Wssfi Youssef is a structural engineer with a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Calgary in Alberta, Canada. He also has a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in the State of New York. Dr. Youssef has several decades of experience in structural engineering design and construction. He worked on major housing, industrial, environmental, and marine projects. He held several important positions, including Chief construction engineer, assistant chief design engineer, project engineer, and senior structural analyst.

A book should not be judged by the number of its pages. Rather, it should be judged by the value of its content. This book includes 9 chapters contained in 35 pages. Yet, it presents a feasible solution (explained below) that stops, or even reverses, the rise of sea level.
Until today, the world believes that the rise of sea level is unstoppable and acts accordingly. To protect coastal cities and lowlands from the rising sea level, huge walls and other expensive projects are either built or under planning. Because of the rising sea level, Indonesia is moving its capital, Jakarta, to a higher ground.
This book presents good news to the world. The rise of sea level can be stopped, or even reversed. Through research, this author calculated that the rivers of the world discharge 25,350 cubic kilometers of water into the oceans, per year. Knowing that the area of the oceans is 361,900.000 square kilometers, this author calculated that the volume of the water
