About this ebook

Smelling salts for the uninformed. In four academic essays, the author describes i) the development of corporate evils; ii) the neuropolitics of corporatism's political ponerology and propaganda; and iii) human development in terms that define pristine sexuality's relationship to gender, trust, and our predilections to misplace trust under systems of corporately managed injustice. Dr Zaid leaves no stone unturned in a devastating worldview that also explains the arcana of monotheist cosmology and eschatology.

    Trust - Omar Zaid

    THE COUNTER-TRADITION OF POST-MODERN CORPORATISM

Misplaced Trust & the Great Disruption

Abstract — The author presents a grim impasse that cannot be resolved without the epic misadventures currently underway. Socially constructed and institutionalized, its disastrous gridlock has roots in extraordinary accords with corporate functionality and the criminal influence of an exceptional minority of stakeholders referred to as ‘one percent’ elitists. As discussed in Sexology for the Wise, it is a trans-national, trans-generational, ethnocentric cult that scientifically applies subversive methods to staple moral and ethical values of the Higher Cultures that preceded its financial, economic and political hegemony, especially since WWI. Traditional civilizations decline as corporate cultures of this cult devolve a global zeitgeist with monetized mindsets that trump social capital and real values attending genuine economic and cultural exchange. Rene Guenon called this process a Counter-Tradition that exists only as a parasite on the body of truth as political correctness. The author integrates opinions and observations of moralists, educators, lawyers, social scientists, economists, psychologists, psychiatrists, industrialists, philosophers, scholars, theologians, military experts, journalists, educators and politicians; most of whom have wedded Kant’s sensus communis to an amalgam of scientific methods and fertile experience with a sound grasp of history and knowledge of the human psyche. The paper attempts to:

    a) Describe the genuine value of human trust extending from micro to macro social constructions.

    b) Explain how a ‘trust deficit’ unmistakably signifies a dishonorable system of governance.

    c) Discuss the adverse effects of this system of governance on all social relations and beneficial activities from croft to the governor’s house.

    d) Explain the establishment and maintenance of malefic institutions robed in impunity and protected by pathological loyalty frameworks.

The solution is to restrain both appetite and sway of the few in favor of the many, certainly not a novel hitch in so ancient a struggle. The question is: How do we glean and reapply what is useful of corporate and social constructionist ideals for the greater benefit of mankind? Remedies are offered using traditional Amish protocols aided by Islamic and Chinese metaphysics.

    INTRODUCTION

    Sociopaths & Criminal Abstractions

Many educators never leave the classroom. With the exception of professional schools, from kindergarten through university, most such bottoms have rarely enjoyed the sweat of honest labor or mainstream experience in trade, craft or industry; yet they occupy a goodly number of tenured and questionably subsidized chairs [1, 2]. Hence, the preparation of students for the work of coping with the real world requires remarkably overactive faculties of imagination. Add Ministers of Education who’ve never managed a classroom [3] or curriculum, and the formula for failure invites a misplacement of trust that entertains the corporately sponsored travesty of America’s ‘Common Core ’ program {i}.

According to Erickson and others, our species is generally disposed to trust others because our majority receives reasonably good care as infants [4] — at least in his day. The buoyancy of that grace has since been altered due to an ongoing Great Disruption of social norms described by Paul Gilding [5a]. Michel Chossudovsky calls it a Global War directed by corporate grandees [5bc]. Francis Fukuyama adds: The disruption’s core was a shift in values concerning sex and the family — a shift that deserves special emphasis [6a]. This cultural war was started by the Frankfort Jewish Bund, a Freemasonic Lodge (ii) that celebrated Adam Weishaupt during the Age of Voltaire [6bc]. In truth, its weapon is the application of detailed social deconstruction measures prescribed in the Protocols of Zion, perhaps a forgery but certainly no fraud — original documents and content are traceable to 19 Century French Freemasonic lodges [ 6bcd ] and temples of their most ancient Mysteries (Ezek 8).

