About this ebook
Advice from a Teddy Bear on Empowered Motivation is a resource to assist humans to become motivated, empowered, and fulfilled.
Humans need to get with it. Quit using and abusing each other to feel better about yourselves. You must find the motivation to work on yourselves to become empowered individuals!
You’ve read books and articles on motivation, then ignored the advice. This is different. I’m a teddy bear, and the uniqueness of a teddy bear advising humans is harder to ignore than when humans advise humans! You wouldn’t want to ignore your own teddy bear, would you!
Supporting me, is my human mummy, Debra. Mummy Debra (as I call her), has developed into a fine specimen of a human by using the communication techniques we both incorporate into our lives. It has aided her in overcoming many of the barriers she has faced as an Autistic woman. With me at her side, she has come far. You can too if you heed my advice!

About the Trainer
Head and shoulders photo of Bearsac wearing an office shirt.Hello, I am your trainer and my name is Bearsac
Yes, I know I am a teddy bear, but teddy bears can train humans just as well as humans can. Teddy bears see things about humans that you humans miss or refuse to see, in denial that you are guilty of it yourself.
So, that is why I am here!
I am somewhat of a celebrity in the town where I live, for being a talking teddy bear. Many famous humans have been photographed with me. I have travelled this glorious globe and am the featured teddy bear of my owner’s book, Travels with my Teddy Bear (Travelogues and musings of a woman with Asperger’s Syndrome and her teddy bear).
I have a support worker and medium of communication in my Mummy, Debra. She supports me with her formal qualifications in life coaching and NLP Practitioner. She has lived experience of Autism and has overcome huge struggles to become motivated. The fact that she doesn’t have a degree or years of guru-level motivational expertise means that she is only a step or two ahead, and so she is still ‘in touch’ with how it feels to lack motivation. This keeps it real. It makes her a brilliant support worker and medium of communication for me to act as a trainer.

But let’s get to the course. Following is an introduction to the course.
Introduction to the Course
‘Leave nothing for tomorrow which can be done today.’ - Abraham Lincoln
This must be a quote you have heard hundreds of times before. There is a kind of simplicity in the way these nine words convey a simple message – don’t put things off for later.
Are you one of those human creatures who usually put off things for later? Have there been times when you felt you lack the confidence and skill required to do a certain task? Well, you are not alone. This is a problem that almost every human goes through at least some time in their life.
‘Advice from a Teddy Bear on Empowered Motivation’ is a course designed to kick your tuchus and motivate you. It intends to infix in you, the confidence and self-belief to prevent you from putting off things for later.
Following this course, I expect you to be brimming with confidence to do that which is required of you. Oh yes, human, I am confident that you will be poised to succeed wherever you face competition. You humans are so competitive!
I bring this course to humans to support you in motivation.
Motivation will provide that inner drive you need to achieve what you aim for. So, look no further! Step into the world of confidence-building and be the force that turns your dreams into reality!
Why would you want to learn this from me?...
…As a teddy bear, I hold an objective view of humanity, and in seeing my autistic human mummy go through sheer struggle to motivation.
I also bear the truth, with love, from my furry little soul.
The course is not perfect. Perfection is a form of procrastination. We wanted movement. So here goes!
In Advice from a Teddy Bear on Empowered Motivation’, I joyfully share with you that which has got my human mummy, Debra, to quit procrastinating,
