The concept of a garden is never permanent but instead alive and changing. That affects the people involved who are observers or active participants. Engaging in gardening activities is therapeutic and has many benefits.
One of the garden's most remarkable aspects is the change of seasons, from the fresh green leaves in spring to the vibrant summer colors, the changing colors of autumn, and the snowy winter landscape.
As a result, the garden creates a beautiful sense of being connected to nature, and the anticipation of the following year is present.
The garden provides a grounding effect on our senses, with the fragrant smell of flowers, the sight of colorful blooms, and the textures to feel. It is a place where we live and grow by working with the earth.
Many see their gardens as functional areas for family recreation instead of indoor or potted plants. Nevertheless, the whole family would benefit from knowing how to grow food.
