African American race would not exist (WCY).

Bleeding Kansas set the stage for the Civil War and was a series of bloody confrontations in the area of the Kansas-Missouri border between 1854 and 1861 and between proslavery sympathizers and antislavery abolitionists who shared the goal of negating slavery via free states such as Kansas while those people who approved of slavery shared the goal of making Missouri a slave state. To illustrate, consider my white great-great-great-grandfather Solomon Young.

Although DNA evidence proving that he was my blood relative is inclusive at this time, the evidence is clear that he was the father of Martha Ellen Young Truman (Harry S. Truman’s mother) and Harrison Young (Truman’s uncle). To make a long story short, inspired by the Kansas Nebraska Act and the Missouri Compromise, Solomon Young decided to liquidate his plantation in Kentucky and move to Missouri to breed slaves. Upon the Young’s family arrival in Missouri, Solomon joined a group of slave breeders by answering yes to the question, are you sound on the goose? In other words, slavery was the goose that laid the golden egg and would make slave owners rich.

Also, Harrison Young was sexually attracted to black girls, which meant all of his children were by his black slave women because a white woman couldn’t do anything for Harrison but tell him which way a black girl went. Since Harrison had no white children to bear his name, Martha decided to name her son after his uncle Harrison. Subsequently, Harry S. Truman’s was Harry (first name) and carried the initial S for his middle name, which stood for Shipp (his paternal grandfather) and Solomon (his maternal grandfather). After the Civil War and slavery ended, Solomon’s new trade became escorting wagon trains via the three trails west from Missouri to Oregon, Santa Fe, and California.

Another truth that mainstream historians overlooked: slave breeders would breed slaves like cattle. They would mate a strong female with a strong male to give birth to a strong buck that would sell at slave auctions for more money. Where do you think great NBA players came from? In other words, the culture of breeding strong bucks in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries gave birth to superior African American athletes in the twentieth and twenty-first centuries. In summary, this breeding practice of producing stronger slaves caused an oxymoron black backlash effect and, when coupled with working black slaves from sunrise to sunset, resulted in a stronger African American species adapted for survival, which was a rare positive thing for slavery where God took something bad and made it good. On the other hand, the mulatto bastard backlash effect resulted in something negative for the African American race.

    Mulatto Bastard Backlash Effect (MBEE)

MBBE occurs from the culture of white master slave owners impregnating fourteen-year-old slave girls with mulatto babies, which had negative effects on the African American population. It created a ratio of 6:1 black female to black male proportion in the African American population. This made it mathematically impossible for every single black woman to have a single black man for a husband in the twentieth century and following centuries. To throw more salt in the wound, the malpractice of selling blacks to divide families in the plantation days of slavery in the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries increased the MBBE to 9:1 in the twentieth and twenty-first centuries. Then the historical events of lynching blacks, blacks being killed in wars, and blacks killing blacks increased the MBBE to 12:1.

The truth in this matter: all of the social problems that African Americans experience in the twenty-first century evolved from slavery, including health issues. In the twenty-first century, most African Americans have diabetes, high blood pressure, and are most likely to have strokes at a younger age than most whites, which is linked to the poor eating habits of their ancestors while in bondage. The white master’s family had a healthy diet: they would eat the ham, bacon, and ribs from the pig; but the slaves’ diet consisted hog’s intestines, pig’s feet, and pig’s snout, which led to future health issues for all African Americans in the centuries to follow. In retrospect, if you were born a slave in the USA during the slavery era, you could only be a house Negro or field Negro.

Willie Lynch, the Mastermind of Slave Masters

The chain of command on the plantation consisted of the slave master (1) then the slave master’s wife (2), next would be the overseer (3), and below overseer would be the driver (4), and on the bottom of the totem pole would be the slave, which was either a house slave or a field slave. The slave master was the boss; the madam was second in command and supervised the domestic slaves, while the white overseer functioned as a foreman on the plantation. It was his task to make sure that each slave made their daily quota. The black driver’s role was an Uncle Tom that disciplined the other slaves with a bullwhip. The culture of discipline slaves or keeping negroes in line was a phrase coined by Willie Lynch.

Willie Lynch was a slave owner from England that owned slaves in the West Indies and was considered an expert on the making of a slave. The slave industry created a dilemma for slave owners where black slaves were beginning to outnumber whites, causing a phobia or fear of a slave rebellion, which was the reason why the plantation owners invited Lynch to James Town, Virginia, in 1712 to give a series of lectures on how to discipline the negro slaves and keep them in line. Willie emphasized lynching as a way and means to discipline rebellious slaves who talked back. He also stated in a letter to the slave owners (dated December 12, 1712) that lynching was not an option but a necessity to input fear in a slave’s heart to gain respect for slave masters. The term lynching was created by Willie, which was a derivative of his last name.

