About this ebook

Specific reservation of author's First Amendment rights under the authority of the United States Supreme court case known as Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission 558 US 310, 130 S Ct 876, 175 L. Ed.2d.,753 2010 US LEXIS 766, January 21, 2010.

This book is a first-party, nonfiction expose of facts that some within powerful positions of power within the US political establishment do not want the American people to know anything about. Therefore, I, James Ray Phipps, the author of this book, hereby reserve my rights under the US Constitution, without exception, to exercise my First-Amendment-protected speech concerning the content of this book and right to engage in any conduct that I find necessary to share the content of this book with any other person that may choose to read it.

For the most part, the speech within this book is pure political speech even though I will be talking about financial matters dealing with my profession as a direct salesperson--commonly known as a contract labor, nonemployee. I will also be talking about the political topics of earning money, using credit, creating debt, federal taxation, and the criminal conduct of those within government that affect the daily lives of the American people. Within the following pages of this book. I will be pointing out what I said and predicted fifteen years prior to October 8, 1999, when I established the National Tee-Party and actually ran for president myself in the 2000 presidential campaign as an independent candidate. Yep, that's right! Documentation to support what I say in this book is provided in the following pages.

The First National Tee-Party Candidate - James Ray Phipps

    Preface

This book contains financial and legal information, not financial or legal advice.

A writer who steals the work of another is called a plagiarist. One who takes information from the works of many in order to share the truth with the masses and find solutions to problems that plague mankind is called a researcher. I am a researcher. So I am deeply indebted to the people that have provided me with the knowledge on the many topics of which I have studied over the past fifty years. Naturally, there are too many sources to be quoted, so it would be literally impossible for me to name them all.

Without the cumulative product of their efforts, it would have taken several lifetimes to gather all of the information and material you are now reading, especially, the work done by G. Edward Griffin in his book Creature from Jekyll Island. We all learn the most about the most important things we need to know by reading. See https://youtu.be/luVqX6J93k (Google Creature from Jekyll Island).

My intent is not to plagiarize anything but to use what is necessary including YouTube videos to illustrate the findings of truth. So with that in mind, I will do more than most people do to provide you with information to find documentation of facts on your phone or computer, where you can then study my source material for the topic being discussed throughout this book.

    Acknowledgments

Number 1: Author G. Edward Griffin (https://realityzone.com/ref/49, https://youtu.be/lu_VqX6J93k). Mr. Griffin is an American author of forty-eight books, a well-informed writer and documentary film producer on difficult topics, such as our nation’s banking system, international banking, internal subversion, the history of the American credit, debt, tax system, politics within the two-party political system, the Supreme Court, the United Nations, and many other topics.

He is a recipient of the coveted Telly Award for excellence in television production. He is president of American Media, a publishing and video production company in Southern California and author of the book titled The Creature from Jekyll Island, a 608-page intricately detailed American history book on the topic of the Federal Reserve System.

It details how the American banking and financial system has made debt slaves out of the average working people of our nation, enables politicians within our political establishment to deprive the American people of life, liberty, and property under the color of law, and explains why the entire US financial system needs to be rebuilt from the ground up.

I will be forever thankful to G. Edward Griffin for everything that I learned from reading and then doing more research on what he shared with me and others within the pages of his book titled The Creature from Jekyll Island: A Second Look at the Federal Reserve.

What I learned from Mr. Griffin and this book during the early years of my adulthood set me free from the bondage of lenders and corrupt politicians, to live the American dream in a way that few Americans can do.

    Introduction

This is a true-to-life, nonfiction combination autobiography and political adventure story on what it’s like for an average working American to be falsely accused, prosecuted, and convicted of federal crimes, and then spending fourteen years in federal prison for doing something that is not even a violation of state or federal law.

Greetings to all readers of this book. I’m sure you have noticed that there are a lot of things said on television, in newspapers, magazines, political campaign advertisements, and in countless other formats about what goes on daily in politics and within this nation’s federal bureaucracy that most of us would not have dared to say to anyone in public sixty years ago and hesitate to even say today. Therefore, I respectfully request that you allow me to cut loose with what I have to say about the disgusting state of the federal bureaucracy and some of the people that work within it, even as far as saying a word or few words that may be offensive to some, as I feel is needed throughout the pages of this book.

Some things are meant to be funny; some are meant to express the seriousness of the problems within the US criminal justice system and courts, and some are to express absolute disgust with what those working within the DC swamp are doing. And some things are said because our nation’s law enforcement agencies are full of too many people like bad cop, Derek Chauvin, and it took the authorities almost twenty years before they even began to deal with the problems caused by this particular bad cop.

Some are meant to express the way that most Americans feel when forced to deal with any bad cop, dishonest or incompetent, person that works for a US government agency or any person working in local law enforcement. Nobody that knows what is going on within the federal bureaucracy today can honestly say that what I will share with you is not true. With that being said, this book is an exposé of the public corruption within the US DOJ and federal courts and what happens when corrupt and incompetent public officials tell the wrong person to shut up when it comes to talking about important topics of our lifetime such as money, credit, debt, and taxes and the way government employees treat other people.

I have studied law and the Constitution of our nation in detail for decades and speak from personal experience. Therefore, I will strive to tell my story with as much respect for the so-called law, our nation, and good people as possible while expressing my anger in a respectable manner, depending on your ability to listen to what I have to say without being offended. I have also spent fourteen-plus years of my life in federal prison because I wouldn’t allow tyrants within the United States Postal Service and Internal Revenue Service to tell me what I could or couldn’t say.