Our sinking vessels of trust were/are scuttled by pretenders of expertise who claim the commonweal. Few of us are trained to discern them as socio-psychopathic narcissists, nor are our institutions prepared to defend against their hoary mischief,¹ despite sound evidence that a goodly number rise to seats of authority.² Indeed, other than toothless academic hobnobs, little to nothing of consequence in terms of preventative or corrective forensic praxis addresses their troublemaking in highchairs of clout. Many a narcissistic boy-man like Biden the Demented, or former PM Najib of 1MDB Malay fame, fully support appetite and ego when validated by votes and flags waved by poorly informed law-abiding plebs. But there is greater cause for concern per Nobel laureate Joseph Stigitz [8] and others who claim the following with rigorous scientific backing:

People of higher income are more likely than others to be driven by self-interest, far more likely to cheat, less likely to have misgivings about breaking the rules, and generally more prone to behave in ways that are widely viewed as unethical [9a].

The real menace of our Republic is the invisible government, which, like a giant octopus, sprawls its slimy legs over our cities, states and nation … The little coterie of powerful international bankers virtually run the United States for their own selfish purposes. ~ JF Hylan, Mayor of NY, 1918–1925 [9b]

In addition to idiocentric ruminators, Kant’s sensus communis (Islam’s infra-sensible fitrah) is confronted by the nation’s sociopathic four percent who appear to be over-represented among the nation’s economic one percent, as might be expected. It gets worse. Paul Street suggests:

The problem of socio-pathology is more usefully understood at the institutional level: — ‘it is institutions that are psychopathic’ said Chomsky; thinking particularly of corporations [11].

All of this suggests that diverse pathologies have been suitably integrated as threads in the fabric of post-modern societies. This unpleasant, un-discussed trickle-down truth constitutes a trans-generational and well-documented banal manifestation of evil (Hannah Arendt), which underscores this book. Agreeing with several writers, I hold that corporations are purposely structured as abstract reductionist assumptions³ in order to furtively divorce genuine communal dialogue and wellbeing from the authentic potential of more beneficially applied social capital. As such, they are criminals:

By law, a corporate CEO must work to increase the profitability of the corporation [a manufactured legal fiction ], while disregarding effects it has on others, which is actually a legal principle that is socio-psychopathic … [11].

The corporate CEO is compelled to disregard what economists call ‘externalities ’: the effect of a decision on others … individuals participating may be the nicest guys you can imagine, but in their institutional role they are monsters because the institution is monstrous [12a].

The path to total dictatorship in the U.S. can be laid by strictly legal means … a well-organized political-action group operates secretly, silently and continuously to transform our Government … This ruthless power-seeking elite is the disease of our century. ~ Sen. William Jenner (to Congress) 1954 [12b].

The so-called Federal Government is a foreign corporation under contract to provide our States with nineteen enumerated services directed by our Trustee, the British Monarch, and her/his corporate Executive Officer, known as the President of the United States. The Federal Government has been operated under conditions of semantic deceit and fraud by the Federal Reserve System doing business as the United States of America, Inc. and later, by the IMF doing business as the UNITED STATES (INC). These banking cartels, operating similarly named governmental services corporations, have colluded to seize and misappropriate our credit and to hypothecate debt against our assets, and they have done this under international law by creating trusts and transmitting utilities merely named after us and by committing a crime known as ‘personage ’ against us — which involves deliberately confusing a corporation like JC PENNY with a living man named James-Clarence-Penny … All these legal fictions bearing your name are operated in foreign international jurisdictions under the Law of the Sea [Maritime Law], and none of them have a damned thing to do with you, except to function as devices to defraud you and control you and enslave you and lay false claims against your labor and other property assets [12e].