Willie’s methods included pitting slave against another slave: young slave against old slave, yellow-skin slave against dark-skin slave, rewarded slaves that snitched on other slaves, etc. Also, after the slavery era ended, Southern whites continued the culture of lynching blacks via lynching blacks for entertainment. The word picnic means pick a Negro to hang. Whenever the occasion arose to lynch a black, hundreds of whites gathered around the hanging site on blankets to eat snacks and to watch a popular spectator event. In the early nineteenth century, hanging Negroes grew to a favorite national pastime as baseball and football. (Willie Lynch’s original letter is true because it was seen by witnesses but was lost, which means Willie Lynch’s letter is a myth or legend because there is no physical evidence to prove letter existed).

    Eighteenth-Century House Negro Genre

In the dark past of African American history, a white society established the eighteenth- and nineteenth-century house Negro genre, which divided slaves into house Negroes or field Negroes. In other words, if you were born a slave on the planation, you were either a house Negro or field Negro, and there was no in-between.

House Negroes were treated better than field Negroes because house Negroes were the white master’s children and own flesh and blood. Naturally white masters would treat his own children better than the other field Negroes.

Yellow-skin house Negroes ate better food, wore better clothes, and were conditioned to believe that they were better than the black-skin field Negroes. They also handled all of the domestic work in the big house such as babysitting, cooking, or serving white dinner guests. Again, they were also kin to the master’s white children, who were also blood relatives or half sister or brother to the colored house servants. (A perfect example is the first Second Lady of the White House Sally Hemming, who was the mother of Thomas Jefferson’s children and a half sister to Thomas Jefferson’s wife.)

In the twenty-first century, house Negroes still exist but evolved into a new genre of house Negroes who are constituents of the black community in the House of Representatives and the House of Senate who have sold out their race to promote partisan politics that represent the 1 percent, which is less than 1 percent of the world population that controls over 65 percent of the wealth in the world while ignoring the needs of the 99 percent whom are the people. House Negroes in both houses forget that our government is made of the people, by the people, and for the people.

    Twenty-First-Century House Negro Genre

The twenty-first century and partisan politics gave birth to a new genre of house Negroes such as US Senator Cory Booker (D) of New Jersey, Senator Tim Scott (R) of South Carolina, and Senator Kamala Harris of California, who are three Negroes blessed to hold seats in the upper house of the United States Senate.

In the Lower House, there are congressional representatives whom are constituents of the USA urban core who were elected to represent black people that reside in a ghetto where there are high crime rates, a large number of black-on-black killings, poor quality education such as in the Kansas City Missouri Public School District that cannot pass accreditation criteria; also this is where youths display disrespect by walking streets with loose trousers exposing underwear while playing loud music degrading females calling them bitches; the mix include food deserts, store front churches, a vast number of people with poor credit scores, and a red zone area in which insurance companies try to avoid in order to maintain an account list of high-quality clients.

Also in the twenty-first century, partisan politics, corporate greed, downsizing, and class discrimination is public enemy (1–4) because politicians employ the Democrat or Republican Parties as a vehicle to promote self, which consist of less than 1 percent of the world population that controls over 65 percent of the wealth in the world while ignoring the needs of the people (whom are 99 percent). They forgot that a government is made of the people, by the people, and, for the people.

A perfect example is the US Senate hearings of October 2018 to nominate Brett Kavanaugh as a Supreme Court judge but was delayed because of allegations involving sexual misconduct with minors, which is about the luxury of power for the 1 percent and has nothing to do with the 99 percent or the people’s business.

Our democracy has been turned into a hypocrisy because a white culture has been raping fourteen-year-old black slave girls for over 250 years while a white society sat as knots on a log doing absolutely nothing about it. Now all of sudden, the status quo in partisan politics wants to leapfrog statute of limitation codes in fifty states to prosecute people like Brett Kavanaugh and Morgan Freeman for sex crimes committed over thirty years ago.

Well and good. If Brett and Morgan are guilty, so are the states of Alabama and South Carolina for raping, incarcerating, and making pregnant my fourteen-year-old great-great-grandmother(s), who were slaves on plantations in Alabama and South Carolina. Therefore, the Young and Harper family will be suing the states of Alabama and South Carolina in 2019 for allowing slavery to exist for over 250 years. All the social problems which African Americans experience today evolved from slavery.

Again, in the nineteenth century, African Americans were slaves incarcerated on a plantation, but in the twenty-first century, instead of a plantation, African Americans and the homeless are still slaves incarcerated to a ghetto or red zone and homeless communities such as Skid Row in Los Angeles, California, with house Negroes (partisan politicians) caring mostly about themselves and their families while ignoring the needs of you and your family, who are the people. The ugly truth about partisan politicians: they can agree upon a health-care plan for themselves and their families but refuse to agree upon adequate health-care plans for you and your family.

In the meantime, the struggle for political power between Democrats and Republicans is a luxury that has absolutely nothing to do with the business of the people. Politicians should focus on issues that revolve around physiological needs such as health care, jobs, feeding the homeless, etc. They should care less about Russian collusion, left-wing Democrat impeachment, and scandals of the rich and famous. Left-wing president impeachment is wrong as two left shoes (more on this later).

And that’s not half the truth or 99 percent of the truth—that’s the whole truth!

