Wasfi Youssef

Wssfi Youssef is a structural engineer with a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Calgary in Alberta, Canada. He also has a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in the State of New York. Dr. Youssef has several decades of experience in structural engineering design and construction. He worked on major housing, industrial, environmental, and marine projects. He held several important positions, including Chief construction engineer, assistant chief design engineer, project engineer, and senior structural analyst.

This book presents good news to the world. The rise of sea level can be stopped, or even reversed. Through research, this author calculated that the rivers of the world discharge 25,350 cubic kilometers of water into the oceans, per year.
