Decatur Cab is the brainchild of The Pirate, a master thief in the style of Omar from the Wire who grew tired of robbing drug dealers. He comes up with a proposition for his victims, pay him to guarantee narcotic shipments and payoffs.

 

Pirate devises a sophisticated courier system, them black and gold, revved up Impalas moving massive bags of work and thick stacks of cash through the circling and connecting streets of the metro Atlanta area. And at the same time, Decatur Cab accidentally becomes the number one taxi service by volume in the south. Folks would wait two hours to say they rode in them gangsta cabs. 

 

All Hell breaks loose when within a week the sexy FBI agent goes missing, the two agents watching her turn up dead, and a Decatur Cab crashes and fills the sky with millions of dollars. Deadly serious about building a lasting case, the Feds send in one of their best operatives, a 50-something shrewd and tough, not by the book, veteran.

 

The agent's job is simple: find the missing agent and destroy the Decatur Cab Co. …by any means necessary.
