Divorce or separation can be one of the most stressful times in your life, especially if you don't know what the process is or how it works in real life.
People have a lot of questions about divorce, like what it means and how to go about getting one. So, I'll try to answer some of the most common questions people have when they're going through a divorce.
A divorce is a legal action that two people who are married take to end their marriage. It's also called dissolution of marriage,
and it's the legal process that ends a marriage before either partner dies.
No-fault laws got rid of the need to find someone to blame. The irreconcilable differences
claim is all that is needed to get a divorce under a no-fault
divorce law. The idea of a unilateral divorce
came from these laws. If either partner wanted to end the marriage, they were free to do so and leave. You'll find all the answers and a basic overview of how to handle