Again, half of the truth + half of a lie = the following: the Missouri Compromise and Kansas Nebraska Act painted an illusion of grandeur that America could coexist as a slave state and free state, but that was far from the truth because America was still divided.

The truth in this matter: in the nineteenth century, it took the American Civil War to bind the nation, and that’s not half of the truth or 99.9 percent of the truth—that’s the whole truth because the USA could not coexist as a free state and slave state. This meant that the Civil War was inevitable.

One more time, America cannot coexist as a majority Democrat Congress one election year and a majority Republican Congress the next election year because the nation is still divided. To bind our nation, there must be third-choice candidates (more on this later).

As has been said, in the nineteenth century, the Missouri Compromise merry-go-round of adding a slave state then adding a free state for every slave state to the union never did work because the nation was still divided. In the twenty-first century, the partisan politics see-saw of having a majority Democratic Party Congress one election year, then having a majority Republican Party Congress the next year still won’t work because the nation is still divided.

More important, Donald Trump said, Let’s make America great again. Hillary Clinton said, America has always been great. Again the truth and nothing but the truth: it was slavery that made American great because slavery bankrolled America with over 250 years of free labor, for there was no Wall Street or Dow Jones Industrial Averages. There were only slaves who worked the cotton fields of Mississippi from sunrise to sunset to give America its start in becoming the most powerful nation in the world. In summary, slavery was the adhesive that held America together and is what made America great.

Then, too, it matters not if what people agree upon is right or wrong. In 1776, Thomas Jefferson and company agreed upon slavery to keep America in tack. In 1863, Abraham Lincoln and company agreed upon the abolishment of slavery via the Emancipation Proclamation to make America great again. In other words, when the components of a nation agree, that nation is functional. On the other hand, if the constituents of a nation disagree, that nation becomes dysfunctional.

The mechanism of government occurs when the three branches of government serve as a check and balance of each other or maintenance system to aid our government in functioning properly and in order. But sometimes things happen to cause our nation to become dysfunctional.

As an illustration, in the 2016 presidential elections, Trump became famous when he promised a special-interest group that he would make America great again by erecting a wall between Mexico and USA to keep immigrants contained in Mexico and to keep them out of America. His exact quote: I will build a great, great wall on our southern border and will make Mexico pay for it. Mark my words.

At the same time, the words inscribed on the Statue of Liberty by Emma Lazarus for immigrants entering America via the east gateway entrance from the Atlantic Ocean state the following: Give me your tired, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, the wretched refuse of your teeming shore send these, the homeless (tempest tossed to me), I lift my lamp (the golden door). However, if Emma’s words are truth, then Donald’s words must be a lie; or if Emma’s words are lies, then Donald’s words are truth. Altogether, for the first time in the twenty-first century, Donald Trump and partisan politics has turned our democracy into hypocrisy.

To illustrate further, Trump told a lie to get elected president. His words not only contradicts Emma’s words but also negates the US Constitution. On January 20, 2016, during his inaugural address, Trump took an oath to defend the constitution but broke the oath by erecting a wall that serves the same purpose of Russia’s Berlin Wall and Russia’s Iron Curtain to keep immigrants or citizens of another country contained in a country where they were born.

Pursuant to the US Constitution, the Upper House of the US Senate should have impeached Trump in 2016 for violating the Code of Ethics for Government Employees passed by the Eighty-Fifth Congress, which states in no uncertain terms that all civil servants and employees of the United States Government must defend the Constitution of the United States of America. In simple terms, it is the legislature’s duty to function as a check-and-balance system of the executive office; and by failing to execute their duty to impeach Trump, the Upper House is also in violation of the COE.

In other words, Trump should have been impeached by a bipartisan US Senate majority for failing to defend the constitution and not by a left-wing partisan Democrat impeachment team to gain control of the White House. Democrat left wing impeachment of a president is as wrong as two left shoes. Therefore, the only way to repair this mess is for the lower house or US House of Representatives to impeach the upper house by replacing one hundred incompetent incumbent US senators via third-choice candidates in the 2020 elections.

Then, too, our government is designed for the people, by the people, and for the people which is 99 percent of the USA population while partisan politicians constitute less than 1 percent of the world population that controls over 65 percent of the wealth in the world. This means that in America today, corporate greed is public enemy number one, partisan politics is public enemy number two, downsizing of jobs is public enemy number three, and class discrimination, which has replaced racial discrimination, is public enemy number four (more on this in later chapters).

Equally important: Americans must realize that immigrants coming to America is part of the American dream that made America great and will not hurt America. On the other end of the stick, Fortune 500 companies such as Anheuser-Bush (Budweiser), Securitas Securities, and CSL Plasma, which were born in America but controlled by foreigners overseas, will eventually cause America to fall along with China replacing the USA as the leading manufacturer in the world.

    A Correction in American History

Correction in American History is a revision of the US Army and US Signal Corps Documentary (1944/Library of Congress): History of the Black Soldier, which is an inclusive record of African Americans serving in all American conflicts and World Wars I and II that began with Crispus Attucks, who was the first African American to fall. Pursuant to our update of this American history document, this