Much of what I have said and warned people about for decades before I was thrown into federal prison in 2006 has come to pass. While most Americans living in the so-called free world have been beating their heads against the wall, struggling to survive financially due to incompetence of public officials in DC since the financial crash of the banking industry in 2008; I sat back in prison watching what Americans have had to deal with since G. W. Bush, and Obama were elected as president. I was fifty-eight years old at the time.

Normally people that have been in prison don’t talk about their experience due to fear of being shunned, feared, or looked down upon by society; but I have thought long and hard about this subject and have decided to tell all who may be interested just exactly what this nation’s government is doing to thousands of Americans every day.

My experience in prison for fourteen-plus years was not pleasant, but it was interesting. To better express how I feel about this, I’ll just say it was like watching the movie titled Dumb and Dumber over and over again day after day, and not be able to turn it off as I watched the employees of the Federal Bureau of Prisons, members of the US Congress and Senate, and everyone else working within the swamp federal bureaucracy do things that they did daily for fourteen years.

When I entered the first Bureau of Prisons institution, called the Fort Worth medical center located in Fort Worth, Texas, in November of 2008, that I was sent to and began to observe what was going on around me, my most consuming thought was, How in the hell did this dumb a—— get a job working for the US government? Then someone standing next to me told me that BOP stands for backward on purpose.

Although the BOP institution was full of drug users and dealers and some bad people, the fellow inmate companions that I met and talked with for the most part were highly educated doctors, lawyers, mortgage brokers, teachers, real estate developers, farmers, ranchers, and businesspeople from all over the nation, that I would have never met before I came to prison.

In the back portion of this book, you will find a chapter titled The Imprisonment of the American Professional Workforce that will share a few short stories of some of the people I met and got to know during my fourteen-plus years in prison. But first I will focus on just telling my story in order to give you something to think about and hopefully motivate you to join me and others in our efforts to stop the disgusting, sadistic, and inhumane treatment of the American people by corrupt public officials that I will expose in this book. Otherwise, hundreds of thousands of good people will have their lives and livelihoods destroyed needlessly by the US government in future years.

As President Obama said when he was president, "There are 2 types of people in prison today in the USA, those that we don’t like, and those that we are afraid of. Thomas Jefferson was known to say the following words. Where the government fears the people, you have liberty. Where the people fear those in government, you have tyranny."

At this point in my life, I really don’t need to say anything else about all of the things that most Americans see going on within our political establishment today and share the same feelings that I have had since I was just a young American starting out in life to work and live the American dream. The American people should be fully awake after what has happened since 2015, and President Trump became the victim of the very things that I will talk about in this book. And by the same token, every American has become a victim of it!

    Special Note

At the time I did this, I was just like many conservative Christian Americans that were totally fed up with what was going on in Washington DC!

My political interest was on having a political administration in DC that was friendly to small business not on running for public office. Due to their natural habits of always striving to overregulate and tax everything that the average man or woman earns above an average wage, I didn’t support those that ran for public office as members of the Democrat party.

Although I previously voted for and supported Republican candidates at election time, I really didn’t trust the Republican Party to promote or support any poor or middleclass person that wanted to run for public office, even if that person was a good, honest person that was good in handling business matters, as well as working with others to get things done, so I found myself in a quandary about what to do.

George W. had already said publicly that his friends were the have mores rather than the have nots, so his arrogance toward people that shared the common problem that most people have when just starting out in life offended me. I was in the business of helping people become the best that they can become.

I never liked the notion that some people have about wealthy people being the only ones that have a right to run for public office. So I came up with the idea that I could change this notion by encouraging more business-minded, average, working people to run for office.

The first step to do that was to create an organization of people who thought the same way to help me. On October 8, 1999, the National Tee-Party was created by my wife Ora Lee Calloway becoming the treasurer of the organization, and my registering as a candidate in the next election. That just happened to be the 2000 presidential election campaign.

I thought this was perfect as we could start at the top and go down. As a kid and being the skinniest kid in my class at school I’d always been told that if you find yourself in a fight that you don’t want to be in, hit the largest guy first. Sometimes the shock of being hit by a little person is enough to gain the respect of a larger person when nothing else will.

    First National Tee-Party

I’m sure at this point you are asking yourself, Who is this guy? So just sit back and let me tell you my story that I sincerely believe you will enjoy and find fascinating.

The spelling of the name tee rather than tea was meant to signify why the party was established. The Tee-Party was established for American voters who are teed off by the way this nation is presently being run by conventional politicians. It was established with the FEC on Oct. 8, 1999, to give the average American a clear voice within the federal government; against the abuse of power by those within the swamp, to attract intelligent, private, business-friendly individuals to run for public offices at the local, state, and federal level and to provide grassroots financial support for those individuals

The party platform is primarily conservative, libertarian. The main plank of the Tee-Party platform is providing economic social justice and liberty to the poor and middle-class American people. At the time the Tee-Party was created, it was established under law as any private-member-supported educational humanitarian program or club funded with contributions from people selling a legitimate product and service representing the club’s purpose or goal. In the case of the Tee-Party, the legitimate product was a privately published financial awareness course known as Life without Debt. This book will explain how the Tea Party movement was started before anyone in the USA heard of it in 2010, 4 years after I was thrown into federal prison in 2006.

In the mid-1980s, when I went into business for myself after working for a large personal development, educational material marketing company, I knew that I was taking a risk of being attacked by the government due to being a network marketer. That was a common problem in my profession back in the 1970s and 1980s, as multilevel marketing was a new and unregulated profession for the most
