Children of the Beyond
(Book 3)
By Triece Bartlett
As told by Terrain Basali, The Keeper of The Book
cc: 2022/2023
Dedication:
I started writing the Children Of…
books in 1988 with Children of Light.
Writing on my lunch breaks at work and going to libraries to look up information about galaxies and light years. I had a Writer’s Market
book and sent out a few hopes to publishers. 1994 I started writing Children of Water.
I wrote while travelling on the ferry to San Francisco for another job. Every book I wrote in ringed folders, making notes in the margins. Editing of both books came with my liquid amber display laptop that crashed with the edited versions. I edited again. In 2007, I self-published Children of Light.
There have been many edits over the years. Children of the Beyond began with the other two books, but just finished recently. It didn’t have a lot to say, but it says a lot.
I wrote other stories and books along the way, but the Children of…
will always be one of the largest parts of me floating in the world.
For all those frustrated with the lack of understanding of our human counterparts, and for those who feel the vibrations and understand, this is for you.
Thank you: Haley.
I Will Now Tell You the Rest of the Story
Once, and now, and then, and tomorrow. Yes, Once. The irrelevance of time in the box of infinity. Sometimes it is hard to know where to start when there is no beginning or end to a true story. The story I speak of is the story of you, or each soul. The story never ends. Not really. Following an entity, an end will appear in some form, but the soul, the base of the being continues on, becomes something new. Memories may be lost of what once was, but sometimes, glimpses of those memories continue. There are those few who do remember, but doubt their own thoughts or get confused because the memories feel so entirely real. Even fewer of those, who do remember, remember clearly and know the truth of the soul and existence. Though, they know, knowing isn’t always enough, and is a burden: The Burden of Knowing. A pure soul, who knows, feels the burden of the knowledge and responsible for keeping the knowledge. For conveying the knowledge is not always appropriate. Hold your tongue. Sometimes the knowledge conveyed is an untruth because it is what the receiver needs to hear to move down their path and make the choices that will get them to the points on their path for their adventure. Some things are better left unsaid. Once a foretelling vision is verbalized, the choices will change and can change the future or delay the outcome. Am I saying your story is set on a cosmic pathway that shall always be? No, you have the will to change your path, but for true happiness, fulfillment, peace, and purpose, you may