    Regarding this secreted legal monster:

Behind the ostensible government sits enthroned an invisible government owing no allegiance and acknowledging no responsibility to the people [12c]. ~ Teddy Roosevelt

There exists a shadowy government with its own Air Force, its own Navy, its own fundraising mechanism, and the ability to pursue its own ideas of the national interest, free from all checks and balances, and free from the law itself [12d]. ~ Senator Daniel K. Inouye

My book, The Failure of Laissez Faire Capitalism, which has been published in English, Chinese, Korean, Czech, and German, shows how Washington stood aside, indeed cheering, while short-term profit interests of management, shareholders, and Wall Street eviscerated the American economy. ~ Paul Craig Roberts

    Hopelessness & Dysfunction

Regarding the Great Depression, Congressman LT McFadden, Chair of the House Banking and Currency Committee, said:

It was no accident. It was a carefully contrived occurrence... International Bankers sought to bring about a condition of despair here so they might emerge as the rulers of us all [13a].

The misconduct of split-personality CEOs is a function of legal fiction. Corporate entities and governmental chamberlains systematically administer politically correct cognition training to bureaucrats and public. This distinctly Atlanticist contrivance did not go unnoticed by Rowan Martin, former Archbishop of Canterbury, who remarked:

Bureaucratic double-speak, tautology, and ambiguous cliché not only dominate the language of public life from the health service to higher education, talking and writing badly also prepare the ground for military and terrorist actions… The speech of military strategists and of politicians is characterized by a narcissistic finality that renders dialogue impossible. There can be no real reply… All there is the definitive language imposed by those who have power… they have created a language that cannot be checked by or against any recognizable reality, which is the ultimate mark of power… This linguistic degeneration, according to Orwell, is both the product and generator of economic and political decadence… its critique is an urgent political affair [13b]. — [Its practice is the highest form of magick ~ oz]

Corporate Plunder Doublespeak: Few trends could so thoroughly undermine the very foundations of a free society as the acceptance by corporate officials of a social responsibility other than to make as much money for their stockholders as possible [13c]. ~ Milton Friedman

Consciously and not, corporate institutions fabricate then habituate political correctness as functional neuro-political neo-norms (Chapter IV) that disrupt reason and time-honored social patterns of higher cultures that previously supported more sober intuitions and social postulates. Its miasmic expression is now an accepted standard for common sense, largely because corporatism’s champions validate social injustice by calling it collateral damage, warranted by bottom line feeders who determine which evil is acceptable:

The Asian, whose future we are about to decide, is either a bad guy or a good guy. If he is a bad guy, he obviously has to be killed. If he is a good guy, he is on our side, and he ought to be ready to die for freedom. We will provide an opportunity for him to do so: we will kill him to prevent him from falling under the tyranny of a demonic enemy. ~ Anon. American General, quoted in [13d]

Hence, ‘unavoidable necessary evils’ executed by greater-good flag wavers, as directed by the corporate state, are common, per professor Chossudovsky. This practiced apologetic casuistry distinctly indicates a departure from reason and sound judgment, which, truth be told, is an expression of fear that substantiates the premise and nearly ends this introduction, if not for one word, ‘trust.’

There can be no trusting social bonds or loving solidarity of a true society because everyone is taught to see others as dangerous informers, spies, terrorists, or enemies of the state [13e].

Here, professor Derber describes life under the Stasi, a regime that sums our NWO prototype. The keyword is ‘taught,’ which, according to Orwell’s Animal Farm, is better rendered ‘conditioned’, per rigorously defined means summarized in the next chapter [14]. The tenor of Derber’s Sociopathic Society agrees with Chomsky, who calls banking, governmental, educational, and corporate institutions ‘psychopathic’ [12]. But Chomsky is not as generous as Francis Fukuyama:

People aren’t unemployed because they choose to be; they’re unemployed because the system is utterly dysfunctional — dramatically dysfunctional… The IMF recently did a study in which it concluded that virtually the entire profit of the big banks comes from government bailouts —and eighty-three billion dollars a year public subsidy [ibid].

FFederal Reserve President, Richard Fisher, admitted on CNBC (05Jan13): We Frontloaded A Tremendous Market Rally —the markets are fake.

