To my husband, Pete. Thank you for supporting me even though half of these poems would make you blush.
Thank you to all those who encouraged me and supported me throughout this process.
introduction
Red is the color of love, the color we bleed, and in some cultures, the color of happiness. Though love can be fleeting, it becomes part of us. Running through our veins and touching our hearts. Warming our hands when they reach for someone else’s.
The red thread of fate originated as a Chinese myth. This invisible string connects fated mates, leading them to the moment they meet each other.
Follow the red thread through this book and come out the other side with fresh eyes for love.
