Honey Trap: Devious Desires, #1

About this ebook
Dark desires on the Midnight Bus.
Escaping a miserable home life, an 18-year-old runaway takes a nightly cross-country bus ride.
She thinks she's alone, but someone has already his eyes set on her.
Mike is a jaded, much older man with a criminal past.
What starts as flirtation quickly descends into depraved seduction.
Their encounters on the bus turns into a steamy, explicit game of power and submission, where innocence is torn apart, and they both plunge headfirst into their darkest desires.
This is not a love story; it's a gritty, erotic horror about unrelenting seduction in the shadows of the night.

Nicolina Martin is a Swedish author whose passion for the written word began during her teenage years. While she is deeply influenced by Stephen King, Neil Gaiman, Jodi Picoult, and many more, she doesn’t limit herself to just one genre, and dabbles in dark, steamy romance, suspense, erotica shorts, and contemporary fiction. Nicolina enjoys singing, practicing martial arts, and gardening. She is also a music enthusiast, movie fanatic, and bibliophile. Above all, she loves spending quality time with her three beautiful daughters and three feline fur-babies. To Nicolina, life is far too short for regrets, and she is a firm believer in looking forward no matter what to avoid repeating past mistakes. She also believes in thoroughly enjoying each and every moment as it comes because tomorrow is never guaranteed.

The Ride
I stand at the deserted bus station with my worn backpack next to my feet. Several of the nearby street lights are broken, and the ones that are still working sway back and forth in the wind. Light reflects in the puddles of rain on the uneven asphalt.
I’m an idiot for leaving. It’s smarter to stay, even with an abusive father. I should finish high school, not run away with a few dollars in my pocket, and the clothes I can fit in my backpack. But my heart says anything has to be better than the hell I’ve endured since Mom left.
I peek out in the