Misplaced trust profits hypocrites, banks, and select stake/stockholders of Atlanticist flag-waving societies who toe waning middle-class lines and reiteratively vote pathological dross into power. Some toll the ‘End of History’ bell, which, in light of incredibly specific monotheist eschatology (where I hang my bias) and current geopolitical affairs, ominously describes the present.

Expertly conditioned corporate managers reconstruct micro-societies as neo-corporate cultures. They do this by abstracting then modifying sociological principles based on pre-extant attitudes, to which they add neo-assumptions that are zestfully applied to real people with great expectations. However, most participants dwell in disrupted dysfunctional cum artificially devised multi-cultural populations governed by legal fictions that sustain and conceal a monstrous post-Colonial sham. This formula is an ephemeral praxis that harnesses the misplacement of trust and goodwill with fabricated constructs. Even more so when legal inventions undermine the domestic autonomy of real cultures and nations in deference to the clearly acknowledged pathology of transnational corporate designs [15a] (iii).

TPP and TTIP, if approved and implemented, will seal the doom on any domestic prosperity. ~ James Hall

The most controversial element of TTIP is the ‘corporate court ’ system, formally called ISDS. This system allows multinational corporations and other foreign investors to sue governments for enacting regulations that damage their profits. ~ N Deardon

In the 21st century, corporate-government collusion has accelerated. Regulation, by adding to the cost of doing business, disproportionately hurts smaller business and acts as a barrier to entry, keeping out new competitors. In a [truly] free market, commerce fosters virtue. A free economic exchange involves two parties voluntarily trading for mutual benefit. Commerce doesn’t simply enrich a society; it also fosters community and trust. Diligence, reliability, friendliness, and honesty are all rewarded in the long run in a free market. Under corporatism, commerce erodes virtue. Sycophancy is rewarded instead of insight. ~ T Woods, Jr. [15b]

Robert Hare evaluated the modern corporation with his psychopathy checklist and "found a close match… the corporation is irresponsible because, in an attempt to satisfy the corporate goal, everyone else is put at risk" [11a, b]. This risk includes ‘executive directors and boards’ when we consider ecological, social, and environmental outcomes. Corporate psychopathy is clearly anti-social, but psychopathic corporate profiles cannot, at present, be divorced (or dismissed) from corporate boardrooms, as it is not only illegal but also far too humiliating to do so for affected and affecting suits in suites of manicured pretense.

The contemporary corporate business model is globalization’s epicenter. Since it legally personifies a "pathological pursuit of power for profit" [16a], I submit that university faculties carelessly offer de-facto commendations and endless theories that coddle, sustain, and accommodate evil without moral/ethical criticism. The indictment includes economic, educational, and finance models and theories emanating from institutions funded by the same foundations {iv, v} that thrive on the transnational ‘Law of the Sea’ fiction (Maritime Law). It also holds when academics imply substantiation in the absence of full disclosure or demonstrable empirical validation, which, unfortunately, appears to be the current fad in a fully qualified system of control fraud [16bc]{vi}. Joel Bakan describes these disturbing facts [17]:

The corporation’s legally defined mandate is to pursue relentlessly and without exception its own economic self-interest, regardless of any harmful consequences it might cause to others. Its unbridled self-interest victimizes individuals, society, and, when it goes awry, even shareholders and can cause corporations to self-destruct, as recent Wall Street scandals reveal. Governments have freed the corporation, despite its flawed character, from legal constraints through deregulation and granted it ever-greater authority over society through privatization.

The Rockefellers and their allies have, for at least fifty years, been carefully following a plan to use their economic power to gain political control of America and the rest of the world. Do I mean conspiracy? Yes. I am convinced there is such a plot, international in scope, generations old in planning, and incredibly evil in intent. ~ Murdered Congressman LP McDonald (1975).

