About this ebook
“Silently... wondrously
Over the tree peaks she whirls endearingly
The gleaming stars smile at her, ceaseless adoration fills the air
The breeze tenderly feels the velvety, charming wings
As she sways in a blissful melody
Silently... wondrously...
Silently... Creepingly...
In the eerie shadows he stares furtively
In moonless nights he roams alone, craving her stunning dance to behold
She flies above the trees, adorably she smiles and sings
He begs never to awake from this ravishing dream
Silently... Creepingly...”

Prologue
In November 2018 I departed to a magical journey, that I could never imagine how it would change me and grow me as an artist, but as a human too. It was that time, when the idea of a musical and a book was born, inspired by an old song of mine, The Fairy and the Wolf
.
Silently... wondrously
over the tree peaks she whirls endearingly
The gleaming stars smile at her, ceaseless adoration fills the air
The breeze tenderly feels the velvety, charming wings
as she sways in a blissful melody
Silently… wondrously…
Silently… Creepingly…
in the eerie shadows he stares furtively
In moonless nights he roams alone, craving her stunning dance to behold
She flies above the trees, adorably she smiles and sings
He begs never to awake from this ravishing dream
Silently… Creepingly…
Silently… Hopelessly…
He looks high and weakened kneels
She is embraced by the sky and his breath becomes a sigh
She gleefully flies to the distant land of love and dreams
and he crumbles to the misty ground and weeps
Silently… Hopelessly…"
All the efforts since then, led to the creation of the first Epic Fantasy Opera, whose story is included in the book The Sky Diamonds
. It’s a huge creation which became real only thanks to the many and amazing people who stood next to me in this journey. I met new people and I reunited with others who hadn’t seen for long. Together we shared our passion for creation, music, fantasy and adventure. I met musicians, singers, actors, engineers, painters, writers, models, photographers…
But most importantly, I met dragons, fairies, elves, unicorns and other charming creatures. They welcomed me in their own world and they trusted me with their stories. They dragged me in their journeys and adventures and shared with me their dreams, fears and passions. I walked with them, I flew, I fought, I was hurt, I laughed, I cried, I was scared and I transformed my experiences to songs and tales.
Through the music of the musical or the narrations of the book, everyone can enter their magical world, meet them and listen to their stories. Now is my turn to invite you to join me, as I am going to enter their world one more time.

Part 1
The Battle of the Dragons
Once upon a time, thousands of years ago, far beyond where the sun sets, there was the valley of Veelea. Veelea was a stunning place, one full of mountains and hills, covered with beautiful and colorful forests, where the leaves of trees and flowers shone in the sunlight. Many rivers and streams flowed like branches through the forests until they all merged in the middle of the valley with the peaceful waters of the Ferenas River.
On the west side of the river there was the Neereo Forest, or The Forest of Dreams as many used to call it, which was the kingdom of the fairies. The fairies were born from the blossoms in the forest and they lived in the woods, together in unison with the birds. They would flutter over the tops of the trees and their blissful melodies echoed through the flowery timbers.
On the other side of the river, the Delnen hills rose. Upon those hills like crowns, the towers of the elven city Negnea shone. The elves that lived there looked like elusive shadows that danced in the starlight, usually while riding winged unicorns.
But above all the forests and all the creatures, soaring from the high rocks of Veelea, the dragons flew. They were the wisest and most gifted creatures in the world, the protectors of the valley and the keepers of balance and justice.
It was a peaceful night when Betelgeuse, the greatest, most powerful and wisest dragon, was sitting on a rocky peak, looking over the Forest of Dreams. The stars were reflected on the calm river water and the moon cast a sweet light on the tree peaks and the elven towers. The silence was broken by the batting of wings, and, in the sky, Betelgeuse saw the young dragon Orion approaching.
Beautiful night. Right, Betelgeuse?
said Orion while his feet where touching down onto the rocks. Betelgeuse continued staring at the valley, making no eye-contact with Orion.
Indeed.
But you look worried, like your mind is troubled.
said Orion, trying to read Betelgeuse’s emotions.
I don’t know, I have a foreboding that I cannot explain. A thought that I cannot express, worries my mind. I’ve had a bad feeling for some days.
Did anything happen?
asked Orion with curiosity.
No. Just something is scaring me. I am trying to understand what it may be.
said Betelgeuse as he looked around. Orion was puzzled as he tried to understand what could generate these feelings within Betelgeuse.
At least tonight is a very bright night. If anything happens, we will see it immediately.
said Orion after a while.
Yes, though I don’t know what I should expect
replied Betelgeuse without any movement.
Orion could not imagine what was worrying Betelgeuse. Everything looks nice and calm from here. Maybe you trouble your mind in vain. Even the stars tonight, they look brighter
.
Yes, I suppose so…
Look at how much that star is shining. I don’t remember ever having noticed that before. Strange… It’s so big and impressive
said Orion, looking up at the sky.
Yes, it is.
said Betelgeuse, focusing on that star. It’s massive. Unusually big. I could never imagine that a star could grow so much.
Orion turned his eyes to the Neereo Forest, but Betelgeuse’s eyes stayed focused on the ever-growing star. Suddenly, his breath became heavier. A few seconds later, Orion heard him take a deep breath in, and with a trembling voice, he whispered Orion… look at that star…
I am watching it. It has grown so much. I wonder why we haven’t noticed it before.
Orion replied without looking up.
Orion! Look at it. The more you stare at it, the more it grows. It’s like…
Orion snapped his head to the sky, easily finding the bright star among the rest. I can see it. It’s not like before. It’s bigger…
said Orion as he began to feel that something was wrong.
Betelgeuse’s frightened voice interrupted his thoughts. This is not a star… it’s moving… it… it’s coming towards us…
You mean…
It’s falling on us! It’s a star full of fire falling upon us!
yelled Betelgeuse as he turned his face to Orion, staring directly at him in the eyes. Orion could now see fear reflected in Betelgeuse’s eyes.
It cannot be…
whispered Orion with a trembling voice.
"We must stop
