I came into Twin Flame study & teaching very reluctantly and skeptically and have remained very cautious about the information that is put out for mass consumption. Too often, I have witnessed overly romanticized versions of Twin Flame teachings that cause individuals to spiral out of control and often waste years of their lives waiting for a lost lover to return. I've seen individuals who tolerate and even embrace wretched circumstances because of the ill-advised teachings they are receiving. I believe that we are at a critical time of consciousness in the world, where we are on the precipice of great change and the possibility for global transformation and to reach the tipping point, we need as many ascending, awake people who are committed to accomplishing their mission on this planet. Many of those people can be twin flames who can be misguided to believe that their purpose is only to come into union" with their counterpart, thus missing the beauty and purpose of this connection. It is a joy to read a book that brings together the mission, quantum physics, spirituality, and philosophy to show readers that this connection is much bigger than romantic love.

As a former skeptic of the twin flame journey, I only began to believe in it when I pored through thousands of pages of research on soul connections and the common thread in these uncommon bonds was that they transcended traditional beliefs on relationships and can mold us, shape us and bring us to our truths and to our own divinity (Achterberg, 1998, 4). This book supports the notion that I have found to be most true; these relationships are bigger than what we understand and are meant to help us become the people who can help the world.

I appreciate the work done here by Dr. Halder and will recommend this book to the people I coach and mentor in the Twin Flame community, as it helps to demystify the connection and make it far easier to navigate. This book is a quick read but full of nuggets that will provide insight and wisdom to the reader.

Love is one of the most challenging concepts and ideas to understand and accept. When one opens up to the concept of love, they allow themselves to become vulnerable. Although difficult to define, love holds an imperative ideal of happiness. Each human being has his or her own thoughts about love to guide herself/ himself to land safely into the kingdom of love. It is essential to build long-lasting relations. In another way, love and affection are the strong foundations of human bonds. Love could make our lives wonderful because it could make us get closer to others, make us have goals to achieve and make our life full of being contented.

When one considers the concept of love, one could contemplate whether love is a feeling or an action. I believe that love is both. It is built on a foundation of trust, a thin barrier between formality and chaos. It can also be contemplated as a dangerous component of life that works to deceive and manipulate other people's trust. Many people argue that love is contaminated with self and vanity at times. The love between families, love between friends, and 'chemical love,' which is love between two genders, are most easily contemplated ways of love. In dictionaries, love is defined as a feeling of warm personal attachment or deep affection.

Many different types of love play an important role in human relations all over the world. Followings are some of the main categories of Love defined in ancient Greek and Hebrew belief and culture, which have certain similarities with us too. The philosophy of love by the ancient Greek culture describes four different kinds of love.

'Agape' represents  unconditional  and  divine  love  that is so committed. 'Agape' stands for selfless love. It is personified as sacrificing and dedicated zeal with compassion. Usually, 'Agape' stands for the love of God and parental love, especially the mother's unconditional care.

'Philia' is noted as the affection and care between companions. It personifies intimacy. Cooperation, helping nature, fun and togetherness are its characteristics.

'Eros' represents love as in romance and physical desire and personified as passion, e.g., the warm emotions exchanged by the male and female involved in love, the warm affection they possess towards each other. It contains possessiveness to an extent. Its consummate love represents the love that relationship couples strive for. It is based on instinctive attractiveness. The psychodynamic theory of fate selection stands here.

'Storage' is noted as the natural affection for things and places and other objects. It makes humans greedy, self-seeking and cruel at times. The possessiveness and storage keep personages obscure and isolated if they are in extreme stage.

In her innovative book, the author, Dr. Rakhi Roy Halder, discusses the highly complex shades of love, the Twin Flame Love ". 'Twin flame' love is the affection experienced beyond usual human bonds. It's a real soul- seeking experience and more spiritual and not so physical. My Thoughts on 'Mystic Love'

Rakhi Roy Halder puts together a love story with science & philosophies as simply genius & how she explains the twin flames & their universal journey & how it applies to us all is very insightful & intriguing. The information within the story you can apply to your daily life. A very interesting introspective read & I definitely recommend this for everyone.

I also wrote a poem inspired by this great book I'd love to share as well.
