      Chapter 1. Christmas Party

      The day of the Christmas party finally arrived and everyone seemed to be a bit on edge. Marisol was little nervous about seeing Alex, and how the party would go. There was so many things that had happened between them, and neither one of them really talked about it. She knew that one or two things would happen. She would find out in a few weeks that’s she’s pregnant, and he would want her to get an abortion.

      Alex was thinking about Keysha more and more since the other day. He really enjoyed the moment they shared together. He still wanted to be cautious and take his time with her. He knew that if things got serious he wanted to do right by her.

      Keysha was having thoughts about the possibility of a relationship with Alex. She felt like the other day was a breakthrough in what could be something amazing.

      Remi showed up to the Christmas party wearing a gold sequin dressed. It stretched to fit her shape, and she paired it with some black low Louboutin shoes. She figured this would be a fabulous event. Most of the employees seem to already be tipsy. If they were anything like her coworkers back in Houston. Things would get foggy, and wild around midnight. Remi noticed Alex close to the bar, and of course he was entertaining a young lady. Probably another one of his random fucks. Marisol seemed to be kind of hanging on to him. In that short time that Remi had been scoping out the party she gathered so much Intel. This made Remi think about the attitude she was getting from Marisol. Maybe her in Alex were knee deep in some kind of affair. Marisol being the boss’s daughter was like playing a real risky game with your job, and your future. This could be some leverage to the things that she had planned. Remi approached
