About this ebook

In A Leader With Vision, author Eric Savickas revises Elbert Hubbard's 1899 classic, A Message to Garcia, and takes on some of its outdated ideas. In this thought-provoking book, Savickas disputes Hubbard's premise that employees are the problem and puts the responsibility on leaders to do better.