With few exceptions, privileged psychopathic persons and institutions impose global harm and represent the bulk of modern corporate society. They are anything but noble and trustworthy. Consequently, our ‘great post-modern disruption’ of reason calls for remedies that impose severe limits and accountability {vii} on those responsible; that is, if we are to remain true to the morals and ethics we claim are beneficial for the commonweal. To the contrary, we protect and serve fabricated beasts as if they were deities demanding the endless smoke of soliloquies, homilies, apologies, and treatises in foolish anticipation of correction while standing vigil over innumerable sacrificial victims; who include vaccine-damaged millions and irremediable Fukushima, BP-Horizon and Bhopal {viii} disasters—not to mention the manmade cancer epidemic mediated by extrinsically induced intracellular hypoxia due to numerous environmental toxins. Here is where the specter of hopelessness re-emerges for those who reflect.

The first challenge is to assign and assure accountability for social responsibility to abstract entities that have been assigned legal protection as an insufferable non-existent personhood. The next is to establish and maintain a sound footing for the authentic investment of human trust and preservation of the common good. This requires personal accountability of flesh and blood in both instances. Such a turnabout is surely not in the interests of 147 interlocked transnational corporations and 737 transnational ‘personhoods’ that control greater than 80% of global wealth— dominated by banks,⁵ institutional investors, and mutual funds that/who produce nothing of real value [19abc].⁶ This sedulous advance of super-entity monopoly [19d] is facilitated by manufactured dependency on neo-conventional norms that are counter-intuitive to genuine prosperity, and no one seems to care or take correctional notice of the absurdity, including most academics.

A power has risen up in the government greater than the people themselves, consisting of many, and various, and powerful interests, combined into one mass and held together by the cohesive power of the vast surplus in the banks. ~ JC Calhoun, 7th VP of the USA (1825–1832) [19e]

This financial crime syndicate [19d] is a far older menace than its present disordering of the world. Even so, the real problem is worse and concerns people conscious enough of their own immorality to cloak their behavior in the self-righteous aura of moral perfection [11a, 11c]. These folks deliberately organize and maintain ponerocracy [20a], which is something socio-psychopaths facilitate but are generally incapable of managing because striatum and frontal lobe impairments significantly inhibit foresight. Psychopaths, largely speaking, also take little satisfaction in professional pursuits [20b]. Conversely, professional hypocrites are ubiquitously recognized as folks who zealously defend a so-called higher-good [11a]. Lesser versions of the evil are found in commonly held positions of public responsibility like pederast Boy Scout leaders and church choirmasters. Other examples include an active member of a Mexican Drug Cartel who was named Huston’s ‘police officer of the year’;⁷ or an entire police department in Florida that laundered cartel drug money;⁸ or Michigan State officials who shamefully lied about the lead content in a public water supply that poisoned every child in Flint;⁹ or Malay and Thai officers, officials, and villagers who profited from the murder and trafficking of Myanmar refugees.¹⁰ I discuss far more callous examples of professional malfeasance in civic uniform and much greater sway in another essay (In Search of Perfect Research) [11d].

Those I call evil [are] utterly dedicated to preserving a self-image of perfection and unceasingly engage in efforts to maintain the appearance of moral purity… they dress well, go to work on time, pay their taxes, and outwardly live lives that are above reproach… The words image, appearance, and outwardly are crucial to understanding the morality of the evil… as they intensely desire to appear good. Their goodness is all on a level of pretense. It is, in effect, a lie. They are the people of the lie, a lie designed not so much to deceive others as to deceive themselves. They cannot or will not tolerate the pain of self-reproach. The decorum with which they lead their lives is maintained as a mirror in which they see themselves reflected righteously [11c].

Obsession with religious or patriotic rituals describes this lot. Their politically correct psychology ‘saves face’ at all costs, which, when institutionally applied, demeans and condemns the world’s Billy Budds [ 22 ], which perfectly depicts the Heart of Darkness in Joseph Conrad’s definitive study of hypocrisy [23] — a sin that ably produces Brown Sahibs who run commonwealth nations. Indeed, a cloak of pretentious benevolence and virtue adorns the foreign policy of Fabian wolves and trained canines
